Electrostatic grounding measures are widely used as a simple and effective method for eliminating static electricity.
However, in the prior art, (1) for an electrostatic grounding system without an interlocking control function, when the electrostatic grounding system fails, a control measure cannot be taken in time for a process, and electrostatic charges generated in the process cannot be dissipated in time, so that a large amount of electrostatic charges are accumulated to cause electrostatic discharge, and a fire explosion accident is caused. (2) The arrangement mode (upper and lower) of the ejector pins in the grounding clamp is beneficial to realizing the firm combination of the grounding clamp and the grounding equipment, and meanwhile, the arrangement of the insulating component between the two ejector pins on the lower clamp body ensures that the grounding clamp can realize the successful dissipation of static charges only after being connected to the grounding equipment.
(3) The alarm driving module in the controller is connected with the alarm lamp, and the response of the alarm lamp is controlled by the program setting in the controller. Whether the conductive parts of the equipment are successfully grounded can be quickly and accurately judged by observing the response condition of the alarm lamp.
(4) The application of the explosion-proof box enables the electrostatic grounding system with the interlocking control function to be wider in application range, and the electrostatic grounding system is safe and reliable to use in flammable and explosive dangerous places.

the second grounding clamp (2) is used for connecting with a grounding system when equipment needs to be grounded;
and the controller (4) is used for collecting loop current of a loop formed by the first grounding clamp (1), the junction box (3), the power supply (5), the current limiting resistor (6) and the second grounding clamp (2) when equipment needs to be grounded, judging whether the loop current exceeds threshold current according to a preset program, and if so, giving an alarm and controlling the process system to stop running.
The power supply (5) is a constant voltage source and provides constant voltage in the using process.
