the transverse heat-sealing cutting roller group comprises a transverse heat-sealing roller 26 and a second follower roller 43 which rotate in opposite directions at equal speed, a gap for a formed packaging material to pass through is formed between the transverse heat-sealing roller 26 and the first follower roller 42, a vertical heat-sealing surface 27 is formed on the circumferential side wall of the transverse heat-sealing roller 26, a heating coil is fixed in a roller corresponding to the vertical heat-sealing surface 27, a vertical cutting knife 28 is fixed in the middle of the vertical heat-sealing surface 27, and a blade groove is formed at the position of the second follower roller 43 opposite to the vertical cutting knife 28;
the drawing roller group comprises a drawing roller 29 and a third follower roller 44 which rotate oppositely at a constant speed, and a gap for the formed packaging materials to pass through is formed between the drawing roller 29 and the third follower roller 44.
Embossing can be carried out in the heat sealing process, and different patterns can be arranged on the vertical heat sealing surface 27 and the horizontal heat sealing surface 25 to adapt to the requirements. The longitudinal heat sealing roller group has the functions of pressing, sealing and drawing on the packaging material, when the formed packaging material passes through the space between the longitudinal heat sealing roller 24 and the first follower roller 42, the heating coil arranged in the roller transmits heat energy to the longitudinal sealing device, the packaging material (film or packaging paper) is pressed to complete heat sealing, the transverse heat sealing cutting roller group carries out transverse heat sealing and cutting on the packaging material subjected to longitudinal sealing, two packages can be sealed in each rotation, the transverse sealing and cutting can simplify the mechanism, and the production rate is further improved. The traction roller set mainly is a traction packaging material, prevents wrinkling and excessive stretching of a sealing part, ensures the quality of a cut and can play a role in secondary pressing.
The longitudinal heat sealing roller 24 is fixed at the top of the first transmission shaft 30, a first bevel gear A31 is fixed at the bottom of the first transmission shaft 30, the transverse heat sealing roller 26 is fixed at the top of the second transmission shaft 32, a second bevel gear A33 is fixed at the bottom of the second transmission shaft 32, the traction roller 29 is fixed at the top of the third transmission shaft 34, and a third bevel gear A35 is fixed at the bottom of the third transmission shaft 34;
each follower roller (including the first follower roller 42, the second follower roller 43 and the third follower roller 44) is fixed on a follower transmission shaft, a follower gear is fixed on each follower transmission shaft, and the follower gear is meshed with the driving gear 36 fixed on the first transmission shaft 30, the second transmission shaft 32 or the third transmission shaft 34;
the roller set driving mechanism comprises a roller set driving motor 40, a main rotating shaft 41 fixed on an output shaft of the roller set driving motor 40 through a coupler, and a first bevel gear B37, a second bevel gear B38 and a third bevel gear B39 which are sequentially fixed on the main rotating shaft 41, wherein the first bevel gear B37 is meshed with the first bevel gear A31, the second bevel gear B38 is meshed with the second bevel gear A31, and the third bevel gear B39 is meshed with the third bevel gear A35.
Further, the longitudinal heat-seal roller 24, the transverse heat-seal roller 26 and the drawing roller 29 are fixed with respect to each other in axial center, and the first follower roller 42, the second follower roller 43 and the third follower roller 44 are adjustable with respect to each other in axial center, so that the distance between the rollers of the roller group can be adjusted. The axial positions of the first follower roller 42, the second follower roller 43 and the third follower roller 44 are respectively adjusted by adjusting screws.
The longitudinal heat-sealing roller group, the transverse heat-sealing cutting roller group and the traction roller group are driven by the same driving mechanism, the movement speeds are consistent, and the packaging quality can be effectively optimized.
Example 3
A single toothpick packaging machine comprising two sets of packaging apparatus as described in embodiment 1 or 2 wherein the two sets of packaging apparatus share a common vertical drive mechanism for conveying packaging material. The two sets of packaging equipment are respectively a first working line and a second working line, so that the compactness of the equipment is further improved, energy can be saved, and the production yield is improved.
Spatially relative terms, such as "upper," "lower," "left," "right," and the like, may be used in the embodiments for ease of description to describe one element or feature's relationship to another element or feature as illustrated in the figures. It will be understood that the spatial terms are intended to encompass different orientations of the device in use or operation in addition to the orientation depicted in the figures. For example, if the device in the figures is turned over, elements described as "below" other elements or features would then be oriented "above" the other elements or features. Thus, the exemplary term "lower" can encompass both an upper and a lower orientation. The device may be otherwise oriented (rotated 90 degrees or at other orientations) and the spatially relative descriptors used herein interpreted accordingly.
Moreover, relational terms such as "first" and "second," and the like, may be used solely to distinguish one element from another element having the same name, without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such elements.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The single toothpick packaging equipment is characterized by comprising a feeding unit for conveying toothpicks, a packaging feeding unit for conveying packaging materials, a forming unit for promoting the forming of the packaging materials and a sealing and cutting unit for reprocessing the packaging materials wrapped with the toothpicks;
the feeding unit comprises a bin and a guide mechanism for guiding the toothpicks out of the bin to the discharge holes according to the number of the toothpicks;
the packaging and feeding unit comprises a bin, a vertical driving mechanism for conveying packaging materials in the vertical direction, and a horizontal taking and feeding mechanism for conveying the packaging materials in the horizontal direction;
the forming unit comprises a bag forming mechanism and a driving guide mechanism for providing power and guiding for a packaging material in a forming process, wherein the end A of the bag forming mechanism is a gentle section which is unfolded, and gradually approaches to the middle part from the end A to the two sides of the end B, so that the end B is formed into a groove-shaped structure, the end A is positioned on one side of the horizontal taking and feeding mechanism, and the discharge hole is positioned right above the bag forming mechanism and close to one side of the end B; the driving guide mechanism comprises a material twisting wheel which is positioned above the gentle section and is driven by a material twisting motor, and two or more than two guide wheels which are positioned right above the bag forming mechanism from the end A to the end B;
along product direction of delivery, seal the cutting unit and include vertical heat-seal roller set, horizontal heat-seal cutting roller set, pull roller set and roller set actuating mechanism in proper order, vertical heat-seal roller set with bag forming mechanism's B end links up, pull roller set and toothpick finished product blanking mouth link up mutually.
2. The single toothpick packaging apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a frame having a table top, wherein the bin is located below the table top, the horizontal pick-and-feed mechanism is located above the table top, a bin fixing plate is fixed on the table top, the bin is fixed on the bin fixing plate, the bag forming mechanism is fixed on the table top, the bin is located above the table top, the heat-seal roller set, the transverse heat-seal cutting roller set, and the traction roller set are located on the table top, the roller set driving mechanism is located below the table top, and the material twisting wheel and the guide wheel are fixed on the table top through a height-adjustable bracket.

The single toothpick packaging device according to claim 1, wherein the guiding mechanism comprises a brush wheel for brushing the toothpicks out of the bin and a toothpick distributing wheel located at a lower portion of the brush wheel, the brush wheel and the toothpick distributing wheel are in contact and are respectively driven by a motor, a material wheel baffle is arranged on an outer side of the toothpick distributing wheel, an arc-shaped portion of the material wheel baffle is partially covered on the outer side of the toothpick distributing wheel, and uniformly distributed uniform grooves for containing the toothpicks are formed in the toothpick distributing wheel.

The single toothpick packaging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a brush wheel baffle is mounted on the bin, a leading-out port of the bin is formed on an arc-shaped panel of the brush wheel baffle, the arc-shaped panel covers the outer side of the brush wheel, and the leading-out port is arranged opposite to the brush wheel; more preferably, the outlet is preferably a square hole, and the end arc surface of the brush wheel baffle is positioned right above the toothpick distributing wheel and wrapped outside the toothpick distributing wheel; more preferably, the toothpick distributing wheel and the brush wheel are assembled on the bin fixing plate, the material wheel baffle comprises a vertical baffle part and an arc baffle part, the vertical baffle part and the arc baffle part are of an integral structure, the vertical baffle part is fixed on the bin fixing plate through an adjusting flange so as to adjust a gap between the arc baffle part and the toothpick distributing wheel, and the arc baffle part is connected with the discharge hole; more preferably, the gap between the arc-shaped baffle part and the toothpick distributing wheel is less than or equal to 0.5-0.8 times of the diameter of the toothpicks.

The single toothpick packaging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the vertical driving mechanism comprises a driving motor, a screw fixed on an output shaft of the driving motor through a coupler, and a screw nut operatively connected to the screw, the screw nut is fixedly connected to a lifting plate for placing a packaging material in the bin, a strip-shaped guide groove is formed on a side wall of the bin, a guide pulley is fixed on a side wall of the lifting plate, and the guide pulley is slidably connected to the guide groove.

The single toothpick packaging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said horizontal pick-and-place mechanism comprises a first cylinder, a slider fixed to a piston rod of said first cylinder, a second cylinder fixed to said slider, and a suction head fixed to a piston rod of said second cylinder, said suction head being connected to a vacuum system, said slider being slidably connected to a slide rail in a horizontal direction.

The single toothpick packaging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the longitudinal heat sealing roller group comprises a longitudinal heat sealing roller and a first follower roller which rotate in opposite directions at equal speeds, a gap for the formed packaging material to pass through is formed between the longitudinal heat sealing roller and the first follower roller, a horizontal heat sealing surface is circumferentially formed at the top of the longitudinal heat sealing roller, and a heating coil is fixed in a roller corresponding to the horizontal heat sealing surface;
the transverse heat-sealing cutting roller group comprises a transverse heat-sealing roller and a second follower roller which rotate in opposite directions at constant speed, a gap for a formed packaging material to pass through is formed between the transverse heat-sealing roller and the first follower roller, a vertical heat-sealing surface is formed on the circumferential side wall of the transverse heat-sealing roller, a heating coil is fixed in a roller corresponding to the vertical heat-sealing surface, a vertical cutter is fixed in the middle of the vertical heat-sealing surface, and a blade groove is formed in the position, opposite to the vertical cutter, of the second follower roller;
the drawing roller group comprises a drawing roller and a third follower roller which rotate oppositely at a constant speed, and a gap for the formed packaging material to pass through is formed between the drawing roller and the third follower roller;
more preferably, the longitudinal heat-sealing roller is fixed to the top of a first transmission shaft, a first bevel gear a is fixed to the bottom of the first transmission shaft, the transverse heat-sealing roller is fixed to the top of a second transmission shaft, a second bevel gear a is fixed to the bottom of the second transmission shaft, the traction roller is fixed to the top of a third transmission shaft, and a third bevel gear a is fixed to the bottom of the third transmission shaft;
each follower roller is fixed on one follower transmission shaft, a follower gear is fixed on each follower transmission shaft, and the follower gear is meshed and connected with a driving gear fixed on the first transmission shaft, the second transmission shaft or the third transmission shaft;
the roller set driving mechanism comprises a roller set driving motor, a main rotating shaft fixed on an output shaft of the roller set driving motor through a coupler, and a first bevel gear B, a second bevel gear B and a third bevel gear B which are sequentially fixed on the main rotating shaft, wherein the first bevel gear B is meshed with the first bevel gear A, the second bevel gear B is meshed with the second bevel gear A, and the third bevel gear B is meshed with the third bevel gear A.
8. The single toothpick packaging apparatus of claim 7 wherein said longitudinal heat seal roller, said transverse heat seal roller and said pull roller have axes which are relatively fixed and said first, second and third follower rollers have axes which are relatively adjustable.
9. The method of packaging a single toothpick packaging apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8 comprising the steps of:
step 1, when a vertical driving mechanism conveys a packaging material in place in the vertical direction, a horizontal taking and conveying mechanism conveys the packaging material to one side of an A end of a bag forming mechanism;
step 2, under the driving action of the material twisting wheel, the packaging material moves from the end A to the end B in the bag forming mechanism to form a folded state, the guide wheel guides the packaging material in the moving process, and when the packaging material moves to be close to the end B, the toothpicks fall into the packaging material from the discharge hole under the guiding of the guiding mechanism;
and 3, longitudinally heat-sealing the packaging material wrapped with the toothpicks sequentially through a longitudinal heat-sealing roller set, transversely heat-sealing and cutting through a transverse heat-sealing cutting roller set, extruding through a traction roller set, sealing, and outputting from a finished toothpick blanking port after packaging is completed.
10. A single toothpick packaging machine comprising two sets of single toothpick packaging apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two sets of packaging apparatus share a single vertical drive mechanism for conveying packaging material.
