Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of a screen supporting frame according to an embodiment of the present invention, the screen supporting frame 100 includes: a clamping part 310, a supporting part 320 connected to the clamping part 310, a connection socket 350 connected to the supporting part 320, a first screen connecting part 100 or a second screen connecting part 200 connected to the connection socket 350; the connecting base 350 is provided with a first connecting member 341, the first screen connecting portion 100 and the second screen connecting portion 200 are respectively provided with a screen connecting plate 330 and a second connecting member 342, and the first connecting member 341 and the second connecting member 342 are detachably connected in a matching manner, so that the connecting base 350 can be connected with the first screen connecting portion 100 or the second screen connecting portion 200.
Further, the first screen connecting part 100 is provided with, for example, one screen connecting plate 330 and the second connecting part 342, and thus, the first screen connecting part 100 can be connected to one screen. In addition, referring to fig. 6, the second screen connecting part 200 is provided with, for example, a support mounting seat 210, a screen supporting member 220 connected to the support mounting seat 210, and a plurality of screen connecting assemblies 230 connected to the screen supporting member 220, and in particular, the support mounting seat 210 may be provided with a second connecting member 342 and a support mounting groove 211, and the screen supporting member 220 is connected to the support mounting groove 211.
Therefore, the screen supporting stand 300 can be connected to the first screen connecting part 100 through the first connecting part 341 connected to the connecting base 350 to realize that the screen supporting stand 300 can be connected to one screen. In another case, the screen supporting frame 300 replaces the first screen connecting portion 100 with the second screen connecting portion 200, that is, the second screen connecting portion 200 is connected to the connection 350 through the matching connection of the first connection member 341 and the second connection member 342, and at this time, the screen supporting member 300 can connect a plurality of screens through the plurality of screen connecting members 230 on the second screen connecting portion 200. Thus, the screen support 300 can respectively connect one screen or a plurality of screens by switching the first screen connecting part 100 and the second screen connecting part 200.
Referring to fig. 2, the first connector 341 includes, for example: a connection plug board 341-1 and a connection socket 341-4 connected to the connection plug board 341-1, wherein the connection plug board 341-1 is provided with a first connection face 341-2 and a second connection face 341-3, the width of the first connection face 341-2 is smaller than the width of the second connection face 341-3, and the width of the connection socket 341-4 is smaller than the average width of the connection plug board 341-1. For example, the connection plug board 341-1 is a trapezoid plug board, a shorter side of the trapezoid plug board is a first connection surface 341-2, and correspondingly, a longer side of the trapezoid plug board is a second connection surface 341-3, the first connection surface 341-2 is located above the second connection surface 341-3, and the connection socket 341-4 is a square structure, and a width of the square structure is smaller than a width of the first connection surface 341-2.
Referring to fig. 3, the second connection member 342 includes, for example: an inserting plate accommodating cavity 342-1 matched with the shape of the connecting inserting plate 341-1, a socket opening 342-2 matched with the width of the connecting socket 341-4 is arranged on the inserting plate accommodating cavity 342-1, and an inserting opening 342-3 matched with the width of the second connecting surface 341-3 is also arranged on the inserting plate accommodating cavity 342-1. For example, the insertion opening 342-2 opens vertically downward into the board receiving cavity 342-1, and the receptacle opening 342-2 opens horizontally toward the first connector 341 into the board receiving cavity 342-1.
The process of detachably connecting the first connector 341 and the second connector 342 by fitting is, for example: in the direction from bottom to top, the connection plug board 341-1 is inserted into the plug board receiving cavity 342-1 from the insertion opening 342-3, and at this time, the second connection surface 341-3 is located at the socket opening 342-2, and the connection socket 341-4 is clamped at the socket opening 342-2. Accordingly, the procedure of detaching the first connector 341 and the second connector 342 that are connected in a mating manner is, for example: the connection board 341-1 is pulled out from the insertion opening 342-3 in the direction from top to bottom, so that it is separated from the board receiving cavity 342-1.
Further, the first connector 341 may further include a connecting hook 341-5, and the corresponding second connector 342 may further include a connecting ring 342-4. When the first connection member 341 and the second connection member 342 are coupled, the connection hook 341-5 is hooked in the connection ring 342-4, and when the first connection member 341 and the second connection member 342 coupled in a coupling manner are disassembled, the connection hook 341-5 is separated from the connection ring 342-4. For example, the connecting hook 341-5 and the connecting ring 342-4 may be made of rubber and have a certain elasticity.
Two kinds of screen supporting frames 300 can be obtained according to different screen connecting parts connected by the screen supporting frames 300. The method comprises the following specific steps:
the first screen support 300 has a first screen connecting part 100 to enable it to connect one screen.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the first screen connecting part 100 is connected to a screen connecting plate 330, one side of the screen connecting plate 330 is used for connecting a screen, and the other side of the screen connecting plate 330 opposite to the first screen connecting plate is connected to the first steering part 30; further, the screen connecting board 330 includes, for example, a first screen connecting board 331 and a second screen connecting board 332.
The first steering portion 30 includes, for example, a steering sleeve 31, a steering seat 37 provided in the steering sleeve 31, and a locking member 35 connected to the steering sleeve 31. For example, the steering sleeve 31 is annular and is connected to the other side of the first screen connecting portion 331, and the steering base 37 may have a circular base to match with the steering sleeve 31, so that the annular steering sleeve 31 may be sleeved on the circular base of the steering sleeve 31 and can rotate relative to the circular base; the steering sleeve 31 may be provided with a first steering limiting part 32, for example, a limiting groove, the steering base 37 is correspondingly provided with a second steering limiting part 38, for example, a protrusion, when the steering sleeve 31 is sleeved on the steering base 37, the protrusion is clamped in the limiting groove, and a rotatable range of the protrusion in the limiting groove can limit a rotation angle of the steering sleeve 31 on the steering base 37.
Furthermore, the steering sleeve 31 is provided with an adjusting opening 33, for example, and the adjusting opening 33 has a certain gap; the catch 35 is provided with a catch handle (not shown) and an adjustment lever 36 connected to the catch handle shaft, and the adjustment lever 36 is connected to the adjustment opening 33. For example, an adjusting rod mounting hole 34 is opened at the adjusting opening 33, and the adjusting rod 36 passes through the adjusting rod mounting hole 34 and is connected at the adjusting opening 33, wherein when the locking member 35 is connected to the steering sleeve 31, the locking member handle can rotate in a direction away from or close to the steering sleeve 31 relative to the adjusting rod 36; specifically, when the locking member handle rotates relative to the adjusting rod 36 away from the steering sleeve 31, the locking member 35 makes the gap of the adjusting opening 33 larger through the adjusting rod 36, so that a certain gap is formed between the steering sleeve 31 and the steering seat 37, and therefore, the locking member handle can rotate relative to the steering seat 37; however, when the locking member handle rotates relative to the adjustment lever 36 close to the steering sleeve 31, the locking member 35 makes the gap of the adjustment opening 33 smaller by the adjustment lever 36, so that the steering sleeve 31 and the steering sleeve 37 are tightly fitted to each other, and thus it can lock the steering seat 37 and cannot rotate relative to each other.
The position where the first screen connecting plate 331 is connected with the steering sleeve 31 can be provided with an opening, when the steering base 37 is sleeved in the steering sleeve 31, the opening exposes the steering base 37, the second screen connecting part 332 covers the opening and is connected with the steering base 37, a second connecting part 342 is arranged on one side of the steering base 37 far away from the screen connecting plate 330, the second connecting part 342 arranged on the steering base 37 is matched with a first connecting part 341 arranged on the connecting part 350 so as to realize that the first screen connecting part 100 is detachably matched and connected with the connecting part 350, and therefore the first screen supporting frame 300 is obtained.
The second screen support 300 has a second screen connecting part 200 to enable it to connect a plurality of screens.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the second screen connecting part 200 includes, for example: a support mount 210, a screen support 220 connected to the support mount 210, and a plurality of screen connecting assemblies 230 provided on the screen support 220.
Wherein, one side of the support mounting seat 210 is provided with a support mounting groove 211 for mounting the screen support 220, and the opposite side is provided with a second connector 342 for cooperating with the first connector 341 of the connection seat 350.
Wherein, referring to fig. 7, each screen connecting component 230 includes, for example: a first screen connecting part 100, a second turning part 231, a third turning part 240, an angle adjusting member 250, and an adjusting member locking part 260 as shown in fig. 4 and 5.
Specifically, a steering shaft 232 and a first link 341, for example, are provided below the second steering portion 231; the corresponding third turning part 240 is provided with a turning shaft hole 241 matched with the turning shaft 232, and when the second turning part 231 is connected into the turning shaft hole 241 through the turning shaft 232, the second turning part 231 can drive the screen connecting plate 330 of the first screen connecting part 100 to rotate around the turning shaft 231 relative to the third turning part 240; the second turning part 231 is coupled to the second coupling part 342 of the turning base 37 of the first screen connecting part 100 by the first coupling part 341. Of course, the second steering portion 231 may also be fixedly connected to the steering seat 37 of the first screen connecting portion 100 instead of the first connecting member 341 and the second connecting member 342, for example, the steering shaft 232 may be directly disposed on a side of the steering seat 37 away from the steering sleeve 31 to be connected to the steering shaft hole 241 of the third steering portion 240.
Further, a side of the third turning part 240 away from the second turning part 231 is provided with, for example, an adjusting member accommodating cavity 242, the angle adjusting member 250 is connected to the adjusting member accommodating cavity 242 through a shaft, and the angle adjusting member 250 can rotate in the adjusting member accommodating cavity 52. For example, a position near the bottom of the adjusting member accommodating cavity 242 is provided with an adjusting member steering shaft 244, a position corresponding to the bottom of the angle adjusting member 250 is provided with a connecting shaft hole, and the adjusting member steering shaft 244 passes through the connecting shaft hole to realize the shaft connection of the angle adjusting member 250 to the adjusting member accommodating cavity 242.
Furthermore, the top of the third turning part 240 is provided with an adjusting opening 243, and the top of the angle adjusting member 250 is provided with an adjusting screw hole 251 at a position corresponding to the adjusting opening 243.
