Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
In the specific embodiment 1 of the disinfection water tank for medical waste treatment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the disinfection water tank for medical waste treatment comprises a tank body 1, a liquid supply bin 10 and a liquid return bin are arranged inside the tank body 1, a filtering structure 13 is arranged between the liquid supply bin 10 and the liquid return bin, and a stirring structure 2, a liquid level meter 3 and a concentration meter are installed in the liquid supply bin; in this embodiment, the disinfection water tank still includes the control mainboard, and the control mainboard is connected with stirring structure 2, level gauge 3, concentration meter electricity respectively, and the control mainboard is used for reading the detected value of level gauge 3 and concentration meter to calculate the replenishment volume of required disinfection stoste or water. The box body 1 is provided with a water injection port 101, a liquid injection port 102 and a liquid supply port 103 which are communicated with the liquid supply bin 10, and a liquid return port 110 which is communicated with the liquid return bin, the liquid return port 110 is connected with a liquid return pipeline for returning disinfection waste liquid, and the box body 1 is also provided with a discharge pipeline 17 which is communicated with the liquid return bin.
After the medical waste disinfection mechanism carries out sterilization and disinfection treatment, the disinfection waste liquid is separated from waste crushed aggregates and circulates to a liquid return bin of a disinfection water tank through a liquid return pipeline, a filtering structure is arranged between the liquid return bin and a liquid supply bin, impurities contained in the disinfection waste liquid are filtered at one side of the liquid return bin, water and disinfection components enter the liquid supply bin again, the concentration of the disinfection components in the liquid supply bin changes along with the backflow of the disinfection waste liquid, the concentration value of the disinfection components in the liquid supply bin is detected in real time through a concentration meter, a main board is controlled to calculate the supplement amount of needed disinfection raw liquid or water according to the detection values of a liquid level meter 3 and the concentration meter, so that the concentration value of the disinfection components in the liquid supply process is always maintained at a set value, the disinfection water still has stable disinfection efficacy when entering the medical waste disinfection mechanism again, and partial disinfection components contained in the discharged waste liquid after disinfection are completely utilized, the problem of causing a large amount of disinfectant waste is avoided, and the cost of disinfection treatment is effectively controlled.
A liquid supply bin 10 is arranged in the box body 1 to store and stir clean sterile water, wherein the sterile water is prepared by purified water and acid disinfection stock solution according to a set proportion, and the volume and the concentration of the required sterile water can be actually determined according to the type and the weight of medical waste. The purified water enters the liquid supply bin 10 through the water injection port 101, the acidic disinfection stock solution enters the liquid supply bin 10 through the liquid injection port 102, the stirring structure 2 is started to work simultaneously in the injection process, and the purified water and the acidic disinfection stock solution are uniformly mixed. In the process, the volume of the sterilized water is detected in real time by means of the liquid level meter 3, and whether the concentration value of the sterilizing component of the sterilized water is in a required value or not is detected in real time by the concentration meter, in the embodiment, the concentration meter is specifically the pH meter 4, the pH value of the sterilized water is related to the concentration of the acidic sterilizing component in the sterilized water, so that the concentration of the prepared sterilized water is determined according to the pH value.
If the pH value is obviously higher, the concentration of the acid disinfection component is low, and the supply amount of the acid disinfection stock solution needs to be properly increased, and correspondingly, if the pH value is obviously lower, the concentration of the acid disinfection component is high, the supply amount of the acid disinfection stock solution needs to be properly reduced, and the required concentration of the disinfection water is ensured. The prepared disinfectant fluid is pumped out through the fluid supply port 103 by the fluid supply pump and then is pumped into the corresponding garbage disinfection mechanism, and the disinfectant fluid has the sterilization and disinfection effects on the medical garbage, so that the biological safety hazard of the medical garbage is reduced. The sterilized water is changed into the sterilized waste liquid after being treated, the sterilized waste liquid still contains effective sterilized components, and the sterilized stock solution is separated from the medical waste and then fully flows back to the liquid return bin, so that the recycling of the sterilized water is realized. The filtering structure 13 is arranged between the liquid supply bin 10 and the liquid return bin, so that impurity components in the disinfection waste liquid can be effectively removed, and the cleanness degree of the disinfection water entering the liquid supply bin 10 again is ensured.
In order to improve the impurity removal effect on the sterilized waste liquid, a partition plate 14 is further arranged in the liquid return bin, a first liquid return bin 11 and a second liquid return bin 12 are respectively formed on two sides of the partition plate 14, the second liquid return bin 12 is arranged between the first liquid return bin 11 and the liquid supply bin 10, and a communication pipeline 15 is arranged between the first liquid return bin 11 and the second liquid return bin 12. The disinfection waste liquid of retrieving gets into first liquid return storehouse 11 earlier through returning liquid mouth 110, makes the disinfection waste liquid obtain the buffering in first liquid return storehouse 11, and impurity in the disinfection waste liquid can preliminary separation, avoids the disinfection waste liquid that contains a large amount of impurity directly to pass through filtration 13, and arouses filtration 13 the problem of frequent jam appears. After the buffering and the preliminary separation of the first liquid returning bin 11, the disinfection waste liquid enters the second liquid returning bin 12 through the communicating pipeline 15, then the impurities are effectively removed through the filtering structure 13, the filtered disinfection waste liquid enters the liquid supply bin 10 and is mixed with clean disinfection water, the concentration is kept stable by supplementing acid disinfection stock solution or water, the stability of the sterilization efficacy of the disinfection water is ensured, and then the disinfection waste liquid returns to the garbage disinfection mechanism again to sterilize and disinfect medical garbage.
