9. A method of treating an exhaust gas treatment system according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
a1: waste gas generated in production enters an inner cavity of a second cavity (9) in the tank body (1) through an air inlet pipe (10);
a2: starting a second water suction pump (71), pumping water in a water storage tank (73) by the second water suction pump (71) and spraying the water through a spraying nozzle (72), continuously rising waste gas and rising the waste gas to the top of an inner cavity of a second chamber (9) through a primary filtering system (4), opening a control valve (62) while starting the second water suction pump (71), starting a first water suction pump (63), controlling the size of water flow to be 400-800 ml/s through the control valve (62), pumping clean water in a settling tank (2) by the first water suction pump (63) and injecting the clean water into the water storage tank (73) so as to enable the second water suction pump (71) to pump water again and spray;
a3: under the washing of water flow, microparticles in the waste gas and water are mixed and flow to the top of the primary filtering system (4) and are collected through the concave surface (45), the water flow continues to flow downwards and is filtered through the activated carbon layer (43), the water flow flows to the bottom of the inner cavity of the second chamber (9) through the water outlet (44), enters the inner cavity of the water outlet pipe (14) and then flows into the inner cavity of the settling tank (2);
a4: sedimentation is carried out in the sedimentation tank (2), and meanwhile, a sandstone layer (22) and a cobble layer (23) in the inner cavity of the sedimentation tank (2) can carry out secondary filtration on the sewage flowing into the sedimentation tank (2);
a5: the sprayed and filtered waste gas enters the inner cavity of the heating device (13) through the communicating pipe (12), the temperature in the heating device (13) is controlled to be 50-80 ℃, heating treatment is carried out, and the waste gas is discharged to the outside through the exhaust system (3).
