The existing burner of the methanol combustion heat exchanger has no residual liquid to be recovered, because the liquid is adopted to be sprayed and combusted under high pressure, residual liquid always adheres to the atomizing head and the atomizing cavity of the burner after flameout, alcohol accumulated liquid sometimes exists at the bottom of a furnace cavity, because the residual liquid cannot be volatilized in time or is clear, the residual liquid can be combined with oxygen to be oxidized to generate crystals after staying, the time is long, the residual liquid becomes pollutant scale (the residual liquid is mixed with carbon powder adhering to a combustion fire distributing hole to become pollution scale), and the spraying hole of the atomizing head and the combustion fire distributing hole can be blocked.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a forward supply and reverse emptying valve for mucus liquid in an alcohol burner, which has a simple structure and a reasonable design and can recover and volatilize residual liquid.
