Abstract
A straightener capable of automatically replacing various roller boxes is used for steel rolling equipment. The large-roller-diameter roller box is arranged on a second track on the roller changing trolley; the first motor is connected with wheels through a first chain, and a first proximity switch and a second proximity switch for limiting the roll changing trolley are arranged at two ends of the guide rail; a hanger is arranged on a frame of the roll changing trolley, a motor II is connected with a chain II through a speed reducer, a travel switch, an electromagnet and a bolt are arranged at the front end of the hanger, and a proximity switch III is respectively arranged along the first track and the second track and on the frame; a proximity switch IV for limiting the cart on the large-roller-diameter roller box and the small-roller-diameter roller box is arranged on the transmission base; the main motor is connected with the gear distribution box through a coupling with a brake disc, and an output shaft of the gear distribution box is a spline; the operation side of the roller box is provided with a traction rod, the transmission side is provided with a trolley and a coupling, the trolley is connected with the small-roller-diameter roller box, and the hole position of a fixed plate on the trolley is consistent with the output shaft of the gear distribution box. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of steel rolling equipment, in particular to a straightener capable of automatically replacing various roller boxes.
Background
The principle of the multi-roller straightener is that two rows of straightening rollers which are staggered mutually are utilized to repeatedly bend the plate strip, so that the plate strip generates bending plastic deformation, residual stress is reduced, and waves and unevenness of the plate strip are eliminated. The thinner the straightening plate strip, the smaller the roller diameter adopted, the more the number of rollers, whereas the thicker the straightening plate strip, the larger the roller diameter adopted, and the fewer the number of rollers. At present, the straightener usually only has a roller box with one specification, the roller diameter and the roller number are fixed, the range of the thickness of the straightening plate band is limited, and when the thickness of the plate band exceeds a certain range, the straightener can only be replaced, so that the equipment investment is required to be increased, and the production and manufacturing cost is increased.

A hanger is arranged on a frame of the roll changing trolley, a motor II is connected with a chain II through a speed reducer, the motor II is driven by the chain II to enable the hanger to do linear reciprocating motion on the frame, a travel switch, an electromagnet and a bolt are arranged at the front end of the hanger, and a proximity switch III is respectively arranged on the frame along the first track and the second track; the second motor drives the hook to move to a traction rod at the operation side of the small-roller-diameter roller box, when the traction rod touches the travel switch, the second motor pauses working, the electromagnet is attracted to insert a bolt into the traction rod, the second motor reversely rotates, the hook pulls the small-roller-diameter roller box from the inside of the straightening machine frame to the position above a first rail of the roller changing trolley, and when the hook triggers a third proximity switch on the frame, the second motor stops working;
A transmission base of the main transmission device is provided with a proximity switch IV for limiting the cart on the large-roller-diameter roller box and the small-roller-diameter roller box; when the roll changing trolley triggers the second proximity switch, the roll changing trolley stops moving, the large-roll-diameter roll box is centered with the straightening machine frame, the second motor drives the hook to move towards the traction rod on the large-roll-diameter roll box, when the traction rod touches the travel switch, the second motor stops working, the electromagnet is attracted to insert the bolt into the traction rod, the hook pushes the large-roll-diameter roll box into the straightening machine frame, when the trolley triggers the fourth proximity switch, the hook stops moving, the electromagnet separates the bolt from the traction rod, the hook moves reversely, and the movement is stopped after the third proximity switch is triggered.
The main motor on the transmission base of the main transmission device is connected with the gear distribution box through a coupling with a brake disc, and an output shaft of the gear distribution box is a spline.
The operation side of the small-roller-diameter roller box is provided with a traction rod, the transmission side is provided with a trolley and a second coupling, the trolley is connected with the small-roller-diameter roller box, the number of the second coupling is the same as the number of working rollers in the small-roller-diameter roller box, the second coupling is provided with a spline shaft sleeve, and the hole position of a fixed plate on the trolley is consistent with the output shaft of the gear distribution box; the large-roller-diameter roller box is characterized in that a traction rod is arranged on the operation side of the large-roller-diameter roller box, a cart and a first coupling are arranged on the transmission side, the cart is connected with the large-roller-diameter roller box, the number of the first couplings is the same as that of the first working rollers in the large-roller-diameter roller box, a spline shaft sleeve is arranged on the first coupling, and the hole positions of the fixed plates on the cart are consistent with the output shafts of the gear distribution boxes.
The small-roller-diameter roller box is suitable for a thin plate belt, and the large-roller-diameter roller box is suitable for a thick plate belt.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the most obvious characteristics that the straightener is suitable for roller boxes with various specifications, the roller boxes can be quickly and automatically replaced, the thickness range of the straightening plate and the strip is enlarged, the production cost is reduced, the automation degree in the roller replacing process is high, the downtime is effectively reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description
For convenience of description of the technical solution of the present invention, only two sets of roll cassettes are exemplified, the small roll diameter roll cassette 12 is applied to a thin plate belt, and the large roll diameter roll cassette 11 is applied to a thick plate belt, but the present invention is not limited to the disclosed two-set roll cassette embodiment, but the present invention is intended to cover an embodiment including a plurality of sets of roll cassettes.
As shown in fig. 1,2,3, 4 and 5, the present invention mainly comprises a straightener frame 1, a main transmission device 18, a roll changing trolley 19, a guide rail 6, a hook 10, a large-diameter roll box 11, a small-diameter roll box 12, a proximity switch and the like.
The large-diameter roller box 11 of the small-diameter roller box 12 in the straightening machine frame 1 to be replaced is arranged on the second track 34 on the roller changing trolley 19.
The motor I7 is connected with the wheels 20 through a chain I21, the motor I7 drives the roll changing trolley 19 to move on the guide rail 6, and a proximity switch I22 and a proximity switch II 23 which limit the roll changing trolley 19 are arranged at two ends of the guide rail 6; when the roll changing trolley 19 triggers the proximity switch I22, the roll changing trolley 19 stops moving, and the small-roll-diameter roll box 12 in the straightening machine frame 1 is centered with the track I15 on the roll changing trolley 19.
A hanger 10 is arranged on a frame 8 far away from the straightening machine frame 1, a motor II 16 is connected with a chain II 9 through a speed reducer 17, the motor II 16 is driven by the chain II 9 to enable the hanger 10 to do linear reciprocating motion on the frame 8, a travel switch 26, an electromagnet 24 and a bolt 25 are arranged at the front end of the hanger 10, and a proximity switch III 35 is respectively arranged on the frame 8 along the directions of a track I15 and a track II 34; the second motor 16 drives the hook 10 to move to the traction rod 27 on the operation side of the small-roller-diameter roller box 12, when the traction rod 27 touches the travel switch 26, the second motor 16 stops working, the electromagnet 24 is attracted to insert the bolt 25 into the traction rod 27, the second motor 16 reversely rotates, the hook 10 pulls the small-roller-diameter roller box 12 from the interior of the straightening machine frame 1 to the position above the first track 15 of the roller changing trolley 19, and when the hook 10 triggers the proximity switch III 35 on the frame 8, the second motor 16 stops working.
A transmission base 5 of the main transmission device 18 is provided with a proximity switch IV 30 for limiting a trolley 31 on the large-roller-diameter roller box 11 and the small-roller-diameter roller box 12; the first motor 7 drives the roll changing trolley 19 to move on the guide rail 6, when the roll changing trolley 19 triggers the second proximity switch 23, the roll changing trolley 19 stops moving, the large-diameter roll box 11 is centered with the straightening machine frame 1, the second motor 16 drives the hook 10 to move towards the traction rod 27 on the large-diameter roll box 11, when the traction rod 27 triggers the travel switch 26, the second motor 16 stops working, the electromagnet 24 is attracted, the bolt 25 is inserted into the traction rod 27, the hook 10 pushes the large-diameter roll box 11 into the straightening machine frame 1, when the trolley 31 triggers the fourth proximity switch 30, the hook 10 stops moving, the electromagnet 24 separates the bolt 25 from the traction rod 27, the hook 10 moves reversely, and stops moving after triggering the third proximity switch 35.
The main motor 4 on the transmission base 5 of the main transmission device 18 is connected with the gear distribution box 2 through the coupling 3 with a brake disc, and an output shaft 29 of the gear distribution box 2 is a spline.
The operation side of the small-roller-diameter roller box 12 is provided with a traction rod 27, the transmission side is provided with a trolley 31 and a second coupling 14, the trolley 31 is connected with the small-roller-diameter roller box 12, the number of the second coupling 14 is the same as that of the second working rollers 32 in the small-roller-diameter roller box 12, the second coupling 14 is provided with a spline shaft sleeve 36, the hole site of a fixed plate 28 on the trolley 31 is consistent with the output shaft 29 of the gear distribution box 2, and the fixed plate 28 can ensure that the spline shaft sleeve 36 of the second coupling 14 is quickly separated from and combined with the output shaft 29 of the gear distribution box 2 when the roller is replaced; the operation side of the large-roller-diameter roller box 11 is provided with a traction rod 27, the transmission side is provided with a trolley 31 and a first coupling 13, the trolley 31 is connected with the large-roller-diameter roller box 11, the number of the first couplings 13 is the same as that of the first working rollers 33 in the large-roller-diameter roller box 11, the first coupling 13 is provided with a spline shaft sleeve 36, the hole site of a fixed plate 28 on the trolley 31 is consistent with the output shaft 29 of the gear distribution box 2, and the spline shaft sleeve 36 of the first coupling 13 can be guaranteed to be quickly separated from and combined with the output shaft 29 of the gear distribution box 2 by the fixed plate 28 during roller replacement.
When the roller is replaced, the motor I7 drives the roller replacing trolley 19 to move on the guide rail 6, when the roller replacing trolley 19 triggers the proximity switch I22, the roller replacing trolley 19 stops moving, at the moment, the small roller diameter roller box 12 in the rack 1 is centered with the first rail 15 on the roller replacing trolley 19, the motor II 16 drives the hook 10 to move towards the traction rod 27 on the small roller diameter roller box 12, when the traction rod 27 triggers the travel switch 26, the motor II 16 stops working, the electromagnet 24 is attracted, the bolt 25 is inserted into the traction rod 27, the motor II 16 reversely rotates, the hook 10 pulls the small roller diameter roller box 12 from the inside of the rack 1 of the straightener to the position above the rail 15 on the roller replacing trolley 19, and when the hook 10 triggers the proximity switch III 35, the motor II 16 stops working; the first motor 7 drives the roll changing trolley 19 to move on the guide rail 6, when the roll changing trolley 19 triggers the second proximity switch 23, the roll changing trolley 19 stops moving, at the moment, the large-diameter roll box 11 is centered with the straightening machine frame 1, the second motor 16 drives the hook 10 to move towards the traction rod 27 on the large-diameter roll box 11, when the traction rod 27 triggers the travel switch 26, the second motor 16 stops working, the electromagnet 24 is attracted, the bolt 25 is inserted into the traction rod 27, the hook 10 pushes the large-diameter roll box 11 into the straightening machine frame 1, when the trolley 31 triggers the fourth proximity switch 30, the hook 10 stops moving, the electromagnet 24 separates the bolt 25 from the traction rod 27, the hook 10 moves reversely, and stops moving after triggering the third proximity switch 35.
