Referring to fig. 2 to 3, the embodiment of the present invention is different from embodiment 1 in that, in order to improve stability, a stand plate 22 is disposed on the frame 1, a plurality of springs are fixedly connected between the bottom of the stand plate 22 and the frame 1, a plurality of connecting rods are fixed to a lower surface of the stand plate 22, the connecting rods penetrate through the bottom of the frame 1 and are fixed with a floor grasping plate 23, when a firefighter stands on the stand plate 22, the floor grasping plate 23 is in contact with the ground under the action of gravity, so that stability is improved, and when the firefighter leaves the stand plate 22, the floor grasping plate 23 leaves the ground under the action of the springs, so that the device is convenient to move.
