Claims (10)

1. A multi-batch decomposition issuing method based on hierarchical management is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S1: creating decomposition distribution formats of various format types;
step S2: setting a decomposition issuing and reporting relation among all levels of responsibility centers based on the level relation among all responsibility centers involved in the decomposition issuing; selecting a corresponding decomposition issuing format according to a budget table of each responsibility center;
step S3: inputting the data in the budget table of each responsibility center into the decomposition and distribution format with the corresponding type and storing the data; checking each decomposition issuing format of the stored data;
step S4: and issuing the budget data to a subordinate responsibility center based on each decomposition issuing format passing the verification.
2. The batch decomposition issuing method based on hierarchical management according to claim 1, wherein the decomposition issuing format created in step S1 includes at least the following format types: decomposing and issuing a main format and decomposing and issuing a penetration format; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
decomposing and issuing a main format, and displaying the budget data of the responsibility center of the level and summarizing the budget data distributed to the lower level; the line dimension of the main format is released by the decomposition as a budget subject;
decomposing and issuing a penetration format, and storing data issued to a subordinate responsibility center by a current responsibility center; and the line dimension of the penetration format under the decomposition is a budget subject.

the stored data of the two levels of responsibility centers with direct upper and lower relations are decomposed and assigned to the budget subjects in the main format, and the assigned budget subjects of the subordinate responsibility centers cannot be wider than that of the superior responsibility centers.
8. The batch decomposition issuing method based on hierarchical management according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the budget data of the superior responsibility center is issued to the subordinate responsibility center based on each decomposition issuing format passing the verification.
