Abstract
The invention relates to a transformer body storage device and a method for storing a transformer body, which are used for storing the transformer body and comprise an oil collecting tank, an isolation cover and an oil injection loop, wherein the oil collecting tank is positioned in the isolation cover, the oil inlet end of the oil injection loop is communicated with the oil collecting tank, the transformer body is placed on the oil collecting tank when the transformer body storage device is used, and the oil injection end of the oil injection loop is positioned above the transformer body. The invention can keep the body in good insulation state, and the preservation method is simple.

Background
The transformer has long running time, some accessories need to be replaced, but original flanges are not matched, an oil tank needs to be reconstructed on site, or problems exist in the design of the original transformer, the noise of a cooling mode is large, the cooling mode needs to be reconstructed, forced oil air cooling is changed into air cooling and the like, the reconstruction cost of the transformer pulling back to a factory is large, the oil tank needs to be reconstructed on site, therefore, a transformer body is not stored with the oil tank for a period of time, how to store the transformer body to enable the transformer body to be insulated and not to be affected with damp, and the insulation resistance is not reduced, so that the problems which need to.
The transformer is repaired to return to the factory for oil tank reconstruction, if the drying furnace has no furnace period, the insulation state of the transformer body is good, the transformer body does not need to be baked again, and the problem to be solved is how to store the transformer body.

a transformer body storage device is used for storing a transformer body and comprises an oil collecting groove, a shielding case and an oil injection loop, wherein the oil collecting groove is positioned in the shielding case, the oil inlet end of the oil injection loop is communicated with the oil collecting groove, the transformer body is placed on the oil collecting groove when the transformer body storage device is used, and the oil injection end of the oil injection loop is positioned above the transformer body.
The oil collecting tank is positioned inside the outer cover, the outer cover is connected with an air dryer/nitrogen cylinder, and the air dryer/nitrogen cylinder provides dry air/nitrogen between the outer cover and the inner cover; the outer layer cover is provided with a pressure relief opening.
The oil injection loop comprises a vacuum oil filter and a spray head, the spray head is positioned at the inner top of the isolation cover, the vacuum oil filter is positioned outside the isolation cover, and two ends of the vacuum oil filter are respectively communicated with the oil collecting tank and the spray head. injecting enough transformer oil into the oil collecting tank;
closing the inner cover and the outer cover tightly, opening an air dryer/nitrogen cylinder to fill dry gas/nitrogen into the outer cover, and opening a vacuum oil filter to spray the transformer oil.
Wherein, the following records are made in the process of spraying the transformer oil: recording the temperature, the humidity, the outlet oil pressure, the outlet oil temperature and the insulation resistance at regular intervals, wherein the insulation resistance comprises high-voltage-low, ground and iron core insulation resistances; low voltage-high, ground, iron core insulation resistance; iron core-high, low, ground insulation resistance; if the insulation data is continuously monitored for multiple times and is stable and has no obvious change, the monitoring interval can be widened.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention discloses a transformer body storage device and a method for storing a transformer body, wherein the transformer body for storing a transformer comprises an oil collecting tank, an isolation cover and an oil injection loop. The invention can keep the body in good insulation state, and the preservation method is simple. Referring to fig. 1, a transformer body storage device is used for a storage device 10 and comprises an oil collecting tank 11, an isolation cover and an oil injection loop, wherein the oil collecting tank 11 is located in the isolation cover, an oil inlet end of the oil injection loop is communicated with the oil collecting tank 11, the transformer body 10 is placed on the oil collecting tank 11 when the transformer body storage device is used, and an oil injection end of the oil injection loop is located above the transformer body 10. When the device body 10 is stored, the oil injection loop continuously extracts the oil in the oil collecting groove 11 and sprays the oil to the device body 10 from the upper part of the device body 10 to the lower part, so that the surface of the device body is always protected by the oil, and the oil on the surface of the device body 10 drops into the oil collecting groove, thereby realizing the oil circulation.
Specifically, the isolation cover comprises an inner cover 9 and an outer cover 8, the lower end of the inner cover 9 is immersed in oil in the oil collecting tank 11, the oil collecting tank 11 is located inside the outer cover 8, the outer cover 8 is connected with the air dryer 3, and the air dryer 3 supplies dry air between the outer cover 8 and the inner cover 9; the outer layer cover 8 is provided with a pressure relief opening. The inner layer cover 9 can make the sprayed oil smoothly drop back to the oil collecting tank 11, and the oil is prevented from splashing and being wasted. A certain accommodating space is formed between the inner layer cover 9 and the outer layer cover 8, and dry air can be continuously supplied into the space through the air dryer 3 so as to exhaust the air in the space, so that the drying of the environment preserved by the body 10 is ensured, and the level of the insulation resistance of the body 10 can be improved. As an alternative, a nitrogen cylinder may be used instead of the air dryer 3 in this embodiment, by releasing nitrogen from the nitrogen cylinder, the original air between the inner jacket 9 and the outer jacket 8 may be evacuated, whereby moisture contained in the air may be removed.
The oil injection loop comprises a vacuum oil filter 1 and a spray head 7, the spray head 7 is positioned at the inner top of the isolation cover, the vacuum oil filter 1 is positioned outside the isolation cover, and two ends of the vacuum oil filter 1 are respectively communicated with the oil collecting tank 11 and the spray head 7. The vacuum oil filter 1 can provide power for the flow of an oil injection loop, can separate water in oil, ensures the dryness of the preservation environment of the oil filter body, can heat the oil, and is convenient for the spray head 7 to atomize the oil smoothly. In order to ensure that the surface of the whole device body is covered by an oil film, a plurality of spray heads 7 are flexibly arranged according to the size of the device body, so that the protection effect can be ensured.
A thermometer 4, a pressure gauge 5 and a valve 6 are arranged between the vacuum oil filter 1 and the spray head 7. The thermometer 4 and the pressure gauge 5 are respectively used for measuring the temperature and the pressure of oil injection, and are convenient to control and adjust.
An insulation resistance tester 2 is arranged outside the isolation cover, and the insulation resistance tester 2 is used for measuring the insulation resistance of the device body 10.
The inner layer cover 9 and the outer layer cover 8 are made of rain-proof canvas. The rainproof canvas has the advantages of simple material taking, low price and convenient assembly and disassembly.
The operation method for storing the transformer body by using the embodiment comprises the following steps:
firstly, a transformer body is arranged, and an iron core of the transformer body and wire outlet heads at each phase side are led out of the transformer body by using insulated wires;
secondly, installing and fixing the spray head 7;
thirdly, arranging an inner layer cover 9 and an outer layer cover 8 by using rain-proof canvas, and placing the lower edge of the inner layer cover 8 into an oil collecting tank 11;
fourthly, connecting a vacuum oil filter 1, an air dryer 3 and an insulation resistance tester 2;
injecting enough transformer oil into the oil collecting tank 11;
sixthly, tightly sealing the inner layer cover 9 and the outer layer cover 8, opening the air dryer 3 to fill dry gas into the outer layer cover 8, and opening the vacuum oil filter 1 to spray the transformer oil.
During oil injection, the oil temperature and the oil pressure of the oil discharged from the vacuum oil filter 1 are monitored, and the oil temperature and the oil pressure are controlled at a certain value to ensure the atomization of the oil discharged from the spray head. The space between the inner cover 9 and the outer cover 8 is kept open to dry air until the end of preservation.
Recording the temperature, humidity, outlet oil pressure, outlet oil temperature and insulation resistance at regular intervals during the hot oil spraying process, wherein the insulation resistance comprises high-voltage-low, ground and iron core insulation resistances; low voltage-high, ground, iron core insulation resistance; iron core-high, low, ground insulation resistance. If the insulation data is continuously monitored for multiple times and is stable and has no obvious change, the monitoring interval can be widened.
