Abstract
The invention discloses a back bolt which comprises a connecting sleeve, a disc-shaped stop washer and a locking ring, wherein grooves are formed in the circumference of the large end of the disc-shaped stop washer, anchor teeth are formed between adjacent grooves, the disc-shaped stop washer is sleeved on the connecting sleeve, the front end of the connecting sleeve penetrates through the locking ring and is in threaded connection with the locking ring, a limiting part for preventing the disc-shaped stop washer from falling off from the connecting sleeve is arranged at the rear end of the connecting sleeve, and the outer diameter of the large end of the disc-shaped stop washer is larger than that of the locking ring; the inner hole of the connecting sleeve is a threaded hole. When the back bolt is installed, a special drill bit is not needed to be used for punching like the traditional back bolt, punching is simpler and more convenient, and the installation efficiency can be improved. Compared with the existing back bolt, the back bolt of the invention has smaller thickness and better adaptability to the thickness of the decorative plate.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of anchoring pieces, in particular to a back bolt.
Background
The back bolt is an anchoring part applied to wall decoration, the back bolt is arranged in the decorative plate, and the keel and the back bolt are connected through the bolt, so that the decorative plate is installed on the wall.
The existing back bolt consists of a bolt sleeve, an anchor tooth part arranged at the front end of the bolt sleeve and a nut part arranged at the rear end of the bolt sleeve, wherein the bolt sleeve is provided with a notch in the circumferential direction. The existing back bolt has the following defects:
1. because the anchor tooth part is expanded by the bolt in the installation state, and the diameter of the anchor tooth part is larger than that of the bolt sleeve, a hole for installing the back bolt needs to be drilled by a special drilling tool to form a hole with a large bottom end and a small opening end. And when the back bolt is installed, the bolt needs to be installed in the bolt sleeve in advance, the installation process is shown in the attached figure 1 of the specification, and the installation process is complex.
2. The structure of the back bolt determines that the back bolt is longer, and further the thickness of the decorative plate adopting the back bolt needs to be thicker, thereby influencing the application range of the back bolt.

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a back bolt, so as to solve the problems that the installation of the existing back bolt requires a special drilling tool to drill a hole, a bolt needs to be installed in advance, the installation process is complicated, and the application range of the existing back bolt is affected due to the large length of the existing back bolt.
The back bolt comprises a connecting sleeve, a disc-shaped stop washer and a locking ring, wherein grooves are formed in the circumference of the large end of the disc-shaped stop washer, anchor teeth are formed between the adjacent grooves, the disc-shaped stop washer is sleeved on the connecting sleeve, the front end of the connecting sleeve penetrates through the locking ring and is in threaded connection with the locking ring, a limiting part for preventing the disc-shaped stop washer from falling off from the connecting sleeve is arranged at the rear end of the connecting sleeve, the disc-shaped stop washer is clamped and fixed by the locking ring and the limiting part, the large end of the disc-shaped stop washer faces the locking ring, and the outer diameter of the large end; the inner hole of the connecting sleeve is a threaded hole.
Further, the number of the disc-shaped stop washers is one or more than two; when the number of the disc-shaped stop washers is more than two, a spacer washer is arranged between the adjacent disc-shaped stop washers.
Furthermore, the limiting part at the rear end of the connecting sleeve is an annular flange.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the back bolt, the hole for connecting the back bolt is arranged on the decorative plate and is a cylindrical hole, so that the back bolt can be punched by adopting a conventional rotary head, a special drill bit is not required to be used for punching like the traditional back bolt, punching is simpler and more convenient, and the mounting efficiency can be improved. And the back bolt is installed on the decorative board back, need not pack into the back bolt with the bolt immediately, has further improved the convenience and the flexibility of installation operation.
2. Compared with the existing back bolt, the back bolt of the invention has smaller thickness and better adaptability to the thickness of the decorative plate.

The disc-shaped stop washer is preferably made of spring steel, so that its anchor teeth have a certain elasticity.
In the specific implementation, as shown in fig. 5, a cylindrical hole with a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the large end of the disc-shaped stop washer is drilled on the decorative plate, the back bolt 5 is pressed into the hole on the decorative plate 6, and the keel 8 and the back bolt are connected by the bolt 7, so that the decorative plate is installed on a wall body, and the installation is simple and convenient. After the back bolt is pressed into the hole in the decorative plate, the anchor teeth of the disk-shaped stop washer hook on the hole wall like barbs, so that the function of preventing the back bolt from withdrawing is achieved.
The number of disc-shaped stop washers may be one or more than two. The disk-shaped stop washer is added, so that the anchoring force can be increased, and the back bolt can be better prevented from being withdrawn from the decorative plate. When the number of the disc-shaped stop washers is more than two, the isolation washer 4 is arranged between the adjacent disc-shaped stop washers, and the disc-shaped stop washers are separated, so that the anchoring and retaining effects of the disc-shaped stop washers can be better exerted.
