Further, through the upper camera 133 and the lower camera 136, remote doctor-patient-free contact traditional Chinese medicine inspection diagnosis is realized, specifically, the upper camera 133 can shoot a picture of the face, a tongue fur picture and a sublingual vein picture of a patient, the lower camera 136 can shoot pictures of hands and nails of both hands of the patient, then key feature descriptions of the basic face, tongue fur, sublingual, hands and nails are generated by utilizing image recognition, meanwhile, through OCR image-text recognition, the lower camera 136 can also shoot existing paper inspection results of a laboratory sheet, a B ultrasonic sheet and the like of the patient for image-text recognition to be used as a disease diagnosis reference; furthermore, the conversation between the doctor and the patient can be realized through the loudspeaker 134 and the microphone 135, the voice parameters of the patient, such as tone, voice amplitude, speech speed and the like, can be intelligently identified, and the remote auscultation of the doctor-free contact with the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis can be realized; the liquid crystal touch display screen 132 is used for displaying the inquiry questionnaire, the patient can input the answer of the questionnaire by self, the doctor can talk with the patient through the microphone 135 and the loudspeaker 134, the basic data, the state of illness, the course of illness and other conditions in which the patient self-states and the doctor are interested can be identified through the voice recognition function, the text data is generated, and the remote doctor-free contact traditional Chinese medical inquiry can be completed through the questionnaire and the doctor-patient talking; the automatic pulse diagnosis instrument 14 can be used for completing remote doctor-patient-free contact traditional Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis (palpation).
The standardized collection of the patient disease information by the unified integration of the four diagnostic methods of looking, hearing, asking and cutting is realized through the host device 13 and the automatic pulse diagnosis instrument 14; the intelligent data acquisition, sampling and standardization of the disease information are realized by using an artificial intelligent means, the diagnosis efficiency and accuracy are improved, the disease information can be acquired and determined more quickly and accurately, and symptomatic treatment scheme suggestions are provided through big data background and artificial intelligent analysis. The modernization and the standardization of the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis mode are realized, the standard modernized diagnosis process is formed, the diagnosis process is optimized into the mode of artificial intelligent diagnosis and doctor rechecking, the accuracy and the consistency of the disease information acquisition can be improved, and the workload of doctors can be greatly reduced.
In some embodiments, the host device 13 further includes an operation button 137 and a printing device 138; the operation button 137 is disposed on the host main body 131, and is used for inputting information and controlling the operation of the host device 13; the printing device 138 is disposed at a connection portion between the main body 131 and the lcd touch panel 132. It can be understood that the host device 13 and the automatic pulse diagnosis instrument 14 can be controlled by the operation buttons 137, and patient information can be input; when the remote doctor-free contact TCM assisted diagnosis is completed, the document may be printed by the printing device 138.
In some embodiments, the automatic pulse diagnosis instrument 14 comprises a pulse diagnosis head mechanism 141, a three-axis linkage mechanism 142, a positioning mechanism 143 and a pulse diagnosis communication mechanism; the pulse head mechanism 141 is fixedly connected to the three-axis linkage mechanism 142 and is used for collecting vein information and skin temperature information at pulse-taking positions of patients; the three-axis linkage mechanism 142 is used for adjusting the position of the pulse head mechanism 141; the positioning mechanism 143 is used for automatically determining the position of the pulse to be cut of the patient; the communication mechanism is used for being in communication connection with the host device 13 and transmitting the venation information and the skin temperature information to the host device 13.
It can be understood that, when the automatic pulse-taking device 14 is used for diagnosing and acquiring the venation information and the skin temperature information of the pulse-taking position of the patient, the position of the arm of the patient is acquired through the positioning mechanism 143 to determine the position of the pulse-taking position of the patient, and then the position of the pulse-taking head mechanism 141 can be automatically adjusted according to the position of the arm of the patient and pulse-taking action is completed; the three-axis linkage 142 may also be configured as a three-axis or multi-axis drive robotic arm.
In some embodiments, the automated pulse-taking instrument 14 further comprises a pulse-taking instrument support 145; the three-axis linkage mechanism 142 is fixed on the upper part of the pulse diagnosis instrument bracket 145, and the positioning mechanism 143 is arranged at the bottom of the pulse diagnosis instrument bracket 145. Further, the pulse diagnosis head mechanism 141 includes a piezoelectric sensing pulse diagnosis head 146 and a temperature sensor 147; the piezoelectric sensing pulse diagnosis head 146 is used for detecting the venation information of a patient; the temperature sensor 147 is used to detect the skin temperature information of the patient at the pulse-taking location. Further, the positioning mechanism 143 includes a positioning camera 148 and a scale base 149; the pulse diagnosis instrument bracket 145 is arranged at the upper part of the graduated scale chassis 149 and is used for marking the arm position of a patient; the camera is installed in the middle of the pulse diagnosis instrument support 145 and used for shooting and marking the position of the pulse-taking position of the patient relative to the graduated scale chassis 149.
It can be understood that the pulse feeling position of the patient is optically located through the scale chassis 149 and the positioning camera 148, and the pulse feeling head mechanism 141 is controlled to move to the arm position of the patient through the three-axis linkage mechanism 142, so that the pulse feeling action and the identification of the venation information are completed.
In other preferred embodiments, the cloud-based TCM diagnosis server 12 comprises an auxiliary diagnosis TCM database and a diagnosis analysis module; the auxiliary diagnosis traditional Chinese medicine database comprises a basic theory library, a syndrome differentiation library, a medicinal material prescription library, a sample library, an illness state library and an intelligent four-diagnosis library; the diagnosis analysis module is used for comparing and analyzing the disease information of the patient with the auxiliary diagnosis traditional Chinese medicine database and giving out diagnosis information. It can be understood that the disease information collected by the artificial intelligent diagnosis device 11 is respectively and correspondingly stored in the disease database and the intelligent four-diagnosis database; then, the diagnosis analysis module synthesizes the contents of theory, syndrome differentiation, medicinal material prescriptions and a sample library, intelligently analyzes and judges to obtain diagnosis information such as treatment schemes (such as acupuncture, physical therapy, decoction and the like), etiological analysis results, treatment schemes and the like, and transmits the diagnosis information to doctors and host display equipment; meanwhile, the auxiliary diagnosis traditional Chinese medicine database can automatically learn artificial intelligent comprehensive diagnosis and analysis along with the continuous increase of the scales of the sample library and the disease database, and further, a diagnosis and analysis module is simplified, and the diagnosis and treatment accuracy and the treatment effect are continuously improved.
In other preferred embodiments, the system 10 further comprises a medical care end and a user end; the medical care end is in communication connection with the artificial intelligent diagnosis device 11 and the cloud traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis server 12 and is used for medical care personnel to browse disease and condition information and diagnosis information and communicate with patients; the user side is used for acquiring and browsing the diagnosis information. It can be understood that the medical staff of traditional Chinese medicine communicates with the patient through the medical end, and obtains diagnosis information such as treatment schemes (such as acupuncture, physical therapy, decoction and the like), etiology analysis results, treatment schemes and the like through the medical end, further adjusts according to clinical experience, determines final diagnosis information, delivers the treatment patients, and stores the final diagnosis information in an illness state library so as to track the curative effect; the patient can scan and obtain the diagnosis information through the user side, and further obtain the diagnosis information of detailed treatment schemes (such as acupuncture, physical therapy, decoction and the like), etiology analysis results, treatment schemes and the like.
In summary, the invention provides an artificial intelligence-based doctor-patient contact-free traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary diagnosis system, which comprises artificial intelligence diagnosis equipment and a cloud traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis server, wherein the artificial intelligence diagnosis equipment and the cloud traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis server are in communication connection; the artificial intelligence diagnosis equipment is used for detecting the disease information of the patient by using an artificial intelligence means according to a standardized process, transmitting the disease information to the cloud traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis server and displaying the diagnosis information; the cloud traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis server is used for recording, analyzing and comparing the disease information and feeding back the diagnosis information to the artificial intelligent diagnosis equipment. The system can be understood that the remote detection of the patient information is realized by arranging the artificial intelligent diagnosis equipment, so that the patient information diagnosis is obtained remotely without doctor-patient contact; then, the cloud-end traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis server is arranged, so that the remotely acquired patient disease information is recorded and analyzed, and finally, the diagnosis information is obtained based on artificial intelligence comprehensive diagnosis and analysis, so that the doctor-free traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis is realized.
It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the examples described above, but that modifications and variations may be effected thereto by those of ordinary skill in the art in light of the foregoing description, and that all such modifications and variations are intended to be within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A doctor-patient contact-free traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary diagnosis system based on artificial intelligence is characterized by comprising:
the system comprises artificial intelligent diagnosis equipment and a cloud traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis server which are in communication connection;
the artificial intelligent diagnosis equipment is used for detecting the disease information of the patient, transmitting the disease information to the cloud traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis server and displaying the diagnosis information;
the cloud traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis server is used for recording, analyzing and comparing the disease information, comprehensively analyzing and generating diagnosis information, and feeding back the diagnosis information to the artificial intelligent diagnosis equipment.
2. The artificial intelligence based no-doctor-patient contact traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary diagnosis system according to claim 1, wherein the artificial intelligence diagnosis device comprises:
the main machine device and the automatic pulse diagnosis instrument are in communication connection;
the automatic pulse diagnosis instrument is used for automatically and optically positioning the pulse feeling position of a patient, realizing pulse feeling action, detecting the vein information and the skin temperature information of the pulse feeling position of the patient and transmitting the vein information and the skin temperature information to the host device;
the host device is used for being in communication connection with the cloud traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis server, controlling the automatic pulse diagnosis instrument and detecting sound information, image information and paper quality examination order information of a patient.
3. The artificial intelligence based no-doctor-patient contact traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary diagnostic system according to claim 2, wherein the host device comprises:
the device comprises a host main body, a liquid crystal touch display screen, an upper camera, a loudspeaker, a microphone, a lower camera and a host communication mechanism;
the liquid crystal touch display screen is fixedly connected to the upper end of the host main body and used for displaying diagnosis information, providing a human-computer interaction interface for self-help input of a patient and displaying an inquiry questionnaire;
the upper camera is arranged at the edge of the top of the liquid crystal touch display screen and is used for shooting a facial picture, a tongue fur picture and a sublingual vein picture of a patient;
the microphone and the loudspeaker are arranged at the lower end of the liquid crystal touch display screen and are used for collecting sound information of a patient and used for intelligent voice prompt and voice communication between a doctor and the patient;
the lower camera is arranged at the bottom edge of the liquid crystal touch display screen and is used for shooting pictures of hands and nails of a patient and a paper laboratory sheet;
the host communication mechanism is used for the cloud traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis server to exchange data.
4. The artificial intelligence based no-doctor-patient contact traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary diagnostic system according to claim 3, wherein the host device further comprises:
an operation button and a printing device;
the operation button is arranged on the host main body and used for inputting information and controlling the host device to operate;
the printing device is arranged at the connecting part of the main machine body and the liquid crystal touch display screen.
5. The system of claim 2, wherein the system is used for non-doctor-patient contact TCM aided diagnosis,
the automatic pulse diagnosis instrument comprises a pulse diagnosis head mechanism, a three-axis linkage mechanism, a positioning mechanism and a pulse diagnosis communication mechanism;
the pulse head mechanism is fixedly connected to the three-axis linkage mechanism and is used for collecting venation information and skin temperature information of pulse feeling positions of patients;
the three-axis linkage mechanism is used for adjusting the position of the pulse-taking head mechanism;
the positioning mechanism is used for automatically determining the position of the pulse to be palpated of the patient;
the communication mechanism is used for being in communication connection with the host device and transmitting the venation information and the skin temperature information to the host device.
6. The artificial intelligence based no-doctor-patient contact TCM auxiliary diagnostic system according to claim 5,
the automatic pulse diagnosis instrument also comprises a pulse diagnosis instrument bracket; the three-axis linkage mechanism is fixed on the upper part of the pulse diagnosis instrument support, and the positioning mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the pulse diagnosis instrument support.
7. The artificial intelligence-based doctor-free contact traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary diagnosis system according to claim 5, wherein the pulse-taking head mechanism comprises a piezoelectric sensing pulse-taking head and a temperature sensor;
the piezoelectric sensing pulse diagnosis head is used for detecting venation information of a patient;
the temperature sensor is used for detecting the skin temperature information of the pulse feeling position of the patient.
8. The artificial intelligence based no-doctor-patient contact TCM auxiliary diagnostic system according to claim 5,
the positioning mechanism comprises a positioning camera and a graduated scale chassis;
the pulse diagnosis instrument bracket is arranged at the upper part of the graduated scale chassis and is used for marking the arm position of a patient;
the camera is arranged in the middle of the pulse diagnosis instrument support and used for shooting and marking the position of the pulse feeling position of the patient relative to the graduated scale chassis.

the cloud traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis server comprises an auxiliary diagnosis traditional Chinese medicine database and a diagnosis analysis module;
the auxiliary diagnosis traditional Chinese medicine database comprises a basic theory library, a syndrome differentiation library, a medicinal material prescription library, a sample library, an illness state library and an intelligent four-diagnosis library;
the diagnosis analysis module is used for comparing and analyzing the disease information of the patient with the auxiliary diagnosis traditional Chinese medicine database and giving out diagnosis information.
