Claims (10)

1. An equipment upgrading method is characterized by being applied to a batch upgrading system, wherein the batch upgrading system comprises a management and control server and at least two pieces of equipment to be upgraded, the at least two pieces of equipment to be upgraded comprise at least one piece of upgrading equipment in a service mode and at least one piece of upgrading equipment in a client mode, the upgrading equipment in the service mode is connected with the upgrading equipment in the client mode, and the method comprises the following steps:
if the management and control server receives a response instruction for accepting upgrading returned by the upgrading equipment in the at least one client mode, the upgrading equipment in the service mode receives an upgrading instruction sent by the management and control server, wherein the upgrading instruction comprises an upgrading packet path address;
the upgrading equipment in the service mode downloads an upgrading data packet from the management and control server according to the upgrading packet path address;
after the upgrade data package is downloaded, the upgrade device in the service mode sends the upgrade data package to the upgrade device in the at least one client mode in a multicast mode, so that the upgrade device in the at least one client mode is upgraded according to the upgrade data package.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the service mode upgrade device is connected to the at least one client mode upgrade device, specifically comprising:
the upgrading device in the service mode receives a connection request instruction sent by the upgrading device in the client mode, wherein the connection request instruction comprises the MAC address of the upgrading device in the client mode;
and the upgrading equipment in the service mode sends a response instruction of successful connection to the upgrading equipment in the client mode corresponding to the MAC address according to the MAC address.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the upgrade device in the service mode receives the upgrade instruction sent by the management server, the method further comprises:
the upgrading equipment in the service mode receives an upgrading inquiry instruction sent by the management and control server;
the upgrading equipment in the service mode sends the upgrading inquiry instruction to the upgrading equipment in the at least one client mode in a multicast mode;
and the upgrading equipment in the service mode receives a response instruction whether to accept upgrading replied by the upgrading equipment in the client mode, and sends the response instruction to the management and control server.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein before the upgrade device in the service mode receives the upgrade query instruction sent by the management server, the method further comprises:
and the upgrading equipment in the service mode sends local configuration information of the upgrading equipment in the service mode to the management and control server, wherein the local configuration information at least comprises an IP address, a port number and an upgrading packet version number.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the upgrading device in the service mode downloads the upgrading data package from the management and control server according to the upgrading data package path address, and the method comprises the following steps:
and the upgrading equipment in the service mode downloads the upgrading data packet from a database of the management and control server through an http protocol according to the upgrading packet path address.

The device upgrading device is characterized in that the device upgrading device is applied to upgrading devices in service modes in a batch upgrading system, the batch upgrading system comprises a management and control server and at least two devices to be upgraded, the at least two devices to be upgraded comprise at least one upgrading device in the service mode and at least one upgrading device in a client mode, one upgrading device in the service mode is connected with the upgrading device in the client mode, and the device comprises:
the receiving module is used for receiving an upgrading instruction sent by the management and control server after the management and control server receives a response instruction for accepting upgrading returned by the upgrading equipment in the at least one client mode, wherein the upgrading instruction comprises an upgrading packet path address;
the download module is used for downloading an upgrade data package from the management and control server according to the upgrade package path address;
and the sending module is used for sending the upgrading data packet to the upgrading equipment in the at least one client mode in a multicast mode after the upgrading data packet is downloaded, so that the upgrading equipment in the at least one client mode is upgraded according to the upgrading data packet.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising a connection module to:
receiving a connection request instruction sent by the upgrading equipment of the at least one client mode;
a response instruction of successful connection to the at least one customer mode upgrade apparatus.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising a query module configured to:
receiving an upgrading query instruction sent by the management and control server;
sending the upgrading inquiry instruction to the upgrading equipment of the at least one client mode in a multicast mode;
and receiving a response instruction whether the upgrade equipment in the at least one client mode replies to accept the upgrade or not, and sending the response instruction to the management and control server.
9. A terminal device, comprising: at least one processor and memory;
the memory stores a computer program; the at least one processor executes the memory-stored computer program to implement the device upgrade method of any one of claims 1-5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored therein, which computer program, when executed, implements the device upgrade method of any one of claims 1-5.
