The friction wheel 120 can rotate under the driving of the elevator handrail (not shown in the figure), and then drives the brush roller 130 to rotate, and the handrail can be cleaned and disinfected when the brush roller 130 rotates.
Specifically, the housing 110 includes a shield 112 and two rectangular vertical plates 114. The protective cover 112 is a box structure, and the bottom of the protective cover is provided with an opening; it is equivalent to a rectangular box body lacking a bottom plate; the friction wheel 120 and the brush roller 130 are disposed inside the guard cover 112, and bottom portions of the friction wheel 120 and the brush roller 130 are exposed to be opened to facilitate engagement with the handrail belt. Two vertical plates 114 are oppositely spaced and fixedly attached to the bottom of the shield 112 such that the housing 110 has a generally inverted U-shaped cross-section. Each vertical plate 114 is provided with two threaded holes, and a screw rod 180 is arranged in each threaded hole. When the shell 110 is buckled on the handrail belt, the protective cover 112 is positioned above the handrail belt, and the two vertical plates 114 are respectively positioned at two sides of the handrail belt; when the screw 180 is tightened, the end of the screw 180 abuts against a dado plate of the escalator, so that the housing 110 is fixed to the escalator.
The shield 112 includes a first end 1121 and a second end 1122, the friction wheel 120 is disposed at the first end 1121 of the shield 112 and extends along the width direction of the housing 110, and two ends of the friction wheel are rotatably connected to two side walls of the shield 112. The bottom of the friction wheel 120 is exposed to the lower opening of the guard 112 so that it can be engaged with the handrail. The brush roller 130 is arranged in the protective cover 112 and is arranged in parallel with the friction wheel 120 at intervals, and comprises a roller shaft 131 and a brush 132; wherein, both ends of the roller shaft 131 are respectively rotatably connected with two side plates of the protective cover 112, and the brushes 132 are uniformly arranged on the circumferential surface of the roller shaft 131. The brush 132 is made of a soft material, which can absorb a certain amount of sterilized water.
Further, a transmission belt 140 is disposed between the roller shaft 131 and the rotation shaft of the friction wheel 120, and the transmission belt 140 can drive the brush roller 130 to rotate when the friction wheel 120 rotates.
In other embodiments, gears are disposed at the end of the roller shaft 131 and the end of the friction wheel 120, and a transition wheel is disposed between the two gears, and the transition wheel is rotatably coupled to the shield 112. The above-mentioned design makes the linear velocity of the bottom of the brush roller 130 opposite to the driving direction of the handrail belt, thereby improving the cleaning effect.
After the belt is cleaned by the brush roller 130, the surface is inevitably provided with a certain amount of sterilizing water. In order to prevent the sterilized water from adhering to the hands of the user, the sterilizing apparatus 100 is further provided with a water-absorbing sponge 150, and the water-absorbing sponge 150 is disposed inside the protective cover 112 and connected to the inner wall of the protective cover 112. The absorbent sponge is disposed near the second end 1122 of the hood 112 and has a bottom that exposes an opening in the lower portion of the hood 112 to allow contact with the handrail belt.
Further, the disinfection device 100 further comprises a water container 170 and a squeezing mechanism 160, wherein the water container 170 is disposed adjacent to the water absorbing sponge 150 and is located at the second end 1122 of the protective cover 112; the pressing mechanism 160 is used for pressing the absorbent sponge 150 so as to press the sterilized water in the absorbent sponge 150 out into the water receiving container 170.
The absorbent sponge 150 is substantially cylindrical and is elastically connected to the inner wall of the protective cover 112, that is, the absorbent sponge 150 can move a certain distance under the action of external force, and when the external force disappears, the absorbent sponge 150 can be restored. When the water absorbing sponge 150 is not acted by the squeezing mechanism 160, the water absorbing sponge is located at the initial position and deviates from the upper part of the water receiving container 170; so that the bottom thereof can be exposed from the lower opening of the protection cover 112 and contacted with the handrail belt. When the water absorbing sponge 150 is acted by the squeezing mechanism 160, the water absorbing sponge deviates from the initial position and is pushed above the water receiving container 170; so that the water in the water absorbing sponge 150 can flow into the lower water receiving container 170.
Specifically, a baffle 115 is disposed within shield 112 proximate second end 1122; the water absorbing sponge 150 is connected to the baffle 115 by a spring (not shown). When the squeezing mechanism 160 pushes the water absorbing sponge 150 to the position abutting against the baffle 115, the water absorbing sponge 150 is just above the water receiving container 170, and at the moment, the water in the water absorbing sponge 150 just flows into the water receiving container 170. When the pressing mechanism 160 is reset, the water absorbing sponge 150 is reset to the initial position under the action of the spring.
The pressing mechanism 160 includes a guide 161, a slider 162, a rotating member 163, and a connecting rod 164, wherein the guide 161 is a cylindrical rod-shaped structure extending along the length direction of the shield 112 and vertically and fixedly connected to the baffle 115. The slider 162 is provided with a guide hole, and the guide 161 is fitted with the guide hole. The rotation member 163 adopts a thin plate-like disc, and the middle portion thereof is fixedly and vertically connected to one end of the roller shaft 131 of the brush roller 130; the connecting rod 164 has one end hinged to the rotating member 163 and the other end hinged to the slider 162. The guide 161, the slider 162, the rotating member 163, and the connecting rod 164 form a crank slider 162 mechanism, in which the rotating member 163 serves as a driving member to drive the slider 162 to reciprocate through the connecting rod 164. The water absorbing sponge 150 is located between the slider 162 and the baffle 115, so that the slider 162 can press the water absorbing sponge 150. The above-mentioned design of the squeezing structure enables the water-absorbing sponge 150 to be squeezed to discharge water once every time the brush roller 130 rotates a circle, so that the water-absorbing sponge 150 can maintain a relatively large water-absorbing capacity, and the air-drying time of the handrail belt can be shortened.
Optionally, the pressing mechanism 160 is symmetrically provided with two guiding elements 161, two rotating elements 163 and two connecting rods 164; a rectangular block structure in which the slider 162 extends in the width direction of the housing 110; the two connecting rods 164 are respectively hinged with two ends of the sliding block 162. Above-mentioned design makes slider 162's atress more even, prevents to lead to slider 162 card to die because one end atress, and then can improve the extrusion effect of draining.
Further, to facilitate assembly and to keep the two links 164 parallel; the pressing mechanism 160 is further provided with a hinge lever 165. The hinge rod 165 is spaced apart from and parallel to the roller and is detachably coupled to the upper portion of the slider 162. During assembly, the two ends of the hinge rod 165 are hinged to the two connecting rods 164 respectively, and then the middle of the hinge rod 165 is fixedly connected with the sliding block 162.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the water receiving container 170 includes a baffle 171 and two water tanks 172, wherein the baffle 171 is perpendicular to the baffle 115 and is connected to the bottom of the baffle 115. The baffle 171 extends in the width direction of the shield 112, and two water tanks 172 are provided at both ends of the baffle 171, respectively. And the middle of the upper surface of the baffle 171 is convex, so that the flow guide surface of the baffle 171 is in a V shape. When the absorbent sponge 150 is pushed above the flow guide plate 171, the disinfectant in the absorbent sponge 150 is squeezed out and flows into the two water channels 172 along the flow guide surface by the squeezing mechanism 160. When the sterilizing apparatus 100 is installed on the handrail belt, the handrail belt is just positioned below the guide plate 171 between the two water tanks 172, thereby preventing the water tanks 172 from interfering with the handrail belt, and the side plates of the two water tanks 172 abut against the two wall protection plates of the escalator, which can also improve the stability of installation. In addition, the flow guide plate 171 allows the squeezed disinfectant to flow into the water tank 172 quickly, thereby preventing the disinfectant from being sucked away again after the sponge loses its squeezing force.
Optionally, a slope-shaped guide surface 173 is further provided on a side of the water receptacle 170 away from the baffle 115; when the water absorbing sponge 150 is pushed by the pressing mechanism 160, it can be quickly and accurately moved along the guide surface 173 to above the water receiving container 170.
Further, the sterilizing device 100 further includes a square storage container (not shown) for storing sterilizing water, thereby facilitating timely replenishment of the brush roller 130 with the sterilizing water. Specifically, the storage container is disposed above the brush roller 130, and includes a container body and a storage sponge disposed in the container body. The storage container is connected to the shield 112; the bottom of the container body is provided with an opening, and the brush 132 can press the storage sponge when the brush roller 130 rotates, so that the sterilizing water in the storage sponge flows out onto the brush roller 130.
Alternatively, in order to facilitate the supply of the sterilizing water to the storage container, the upper portion of the shield 112 is provided with a square mounting hole in which the storage container is fitted. The upper portion of the housing 110 is provided with a mounting hole in which the storage container is mounted; the upper part of the storage container is also provided with a water injection hole.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the squeezing mechanism and the water absorption sponge may not be provided; or the storage container may not be provided.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
