Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a suspension type curtain wall, which aims to solve the technical problem that the overall installation horizontality of the curtain wall is low when the curtain wall is directly fixed through a plurality of bolts in the prior art.

the frame comprises a first frame, a second frame and a plurality of groups of connecting assemblies connected between the first frame and the second frame, and the first frame and the second frame are arranged at a first angle; each group of the connecting components is provided with a first embedding opening and a first slideway, the first embedding opening is arranged at one end of the first slideway, the first frame can be embedded into the first slideway through the first embedding opening, and the first frame can slide along the length direction of the first slideway relative to the first slideway; each group of the connecting assemblies is provided with a second embedding opening and a second slideway, the first embedding opening is arranged at one end of the second slideway, the second frame can be embedded into the second slideway through the second embedding opening, the first frame can slide along the length direction of the second slideway relative to the second slideway, and the second slideway and the first slideway are arranged at a second angle;
the first frame is provided with a first clamping groove extending along the length direction of the first frame, the wall surface is provided with a first clamping hook, the first clamping hook extends along the length direction of the first clamping groove, the first clamping hook is clamped and matched with the first clamping groove, and the first clamping hook can slide relative to the first clamping groove; and/or the second frame is provided with a second clamping groove extending along the length direction of the second frame, the wall surface is provided with a second clamping hook, the second clamping hook extends along the length direction of the second clamping groove, the second clamping hook is clamped and matched with the first clamping groove, and the second clamping hook can slide relative to the second clamping groove;
the first angle and the second angle are the same.
In any one of the above technical solutions, further, the connecting assembly includes a first plate set and a second plate set, where the first plate set and the second plate set are disposed at the first angle and are fixedly connected to each other;
the first plate group comprises two vertical plates which are arranged at intervals and oppositely, the two vertical plates extend along the length direction of the first frame, and the two vertical plates jointly form the first slide way; the second plate group comprises two transverse plates which are arranged at intervals and oppositely, the two transverse plates extend along the length direction of the second frame, and the two transverse plates form the second slide way together;
one of the transverse plates is fixedly connected to the top of the vertical plate, or one of the transverse plates is fixedly connected to the bottom of the vertical plate.
In any one of the above technical solutions, further, the first plate group further includes a first connecting plate disposed between the two risers, and the first connecting plate is used for mounting the second plate group;
the first plate group further comprises two first abutting plates arranged between the two vertical plates, the two first abutting plates are fixedly connected with the two vertical plates respectively, and the two first abutting plates extend oppositely;
the first connecting plate and the first abutting plate are arranged at a right angle.
In any one of the above technical solutions, further, the first plate group further includes a first reinforcing plate and a first fastening member, and the first reinforcing plate is disposed perpendicular to the riser;

Examples
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the suspended curtain wall provided by the present embodiment includes a wall surface 10 and a frame 20 for mounting the wall surface 10; the frame 20 comprises a first frame 21 and a second frame 22 and a plurality of groups of connecting components 30 connected between the first frame 21 and the second frame 22, and the first frame 21 and the second frame 22 are arranged at a first angle; each group of connecting assemblies 30 is provided with a first embedding opening and a first slideway 316, the first embedding opening is arranged at one end of the first slideway 316, the first frame 21 can be embedded into the first slideway 316 through the first embedding opening, and the first frame 21 can slide along the length direction of the first slideway 316 relative to the first slideway 316; each group of connecting assemblies 30 is provided with a second embedding opening and a second slide way 325, the first embedding opening is arranged at one end of the second slide way 325, the second frame 22 can be embedded into the second slide way 325 through the second embedding opening, the first frame 21 can slide along the length direction of the second slide way 325 relative to the second slide way 325, and the second slide way 325 and the first slide way 316 are arranged at a second angle; the first frame 21 is provided with a first clamping groove 211 extending along the length direction of the first frame 21, the wall surface 10 is provided with a first clamping hook 11, the first clamping hook 11 extends along the length direction of the first clamping groove 211, the first clamping hook 11 is clamped and matched with the first clamping groove 211, and the first clamping hook 11 can slide relative to the first clamping groove 211; the second frame 22 is provided with a second clamping groove 221 extending along the length direction of the second frame 22, the wall surface 10 is provided with a second clamping hook 12, the second clamping hook 12 extends along the length direction of the second clamping groove 221, the second clamping hook 12 is clamped and matched with the first clamping groove 211, and the second clamping hook 12 can slide relative to the second clamping groove 221; the first angle and the second angle are the same.

Specifically, the first frame 21 is a vertical frame along the vertical direction, and the second frame 22 is a horizontal frame along the horizontal direction, so that the included angle between the vertical frame and the horizontal frame is 90 degrees. The first frame 21 is provided with two, and the two second frames 22 are opposite and arranged at intervals; the second shelves 22 are also provided in two, and the two second shelves 22 are opposed and spaced apart. In practical use, the connecting assembly 30 is provided with a first inserting opening and a second inserting opening which form an included angle of 90 degrees, the first frame 21 is inserted into the first slide way 316 through the first inserting opening and is fixedly connected through a fastener such as a bolt, and the second frame 22 is inserted into the second slide way 325 through the second inserting opening and is fixedly connected through a fastener such as a bolt. The first frame 21 and the second frame 22 are connected into an integral structure through the connecting assembly 30, so that the first frame 21 and the second frame 22 are fixedly connected, and the wall surface 10 is protected.
With reference to fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 6, in practical use, the connecting assembly 30 includes a first plate set 31 and a second plate set 32, and the first plate set 31 and the second plate set 32 are disposed at a first angle and are fixedly connected to each other; the first plate group 31 comprises two vertical plates 311 which are arranged at intervals and oppositely, the two vertical plates 311 extend along the length direction of the first frame 21, and the two vertical plates 311 form a first slideway 316 together; the second plate group 32 includes two transverse plates 321 disposed at an interval and opposite to each other, the two transverse plates 321 extend along the length direction of the second frame 22, and the two transverse plates 321 together form a second slide 325; one of the horizontal plates 321 is fixed to the top of the vertical plate 311, or one of the horizontal plates 321 is fixed to the bottom of the vertical plate 311.
That is to say, the two vertical plates 311 are arranged oppositely and at intervals along the horizontal direction, the space between the two vertical plates 311 is the first slideway 316, and the first frame 21 slides into the first slideway 316 to be capable of pressing against the two vertical plates 311. The two transverse plates 321 are arranged oppositely and at intervals along the vertical direction, the space between the two transverse plates 321 is the second slide way 325, and the second frame 22 is drawn into the second slide way 325 and can be mutually pressed with the two transverse plates 321. In the present embodiment, the second plate set 32 is located above the first plate set 31, that is, one of the horizontal plates 321 is fixedly connected to the tops of the two vertical plates 311, so as to ensure that the first plate set 31 and the second plate set 32 form a whole.
It should be added that, not limited to the above-mentioned arrangement, the second plate group 32 may be arranged below the first plate group 31, and the upper one of the two horizontal plates 321 is fixed to the bottom of the two vertical plates 311. In either case, it is sufficient to secure the first frame 21 and the second frame 22 to the first plate group 31 and the second plate group 32.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3-6, the first plate set 31 further includes a first connecting plate 312 disposed between the two risers 311, the first connecting plate 312 is used for mounting the second plate set 32; the first plate group 31 further comprises two first abutting plates 313 arranged between the two vertical plates 311, the two first abutting plates 313 are fixedly connected with the two vertical plates 311 respectively, and the two first abutting plates 313 extend oppositely; the first connection plate 312 and the first abutting plate 313 are disposed at a right angle.
Specifically, the first connecting plate 312 is used for connecting the two risers 311 into a whole, so as to improve the structural stability. In this embodiment, the first connection plate 312 is fixedly connected to the tops of the two risers 311, the two first contact plates 313 are located at the bottom of the first connection plate 312, and a bayonet is formed between the two first contact plates 313 and the first connection plate 312, and the bayonet forms an included angle of 90 degrees. When the first frame 21 is inserted into the first slideway 316, the two first abutting plates 313 can be pressed against the side walls of the first frame 21, so that the pressing force between at least three side walls of the first frame 21 and the first plate group 31 is ensured, and not only the installation and positioning of the first frame 21 relative to the first plate group 31 are realized, but also the connection reliability of the first frame 21 relative to the first plate group 31 is improved.
With continued reference to fig. 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6, preferably, the first plate set 31 further includes a first reinforcing plate 314 and a first fastener 317, and the first reinforcing plate 314 is disposed perpendicular to the riser 311; the number of the first reinforcing plates 314 is two, the two first reinforcing plates 314 are opposite and spaced, the two first reinforcing plates 314 are respectively and fixedly connected to the two vertical plates 311, and the two first reinforcing plates 314 extend in a back direction; each first reinforcing plate 314 is provided with a first mounting hole, and a first fastener 317 can penetrate through the first mounting hole to be fixedly connected with the mounting wall.
That is to say, the first reinforcing plate 314 is used for being fixedly connected with an installation wall, so as to fix the first plate set 31 relative to the installation wall, and the second plate set 32 is fixedly arranged on the first plate set 31, so as to fix the connecting assembly 30 relative to the installation wall, and the wall 10 is fixedly connected through the first frame 21 and the second frame 22, and the first frame 21 and the second frame 22 are fixedly connected through the connecting assembly 30, so as to realize the installation of the wall 10 relative to the installation wall. The first fastening member 317 comprises a screw and a nut, one end of the screw passes through the first reinforcing plate 314 and is fixed on the installation wall, and the other end of the screw is in threaded fit with the nut and is clamped by the nut.
In an optional scheme of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the first plate group 31 further includes a first limiting plate 315, a first end of the first limiting plate 315 is fixedly connected to one of the vertical plates 311, the other end of the first limiting plate 315 is fixedly connected to the other vertical plate 311, the first limiting plate 315 can block one end of the first slide way 316 away from the first insertion opening, and the first limiting plate 315 is used for limiting the movement of the first frame 21 relative to the first slide way 316.
Taking a group of connecting assemblies 30 located at the bottom of the first frame 21 as an example, the first limiting plate 315 is fixedly disposed at the bottom of the vertical plate 311 for blocking an end of the first sliding way 316 away from the first insertion opening. When the first frame 21 is inserted into the first sliding channel 316, the bottom of the first frame 21 can be pressed against the first limiting plate 315, so that the first frame 21 can no longer move along the length direction of the first frame 21 relative to the first sliding channel 316. If a set of connecting members 30 is located on the top of the first frame 21, the first limiting plate 315 is fixed on the top of the vertical plate 311.
With reference to fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the second plate set 32 further includes a second connecting plate 322, one end of the second connecting plate 322 is fixedly connected to one of the transverse plates 321, and the other end of the second connecting plate 322 is fixedly connected to the other transverse plate 321; the second plate group 32 further comprises two second abutting plates 323 arranged between the two transverse plates 321, the number of the second abutting plates 323 is two, the two second abutting plates 323 are fixedly connected with the two transverse plates 321 respectively, and the two second abutting plates 323 extend oppositely; the second connecting plate 322 and the second abutting plate 323 are disposed at a right angle. That is, the second connecting plate 322 is used to connect the two cross plates 321 into a whole. In this embodiment, the second connecting plate 322 and the second abutting plate 323 are disposed oppositely, and when the second frame 22 is inserted into the second sliding channel 325, the four sidewalls of the second frame 22 and the second plate group 32 are pressed tightly, so as to improve the installation reliability of the second frame 22 relative to the second plate group 32.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, in practical use, the second plate set 32 further includes a second limiting plate 324, one end of the second limiting plate 324 is fixedly connected to one of the transverse plates 321, the other end of the second limiting plate 324 is fixedly connected to the other transverse plate 321, the second limiting plate 324 is blocked at one end of the second sliding way 325 away from the second insertion opening, and the second limiting plate 324 is used for limiting the movement of the second rack 22 relative to the second sliding way 325.
Taking the set of connecting assemblies 30 positioned on the left side of the second frame 22 as an example, the second limiting plate 324 is disposed at the left end of the second frame 22, i.e., is fixed to the left end of the cross plate 321, and can be pressed against the left end of the second frame 22. Taking the set of connecting assemblies 30 positioned on the right side of the second frame 22 as an example, the second stopper plate 324 is fixed to the right end of the cross plate 321 and can be pressed against the right end of the second frame 22.
In an alternative solution of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the suspended curtain wall further includes a middle frame 40 connected to the wall surface 10, and at least one of the middle frames 40 is provided; the middle frame 40 comprises an L-shaped frame 41 fixedly connected with the wall surface 10 and a framework 42 in clamping fit with the L-shaped frame 41, and the L-shaped frame 41 can slide relative to the framework 42; the frame 42 is provided with a sliding groove 421 extending in the length direction of the L-shaped frame 41, and an anti-skid and shock-absorbing member is provided in the sliding groove 421.
In this embodiment, the number of the middle frames 40 is one, the middle frame 40 includes an L-shaped frame 41 and a framework 42, two ends of the framework 42 are respectively fixed to the two first frames 21 by inserting, that is, slots are respectively formed on the side walls of the two first frames 21, so that the framework 42 can be conveniently inserted into the slots for installation. The middle of the frame 42 is provided with a sliding slot 421 extending in an L-shaped configuration. The L-shaped frame 41 is fixedly arranged on the wall surface 10 facing the installation wall, the L-shaped frame 41 can be embedded into the sliding groove 421, and the L-shaped frame 41 can move in the sliding groove 421 along with the movement of the wall surface 10 relative to the frame 20. After the position of the wall surface 10 relative to the frame 20 is determined, the gap between the L-shaped frame 41 and the sliding slot 421 is filled with anti-slip and shock-absorbing members with large friction force, such as rubber products, or cotton wool, etc., which not only improves the installation of the L-shaped frame 41 relative to the sliding slot 421, but also plays a role in absorbing shock between the two.
Wherein, first draw-in groove 211 and spout 421 all have sufficient degree of depth, can impel first pothook 11 to imbed completely in first draw-in groove 211, and L shape frame 41 can imbed completely in spout 421 simultaneously, and the cooperation is installed the rubber products in anti-skidding damping member and the first draw-in groove 211 in the spout 421 simultaneously, and then improves the relative first draw-in groove 211 of first pothook 11, the relative spout 421 installation reliability of L shape frame 41.
In an optional solution of this embodiment, the suspended curtain wall further includes a fastening rod, a fastening cap, and a gasket; one end of the fastening rod penetrates through the vertical plate 311 to be fixedly connected with the first frame 21, the other end of the fastening rod is fixedly connected with the fastening cap, the fastening cap is tightly pressed on the vertical plate 311, and the gasket is arranged between the vertical plate 311 and the fastening cap.
