Description

Method for quickly adjusting height of steel wire of ship piano
Technical Field
The invention relates to a device piano wire measuring technology in ship manufacturing, in particular to a method for quickly adjusting the height of a piano wire of a ship.
Background
In order to ensure the service performance of a plurality of important equipment on the ship, the piano steel wire is required to be pulled to measure the levelness and the torsion resistance of the equipment when the main engine, the gear box and other important equipment are installed and adjusted, so that the equipment is ensured to be in a good installation state.
For the measurement of the tension of the piano wire of these important devices, the conventional method is carried out as follows (as shown in fig. 1):
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
installing a piano wire on the equipment and tensioning the piano wire to a required moment;
placing cushion blocks with the same height basically under the piano steel wires at two ends of the equipment;
measuring the distance from the piano wire at the measuring points at the first end and the last end of the equipment to the equipment by using a dial indicator;
adjusting the position of the cushion block or polishing the cushion block until the distances between the piano steel wires and the equipment at the measuring points at the two ends of the equipment are equal (the precision is 0.01 mm);
and fifthly, measuring the distance between each point of the steel wire between the measuring points at the first end and the last end to the equipment, and calculating the levelness and the torsion of the equipment for subsequent adjustment.
