Description

Auxiliary agent and method for preparing glyphosate + ethylcarboxyl microemulsion by using same
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticide adjuvants, in particular to an adjuvant and a method for preparing glyphosate + ethylcarboxyl microemulsion by using the adjuvant.
Background
Glyphosate (glyphosate), the chemical name of which is N- (phosphonomethyl) glycine, is a non-volatile white solid with the specific gravity of 0.5, is melted at about 230 ℃ and is decomposed concomitantly, the solubility of the glyphosate in water at normal temperature is only 1.2g, the glyphosate is insoluble in common organic solvents, and isopropylamine salt of the glyphosate is completely dissolved in water, is nonflammable and non-explosive, is stable to store at normal temperature and has corrosion effect on carbonized steel and galvanized iron sheets.
Glyphosate is widely used in china as a systemic conduction type broad-spectrum biocidal herbicide, and the principle is that enolpyruvyl shikimate phosphate synthase in an object is mainly inhibited, so that the conversion of shikimate to phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan is inhibited, and the synthesis of protein is interfered to cause plant death. Glyphosate is absorbed by stems and leaves and then transferred to various parts of plants, and can prevent and kill monocotyledons, dicotyledons, annual and perennial plants, herbaceous plants, shrubs and other plants of more than 40 families. After entering the soil, the glyphosate is combined with metal ions such as iron, aluminum and the like to lose activity, and has no adverse effect on seeds and soil microorganisms hidden in the soil. With the widespread use of glyphosate, weeds are also increasingly resistant to glyphosate. The traditional single glyphosate preparation has weakened weed treatment effect year by year, and the performance in south China is particularly obvious.
At present, a combined preparation of glyphosate and ethylcarboxyl is produced by a pesticide factory in the south to solve the problem of resistance of weeds to glyphosate, and the ethylcarboxyl can greatly make up for the defect of low weeding speed in the early stage of glyphosate, but the traditional auxiliary agent in the market is difficult to stabilize the glyphosate and ethylcarboxyl preparation, so that the phenomena of poor preparation stability and poor dilution and dispersion exist, and the combined preparation has influence on the use of farmers.
