At present, the mop is still used as a main floor cleaning tool in families, the mop is used as the main floor cleaning tool in small-space rooms and common public spaces, only few extra-large-space floor cleaning vehicles mainly use an electric cleaning vehicle, and the mop still needs to be used as an auxiliary tool for cleaning.
The existing mop on the market is of a straight structure, and the inconvenience is brought by the unreasonable structure in the using process, but the structure is not changed greatly for many years.
The problems existing in the prior art are mainly as follows: 1. the existing mop cloth is not labor-saving enough in the process of cleaning the ground, and particularly, the old and the weak often use physical power when mopping the ground. In public places, the cleaning is frequently needed, and the labor intensity of workers is high under the condition, so that the working efficiency is low; 2. when the existing mop is used for cleaning bottom spaces such as tables, chairs and sofas, the floor can not be touched frequently due to narrow space, which is very inconvenient; 3. the existing mop hanging method is very simple and crude, some methods are inconvenient to take and hang, and some methods are not beautiful. 4. The length of the existing mop rod is not reasonable enough and is too short, great range is needed for bending downwards, and the waist can be tired after long working time.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a mop which is labor-saving and convenient to use, so as to overcome the defects.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, the present invention provides a mop pole that can be bent for use and a method of hanging the mop pole on a wall. The upper part of the mop rod component provided with the mop head is hung on a hanging rack, and the hanging rack can be pulled out laterally by hands and is easily separated from the hanging rack, and the hanging rack is connected with a wall.
As shown in FIG. 2, the invention provides a mop rod capable of being bent for use, which can be bent by pressing down obliquely when used in a right direction, and can be kept straight when used in a reverse direction, and can not be bent by any downward pressure. Namely, the mop rod can change the use mode at any time, and is very convenient.
As shown in fig. 3, which is a state in which the mop of the present invention is used straight, it is assumed that the initial inclination angle is 55 degrees, which moves leftward to the contour line position shown by the leftmost dotted line, and then returns rightward, thus reciprocating.
As shown in figure 4, the mop is in a state of being bent for use, the initial inclination angle is assumed to be 55 degrees and moves leftwards to the position of the outline line shown by the dotted line on the leftmost side, the mop rod gradually becomes straight from bending in the process, then the straight state is kept and the mop rod moves rightwards, the bending process is changed into the straight process, the elastic force is provided by the torsion spring of the upper rotating shaft structure, manual intervention is not needed, and the reciprocating motion is very easy and natural.
The upper drawing of fig. 5 is a partial enlarged view of the drawing of fig. 3, which is a schematic view of the rotating shaft being stressed when the mop rod is in a flat use state. Let the force along the mop rod be Fq, the horizontal component force be Fx1, and the vertical component force be Fy 1.
Fig. 5 is a partially enlarged view of fig. 4, which is a schematic view of the rotation shaft of the mop rod in a bent use state. Let the force along the mop rod be Fq, the horizontal component force be Fx2, and the vertical component force be Fy 2.
As can be seen from the analysis in fig. 5, under the condition of equal resultant force, the horizontal component force in the bending state becomes larger, and the vertical component force becomes smaller. It can be seen that the vertical component is just the pressure that generates the friction. Under most conditions, no great pressure is needed to wipe the ground, and a great part of the force of a person is consumed in the process of overcoming the friction force when the flat mop rod is used for labor, so that the fatigue feeling is generated in an accelerated way. Therefore, the working intensity can be obviously reduced and the working efficiency can be improved when the mop rod works in a bending state.
The structure of the upper rotating shaft part and the movement process of the rotation are explained with reference to fig. 6 and 7. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the upper spindle head 1 and the lower spindle head 2 are inserted together, the shoulder bolt 4 penetrates through a round hole in the middle of the upper spindle head and the lower spindle head and finally screws with threads on the lower spindle head 2, the copper ring 7 is sleeved on the shoulder bolt 4, the left torsion spring 8 is sleeved on the copper ring 7 and clamped into the corresponding torsion spring clamping groove, the right torsion spring 3 is sleeved on the shoulder bolt 4 and clamped into the corresponding torsion spring clamping groove, and finally the left pressing plate 9 and the right pressing plate 5 are screwed by the flat head screw 6. Fig. 7 is an upper rotating shaft position bending movement principle diagram, and the left diagram is that under the straight state, the upper rotating shaft head 1 and the lower rotating shaft head 2 are limited by the upper straight state stop structure surface and do not rotate any more under the action of the torsional spring pretension force. The right drawing is under the exogenic action, and upper boom pivot head 1 and lower boom pivot head 2 are rotatory around shoulder bolt 4, are spacing no longer rotatory by the crooked state stop structure face of lower part, and the torsional spring is twisted tight thereupon simultaneously and is formed bigger torsion, if lose exogenic action, lower boom pivot head 2 will kick-back to straight state.
Fig. 9 is a schematic view showing the operation of the mop rod of the present invention, wherein the upper portion of the mop rod assembly with the mop head is hooked with the hanging frame 13 by the i-shaped ring 16, and the hanging frame can be easily separated from the hanging frame by pulling out the mop head laterally by hand without any additional operation, so that the operation is very simple and convenient, and the hanging frame 13 is connected with the wall 10 by the expansion bolt.
Fig. 10 illustrates the principle of the hanging connection of the upper rod 14 of the mop rod and the hanging rack 13, the upper rod 14, the bearing 15 and the I-shaped ring 16 are embedded into a whole, the material of the I-shaped ring 16 is a kind of stainless steel which can attract the magnet, the I-shaped ring 16 can also rotate around the upper rod 14 to complete other specific functions, the magnet 18 is embedded inside the semicircular Y-shaped stainless steel ring 19, and the Y-shaped stainless steel ring 19 is firmly clamped by the shell 20 and is fixed on the hanging rack rod 17 at the same time. When the I-shaped ring 16 is close to the Y-shaped stainless steel ring embedded with the magnet, the I-shaped ring is attracted until attracting, so that the upper surface of the concave part of the I-shaped ring 16 is hung with the upper surface of the semicircular Y-shaped stainless steel ring 19, and the hanging force between the mop rod 11 and the hanging frame 13 with good hand feeling can be adjusted by adjusting the sizes and the magnetic force of the I-shaped ring 16, the Y-shaped stainless steel ring 19 and the magnet 18.
The above description is only a few embodiments of the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various changes or modifications to the embodiments of the present invention according to the disclosure of the application document without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
