Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless specifically stated otherwise.
The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses.
Techniques, methods, and apparatus known to those of ordinary skill in the relevant art may not be discussed in detail but are intended to be part of the specification where appropriate.
In all examples shown and discussed herein, any particular value should be construed as merely illustrative, and not limiting. Thus, other examples of the exemplary embodiments may have different values.
As shown in fig. 1, the disclosed soot cleaning device includes an air pipe mechanism and a cleaning mechanism.
The tracheal mechanism comprises a main trachea 1, a first bronchial trachea 2 and a second bronchial trachea 3. The end parts of the first branch air pipe 2 and the second branch air pipe 3 are both connected with the main air pipe 1, and the included angle between the first branch air pipe 2 and the second branch air pipe 3 is 30-60 degrees. The air supply to the cleaning mechanism can be realized through the air pipe mechanism. The angle between the first 2 and second 3 bronchi facilitates a more rational distribution of the gas flow entering the first 2 and second 3 bronchi, respectively.
The cleaning mechanism comprises a first cleaning head 4 and a second cleaning head 5. The first cleaning head 4 and the second cleaning head 5 are connected to the first branch air pipe 2 and the second branch air pipe 3, respectively. The connection mode between the cleaning head and the branch air pipe can be, for example, welding, threaded connection, quick-connection joint connection and the like.
The first cleaning head 4 has a first air chamber 41 and a second air chamber 42. The two ends of the first air cavity 41 are respectively connected with the first branch air pipe 2 and the second air cavity 42. The second air cavity 42 is provided with a first air outlet 420, and the first air outlet 420 is opposite to the cutting drum. The area of the cross section of the first air chamber 41 gradually increases from the junction with the first branch pipe 2 to the junction with the second air chamber 42. The area of the cross section of the second air cavity 42 gradually increases from the connection with the first air cavity 41 to the first air outlet 420, and the increase of the area of the cross section of the second air cavity 42 is smaller than that of the cross section of the first air cavity 41. The increase in the area of the cross-section of the first air chamber 41 and the second air chamber 42 means the increase in the area of the cross-section of each air chamber in the direction from the first bronchus 2 to the cutting drum. The first cleaning head 4 with the structure has the advantages of moderate air outlet pressure, large air outlet range and concentrated wind power in the blowing range. The first cleaning head 4 with moderate air outlet pressure can effectively sweep the smoke on the cutting drum wheel and simultaneously avoid the flying smoke from depositing back to the cutting drum wheel and the smoke inlet drum wheel again.
The second cleaning head 5 has a third air chamber 51 and a fourth air chamber 52. Both ends of the third air chamber 51 are connected with the second branch air pipe 3 and the fourth air chamber 52, respectively. The fourth air cavity 52 is provided with a second air outlet 520, and the second air outlet 520 is opposite to the smoke inlet drum. The area of the cross section of the third air chamber 51 is gradually increased from the junction with the second branch air pipe 3 to the junction with the fourth air chamber 52. The area of the cross section of the fourth air cavity 52 gradually increases from the connection with the third air cavity 51 to the second air outlet 520, and the increase of the area of the cross section of the fourth air cavity 52 is smaller than that of the cross section of the third air cavity 51. The increase in the cross-sectional area of the third air chamber 51 and the fourth air chamber 52 means the increase in the cross-sectional area of each air chamber in the direction from the second branch air pipe 3 to the smoke inlet drum. The second cleaning head 5 with the structure has the advantages of moderate air outlet pressure, large air outlet range and concentrated wind power in the blowing range. The second cleaning head 5 with moderate air outlet pressure can effectively sweep the smoke on the smoke inlet drum wheel, and simultaneously avoid the flying smoke from depositing back on the smoke inlet drum wheel and the cutting drum wheel again.
In specific implementation, the shapes of the first outlet 420 and the second outlet 520 may be, for example, rectangular, oval, zigzag, or the like, and the shapes of the first outlet 420 and the second outlet 520 may be the same or different. The different shapes of the first outlet 420 and the second outlet 520 are beneficial to effectively clean the smoke on the drum through the matching of different air outlet pressures.
The air outlet range of the first cleaning head 4 and the air outlet range of the second cleaning head 5 are partially overlapped. The air outlet range refers to the range of blowing by the air flowing out of the air outlet on the cleaning head. Because the cigarette is more from advancing the cigarette drum and throwing away the cigarette foam that throws when transmitting to the cutting drum on, consequently the air-out scope part of first cleaning head 4 and second cleaning head 5 overlaps and is favorable to more effectively sweeping cigarette foam that appears from advancing the regional department that the cigarette drum transmitted to the cutting drum.

Further, in order to clean the smoke on the cutting drum more effectively, the ratio of the length of the first branch air pipe 2 to the length of the second branch air pipe 3 is 1 (0.6-0.9).
In one embodiment of the apparatus for removing smoke dust of the present disclosure, the central axis of the first branch pipe 2 is collinear with the central axis of the main pipe 1, and the central axis of the second branch pipe 3 forms an angle with the main pipe 1. The air flow velocity in the first branch air pipe 2 collinear with the main air pipe 1 is greater than the air flow velocity in the second branch air pipe 3 forming an included angle with the main air pipe 1, so that the air outlet pressure of the first branch air pipe 2 and the first cleaning head 4 is improved, and the smoke on the drum wheel can be effectively cleaned.
In one embodiment of the disclosed soot cleaning device, in order to improve the efficiency of soot cleaning on the cutting drum, the increase in the area of the cross section of the first air chamber 41 is greater than the increase in the area of the cross section of the third air chamber 51.
Further, in order to further improve the cleaning efficiency of the smoke on the cutting drum, the increase of the area of the cross section of the second air chamber 42 is larger than that of the cross section of the fourth air chamber 52.
In one embodiment of the disclosed soot cleaning device, in order to improve the convenience of assembling the soot cleaning device, the first cleaning head 4 and the first sub-branch pipe 2 are connected by a bolt sleeve, and the second cleaning head 5 and the second sub-branch pipe 3 are connected by a screw sleeve.
In one embodiment of the cigarette foam cleaning device of the present disclosure, in order to more effectively purge cigarette foam occurring at an area where cigarettes are transferred from the cigarette inlet drum to the cutting drum, the overlapping rate of the air outlet range of the first cleaning head 4 and the air outlet range of the second cleaning head 5 is 20% to 40%. The overlap ratio is a ratio of an area of the drum covered by the outlet air of the two cleaning heads to an area of the drum covered by the outlet air of each cleaning head.
Further, the overlapping rate of the air outlet range of the first cleaning head 4 and the air outlet range of the second cleaning head 5 is 30%.
As shown in fig. 2, the present disclosure also provides a soot cleaning system.
The soot cleaning system comprises a cutting drum 6, a smoke inlet drum 7, a recycling bin (not shown in the figure) and the soot cleaning device of the present disclosure.
The first outlet port 420 is disposed opposite to the drum seat of the cutting drum 6. The second air outlet 520 is disposed opposite to the drum seat of the smoke inlet drum 7. Because the most of the smoke foam is gathered on the drum seat of the drum, the arrangement of the air outlet and the drum seat of the drum is beneficial to cleaning the smoke foam on the drum more efficiently.
The recycling bin is located on one side of the cutting drum 6 and the smoke inlet drum 7 away from the smoke cleaning device, and the recycling bin can be used for collecting smoke blown from the cutting drum 6 and the smoke inlet drum 7. The recycling bin is arranged to facilitate more convenient disposal of the tobacco foam cleaned off the drum.

the cleaning mechanism comprises a first cleaning head and a second cleaning head, and the first cleaning head and the second cleaning head are respectively connected with the first branch air pipe and the second branch air pipe;
the first cleaning head is provided with a first air cavity and a second air cavity, two ends of the first air cavity are respectively connected with the first branch air pipe and the second air cavity, a first air outlet is arranged on the second air cavity, the first air outlet is arranged opposite to the cutting drum wheel, the area of the cross section of the first air cavity is gradually increased from the joint of the first air cavity and the first branch air pipe to the joint of the second air cavity, the area of the cross section of the second air cavity is gradually increased from the joint of the second air cavity and the first air cavity to the first air outlet, and the increase of the area of the cross section of the second air cavity is smaller than the increase of the area of the cross section of the first air cavity;
the second cleaning head is provided with a third air cavity and a fourth air cavity, two ends of the third air cavity are respectively connected with the second branch air pipe and the fourth air cavity, a second air outlet is arranged on the fourth air cavity, the second air outlet is arranged opposite to the smoke inlet drum wheel, the area of the cross section of the third air cavity is gradually increased from the joint of the third air cavity and the second branch air pipe to the joint of the fourth air cavity, the area of the cross section of the fourth air cavity is gradually increased from the joint of the fourth air cavity and the third air cavity to the second air outlet, and the increase of the area of the cross section of the fourth air cavity is smaller than the increase of the area of the cross section of the third air cavity;
the air outlet range of the first cleaning head is partially overlapped with the air outlet range of the second cleaning head.
2. The aerosol cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the second branch conduit has a length less than the length of the first branch conduit.
3. The soot cleaning device of claim 2, wherein the ratio of the length of the first branch pipe to the length of the second branch pipe is 1 (0.6-0.9).
4. The soot cleaning device of claim 1, wherein a central axis of said first branch pipe is collinear with a central axis of said main pipe, and a central axis of said second branch pipe forms an angle with said main pipe.
5. The soot cleaning device of claim 1, wherein an increase in the area of the cross-section of the first plenum is greater than an increase in the area of the cross-section of the third plenum.
6. The soot cleaning device of claim 5, wherein an increase in the area of the cross-section of the second air chamber is greater than an increase in the area of the cross-section of the fourth air chamber.
7. The soot cleaning device of claim 1, wherein said first cleaning head and said first branch conduit are connected by a bolt bushing and said second cleaning head and said second branch conduit are connected by a threaded bushing.
8. The soot cleaning device of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the overlap ratio of the air outlet range of the first cleaning head and the air outlet range of the second cleaning head is 20-40%.
9. The soot cleaning device of claim 8, wherein the overlap of the range of the air output of the first cleaning head and the range of the air output of the second cleaning head is 30%.
10. A soot cleaning system comprising a cutting drum, a smoke intake drum, a recovery bucket and a soot cleaning device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the first air outlet is arranged opposite to the drum wheel seat of the cutting drum wheel, and the second air outlet is arranged opposite to the drum wheel seat of the smoke inlet drum wheel;
the recycling bin is located on one side of the cutting drum and the smoke inlet drum away from the smoke dust cleaning device, and the recycling bin is arranged to be used for collecting smoke dust swept down from the cutting drum and the smoke inlet drum.
