Description

Pressure wellhead plugging device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of oil and gas exploitation, and particularly relates to a blocking device for a pressurized wellhead.
Background
In the process of oil and gas exploitation, it is very important to maintain the relative balance between the pressure in the shaft and the formation pressure, and when the operation of repairing the oil well or the gas well under pressure and replacing the oil and gas exploitation wellhead or part of gate valves is implemented, the oil and gas channel leading to the ground in the well needs to be plugged.
The basic principle of the conventional well killing technology is to balance the formation pressure by using the resistance (back pressure) generated by a surface throttle valve and the bottom hole pressure formed by the pressure of a drilling fluid column in a well based on the principle of a U-shaped pipe. During the well killing process, the bottom hole pressure is always kept slightly higher than the formation pressure and is kept unchanged. The weighted drilling fluid is driven into the well with the constant killing discharge capacity, the throttling pressure is gradually reduced along with the increase of the weighted drilling fluid, and when the drilling fluid to be weighted returns out of the well mouth, the throttling pressure is reduced to zero, so that the well is balanced again.
Conventional kill-wells, however, often suffer from several problems:
1. the bottom hole pressure is difficult to control and keep slightly larger than the formation pressure during killing, and meanwhile, the bottom hole pressure is kept unchanged. Thus often resulting in formation fluids re-entering the well during the process of re-establishing equilibrium;
2. in the well killing process, the well bore pressure needs to be accurately controlled, the small displacement and the proper throttle opening are mastered, otherwise once the stratum is killed, the underground complex condition or underground blowout is easy to occur;
3. most importantly, conventional kill wells can easily damage the hydrocarbon reservoir, compromising the productivity of the hydrocarbon reservoir.
