Abstract
The invention discloses a novel double-track machine for producing a polyurethane insulation board, which comprises a roller shaft conveying line, an upper track assembly and two groups of side track assemblies, wherein the upper track assembly is arranged above the roller shaft conveying line and consists of an upper track wheel and an upper track plate; the both sides of roller transfer chain are located to side track subassembly symmetry, side track subassembly includes side athey wheel, side athey chain and side form mount pad, the side form mount pad install on side athey chain, set up a plurality of threaded locating holes on the side form mount pad, the locating hole in-screw have positioning bolt, a plurality of dysmorphism holes have been seted up on the installation end of side moulding-die. According to the invention, the side edge treatment in the forming process of the polyurethane insulation board is realized through the double-track machine, and the side edge of the polyurethane insulation board is extruded by directly utilizing the side track assembly which synchronously runs with the roller shaft conveying line, so that the waste generated in cutting is avoided; can realize quick assembly and disassembly and is suitable for side treatment in different shapes.

Technical Field
The invention particularly relates to a novel double-track machine for producing a polyurethane insulation board.
Background
At present, in the field of buildings, in order to realize emission reduction and energy conservation, a large number of external thermal insulation materials for external walls continuously appear, and particularly, polyurethane plates are widely applied to the enclosure of the external walls of the buildings due to good thermal insulation performance, good physical stability and cost performance of the polyurethane plates. At the center of the prior art, the bulge of the side edge caused by foaming is generally directly cut off by a cutter during the production of the polyurethane insulation board, which causes waste and can not form the required side edge shape in one step.

For the purpose of enhancing the understanding of the present invention, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the following examples and the accompanying drawings, which are only used for explaining the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-4, a novel double-track machine for producing a polyurethane insulation board comprises a roller shaft conveying line 1, an upper track assembly 2 and two sets of side track assemblies 3, wherein the upper track assembly 2 is installed above the roller shaft conveying line and consists of an upper track wheel and an upper track plate 4; side track subassembly 3 symmetry locate roller transfer chain 1's both sides, side track subassembly includes side athey wheel (not shown in the figure), side athey chain 5 and side form mount pad 6, side form mount pad 6 install on side athey chain 5, set up a plurality of threaded locating holes on the side form mount pad 6, the locating hole in revolve and have positioning bolt 7, install side moulding-die 8 on the side form mount pad as required, the position of seting up a plurality of dysmorphism holes 9 and dysmorphism hole on the installation end of side moulding-die 8 is corresponding with positioning bolt's position.

In the embodiment, the side track assembly which synchronously runs with the roller shaft conveying line is used for extruding the side edge of the polyurethane heat-insulation plate, so that waste generated during cutting is avoided; the side die mounting seat can realize quick assembly and disassembly through the positioning bolt and the corresponding special-shaped hole on the side die.
