Rotary device 3 include slide bar 31, connection frame 32 and jacking push rod 33, slide bar 31 be connected with jacking post 23 through sliding fit's mode, connection frame 32 is installed to slide bar 31 upper end, slide bar 31 surface left side is connected with jacking push rod 33, jacking push rod 33 passes through the push rod seat and installs on jacking post 23, specific during operation, manual start jacking push rod 33, jacking push rod 33 drives connection frame 32 through slide bar 31 and moves to placing the department.
The bearing device 4 comprises a bearing frame 41, a rotary gear 42, a push plate 43, an electric push rod 44, a separating mechanism 45, a clamping mechanism 46, a supporting block 47 and a connecting spring 48, wherein the bearing frame 41 is connected to the side wall of the rotating device 3 through a bearing, the rotary gear 42 is symmetrically arranged on the front and back of the outer side of the bearing frame 41, the push plate 43 is connected to the inner part of the bearing frame 41 in a sliding fit manner, the electric push rod 44 is connected to the lower end of the push plate 43, the electric push rod 44 is arranged on the lower end face of the bearing frame 41, the separating mechanism 45 is arranged at the upper end of the right wall of the push plate 43, the separating mechanism 45 is connected with the bearing frame 41 in a sliding fit manner, the clamping mechanism 46 is symmetrically arranged on the front and back of the left side of the separating mechanism 45, the clamping mechanism 46 is connected with the upper end face of the lower wall of the bearing frame 41 in a sliding fit manner, the supporting block 47 is symmetrically arranged on the outer side wall of the bearing frame 41, the supporting block 47 positioned at the lower part is arranged on the lower end surface of the bearing frame 41, the connecting spring 48 is arranged between the supporting blocks 47, the upper end of the connecting spring 48 is connected with the bearing frame 41, the lower end of the connecting spring 48 is connected with the rotating device 3, the supporting block 47 positioned at the upper part is arranged on the right end surface of the right wall of the bearing frame 41, when the file management device works, firstly, a plurality of file management file boxes are placed in the bearing frame 41 in a manual mode, the clamping mechanism 46 clamps and fixes the file boxes, then, the rotating device 3 rises, the adjusting device 2 is matched with the rotating gear 42 to drive the bearing frame 41 to rotate, so as to realize the position adjustment, finally, the electric push rod 44 is started manually, the electric push rod 44 drives the separating mechanism 45 to separate the placed file boxes through the push plate 43, the push plate 43 pushes the file boxes on the bearing frame 41 into the placing part, so as to avoid the file boxes from being rubbed with other file boxes when being placed, therefore, the damage of the file box is reduced, the phenomenon that the file box is inclined can be avoided, and the space utilization rate is improved.
The separating mechanism 45 comprises a connecting seat 451, a pushing rod 452, a separating spring 453 and a separating plate 454, the connecting seat 451 is installed on the upper end face of the right wall of the pushing plate 43, the connecting seat 451 is symmetrically connected with the pushing rod 452 in the front and back direction through a pin shaft, the separating spring 453 is connected between the pushing rods 452, the upper end of the pushing rod 452 is connected with the separating plate 454 through a pin shaft, the separating plate 454 is connected with the bearing and placing frame 41 in a sliding fit mode, and during specific work, the pushing plate 43 drives the separating plate 454 to open and close through the pushing rod 452, so that the separated function of the placed file box is achieved.
The clamping mechanism 46 comprises a clamping frame 461, a clamping spring 462, a clamping plate 463, a sliding block 464, an auxiliary spring 465, a clamping block 466 and a clamping spring 467, wherein the clamping frame 461 is connected with the bearing frame 41 in a sliding fit manner, the clamping spring 462 is connected between the clamping frame 461 and the bearing frame 41, the clamping plate 463 is installed on the inner wall of the bearing frame 41, the sliding block 464 is connected inside the clamping plate 463 in a sliding fit manner, rubber strips are uniformly arranged on the upper side of the inner wall of the sliding block 464, the auxiliary springs 465 are symmetrically arranged between the sliding block 464 and the clamping plate 463 left and right, the lower end of the auxiliary spring 465 is installed on the clamping plate 463, the upper end of the auxiliary spring 466 is installed on the sliding block 464, clamping grooves are uniformly arranged on the outer end surface of the middle part of the sliding block 464, the inside of the clamping grooves is connected with the clamping block 466 in a clamping manner, and the clamping block 466 is connected with the clamping plate 463 in a sliding fit manner, be connected with chucking spring 467 between fixture block 466 and the clamping plate 463, during specific work, according to the manual pulling sliding block 464 of size of file box, fixture block 466 cooperates with the draw-in groove joint on the sliding block 464 to the realization is to the spacing function of sliding block 464, and can press from both sides tight fixed to the file box of different sizes, later, manual part presss from both sides tight frame 461, presss from both sides tight frame and presss from both sides tight fixed to the file box through clamping plate 463, and can realize pressing from both sides tight fixed function to one or more file boxes.
