Claims (10)
1. The stone waterproof antifouling base material is characterized by mainly comprising hydrogen-containing silicone oil, a silane coupling agent, absolute ethyl alcohol, hydroxyl silicone oil and neopentyl glycol.
2. The stone waterproof and antifouling binder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the waterproof and antifouling binder comprises, in weight percent:
hydrogen-containing silicone oil: 33 to 35 percent;
silane coupling agent: 15 to 18 percent;
anhydrous ethanol: 12 to 15 percent;
hydroxyl silicone oil: 30-33 parts of;
neopentyl glycol: 5 to 8 percent.
3. The stone waterproof and antifouling binder as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the hydrogen content in the hydrogen-containing silicone oil is 0.8% by weight, and the hydroxyl content in the hydroxyl silicone oil is 8.5% by weight.
4. A stone water and soil repellent agent characterized by comprising the water and soil repellent base of claim 1 and an auxiliary.
5. The stone antifouling agent as claimed in claim 4, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises water, wax, ethanol.
6. The waterproof and antifouling agent for stone as claimed in claim 5, wherein the waterproof and antifouling agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
waterproof antifouling base material: 80-85%;
water: 8-10;
0.5-1% of handfeel wax;
8-10% of ethanol.
7. The preparation method of the stone waterproof antifouling agent as claimed in claim 4, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: preparing a waterproof antifouling base material;
s2: the antifouling agent base material and the auxiliary agent are mixed to prepare the waterproof antifouling agent.
8. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the step of preparing the base material of waterproof and antifouling paint in step S1 comprises the following steps:
A. weighing hydrogen-containing silicone oil, absolute ethyl alcohol, a silane coupling agent, hydroxyl silicone oil and neopentyl glycol.
B. Adding the weighed hydrogen-containing silicone oil, absolute ethyl alcohol and silane coupling agent into a dispersion machine for dispersion and stirring;
C. cooling the dispersed and stirred raw materials to 40 ℃, and then sequentially adding hydroxyl silicone oil and neopentyl glycol;
D. cooling the raw materials to room temperature, standing for 48 hours, and taking the clear transparent base material as the waterproof antifouling base material.
9. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the step of preparing the water and soil repellent agent in step S2 comprises the steps of;
a. weighing waterproof antifouling base material, water, hand feeling wax and ethanol;
b. and (3) putting the waterproof and antifouling base material, water, hand feeling wax and ethanol into a dispersion machine to be dispersed for 30min at a high speed to prepare the waterproof and antifouling agent.
10. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the rotation speed of the disperser in step B is 500 rpm, and the dispersing time is 2 min.
