When the integrated type switch valve and pressure regulating valve integrated device is installed, the fluid inlet 11 of the main pipeline 1 is connected with a pipeline at a gas supply end through threads, and the fluid outlet 10 is connected with a pipeline of gas equipment through threads.
The pressure regulating principle of the pressure regulating valve assembly 3 is as follows: gas enters the throttling part 16 from the front fluid passage 12, when the pressure of the gas in the throttling part 16 is enough to overcome the elastic force of the pressure valve spring 314 and push the pressure valve 311 away from the injector 309, the gas can enter the rear fluid passage 19 through the pressure regulating valve cavity 15, and when the pressure of the gas entering the pressure regulating valve cavity 15 and the elastic force of the pressure valve spring 314 reach a balanced state, the gas can be continuously supplied to the gas-using equipment at a relatively constant pressure; when the air supply pressure needs to be adjusted, the pressure adjusting knob 315 is screwed, and then the pressure adjusting valve rod 302 is screwed, so that the spring pressing sheet 303 at the bottom of the pressure adjusting valve rod 302 translates towards the inner side or the outer side of the pressure adjusting valve cover 301, and thus the pressure on the pressure adjusting spring 304 is increased or reduced, and further the pressure on the pressure adjusting film 306 by the pressure adjusting spring 304 is increased or reduced; when the pressure of the pressure regulating diaphragm 306 is increased, the outward deformation degree of the pressure regulating diaphragm is small, so that the pressure of the throttling part 16 is increased, the pressure valve 311 is more easily jacked by gas, and the gas supply pressure is improved; when the pressure of the pressure regulating diaphragm 306 is reduced, the degree of outward deformation of the pressure regulating diaphragm is large, so that the pressure of the throttling part 16 is reduced, the pressure valve 311 is more difficult to jack up by gas, and the gas supply pressure is reduced.
When the invention is used, the switch valve 41 is pulled by the handle 40, so that the valve body channel 413 on the valve body 411 is communicated with the rear fluid channel 19, and gas can be supplied to gas-using equipment; during pressure regulation, the pressure regulating knob 315 is rotated to regulate the air supply pressure, which can be read from the pressure gauge 2.

1. An integrated device of a switch valve and a pressure regulating valve is characterized by comprising a main pipeline, a pressure regulating valve component and a switch valve component;
a pressure regulating valve interface and a switch valve interface are formed on the main pipeline, and a front fluid channel and a rear fluid channel are formed in an inner cavity of the main pipeline; the tail end of the front fluid channel is connected to the inner side of the pressure regulating valve interface, the pressure regulating valve interface is provided with a pressure regulating valve cavity towards the inner side of the main pipeline, and the pressure regulating valve cavity is communicated with the starting end of the rear fluid channel; a switch valve cavity is formed in the rear fluid passage and communicated with the inner side of the switch valve interface;
the pressure regulating valve assembly comprises a pressure regulating knob, a pressure regulating valve cover, a pressure regulating valve rod, a pressure regulating spring, a pressure regulating diaphragm, an injector, a pressure valve, a spring base and a pressure valve spring; the pressure regulating diaphragm covers the pressure regulating valve interface, and the pressure regulating valve cover is in threaded connection with the pressure regulating valve interface and presses the pressure regulating diaphragm; the pressure regulating valve rod penetrates through the pressure regulating valve cover and is in threaded connection with the pressure regulating valve cover, a spring pressing sheet is arranged at one end, located in the pressure regulating valve cover, of the pressure regulating valve rod, the pressure regulating spring is located between the spring pressing sheet and the pressure regulating pressing sheet, and the pressure regulating knob is fixed at one end, located outside the pressure regulating valve cover, of the pressure regulating valve rod; the injector is arranged at the joint of the pressure regulating valve cavity and the pressure regulating valve interface, the spring base is positioned at the bottom of the pressure regulating valve cavity, the pressure valve is arranged in the pressure regulating valve cavity, the pressure valve is provided with a spring pressing rib, the pressure valve spring is positioned between the spring pressing rib and the spring base, and the pressure valve can be propped against the communication port of the injector;
the switch valve component comprises a switch valve, a switch valve cover and a handle; the switch valve cover is in threaded connection with a switch valve interface, the switch valve comprises a valve body and a valve rod which are connected with each other, a valve body passage is formed in the valve body, the valve body is located in the switch valve cavity and can rotate in the switch valve cavity, the valve body passage can be communicated or cut off the rear fluid passage, the valve rod penetrates out of the switch valve cover, and the handle is fixed at one end of the valve rod, which penetrates out of the switch valve cover.
2. The integrated switching valve and pressure regulating valve device according to claim 1, wherein: and a pressure gauge interface is also formed on the main pipeline and is communicated with the front fluid channel, and a pressure gauge is connected to the pressure gauge interface.
3. The integrated switching valve and pressure regulating valve device according to claim 1, wherein: an injector interface is arranged in the pressure regulating valve interface, and the injector is in threaded connection with the injector interface.

the lower assembly and the upper assembly are combined up and down to form a four-way passage, the lower assembly and the upper assembly are both arranged in the switch valve cavity, two opposite openings of the four-way passage are communicated with the rear fluid passage, and the other two opposite openings of the four-way passage face to the inner wall of the switch valve cavity;
the valve body passage on the valve body can be aligned with any two opposite openings on the four-way passage.

The integrated switching valve and pressure regulating valve device according to claim 8, wherein: the switch valve assembly further comprises an upper gland head, a fourth sealing ring and a lower gland head; the switch valve cover presses the upper assembly through the upper gland head, the fourth sealing ring and the lower gland head from top to bottom in sequence.

The integrated switching valve and pressure regulating valve device according to claim 8 or 9, wherein: an edge ring is embedded in an opening of the four-way passage communicated with the rear fluid passage, and an edge pad is embedded in an opening of the four-way passage facing the inner wall of the switch valve cavity.
