The communication quality-qualified terminal is also one of the second user terminals because the communication quality and each terminal are selected from the second user terminals. The total amount of communication resources of the second user terminal depends on the signal strength, the signal bandwidth, and the signal rate, and the amount of communication resources depends on the amount of data that the user terminal is performing transmission tasks. The more available communication resources of the second user terminal, the higher the transmission quality of the second user terminal. And under the condition that the available communication resources of the second user terminal meet the target data communication requirement, confirming that the second user terminal is a terminal with qualified communication quality. The terminal with qualified communication quality can meet the communication requirement of the target data and effectively communicate the target data, thereby ensuring the communication quality.
The user terminal can access the wireless communication device of the vehicle through the agent. Including a first user terminal or a second user terminal. The agent negotiates with the wireless communication device to enter a shared network through a private protocol. And the user terminal is authenticated by the wireless communication device through the agent, and then is in network connection with the wireless communication device to perform wireless network communication. The agent gateway is an internet terminal agent and can be installed on an internet terminal of a passenger, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, an intelligent wearable device and the like, and the agent gateway is used for being responsible for functions of discovery, access, interconnection, data transmission, resource coordination and the like of a shared network. When the agent serves to coordinate resources, the network resources of the internet access terminal of the passenger mainly include two dimensions, 1, the quality of the internet exit network of the current internet access terminal (when the quality is poor, the situations of delay, packet loss and the like occur). 2. The bandwidth of the internet outlet of the current internet access terminal comprises an actual bandwidth and a sharable bandwidth set by the passenger, wherein the actual bandwidth refers to the current overall bandwidth of the passenger internet access terminal, for example, the current connection bandwidth of 4G, and the sharable bandwidth refers to a bandwidth which the passenger thinks is set to be used by the shared network. For example, the actual bandwidth may be 20M currently, but the passenger only allows the collinear network to use 50% of the actual bandwidth by setting, and the sharable bandwidth of the passenger end is 10M. The passengers set the sharable bandwidth to reserve enough available bandwidth for the internet access terminals of the passengers so as to avoid sharing communication resources and influencing the internet access experience of the passengers. The agent gateway is arranged on the user terminal, the user terminal is an implementation mode of the passenger internet surfing terminal, and the agent gateway monitors and records the communication resources of the two dimensions in real time so as to schedule the resources. Therefore, the specific use condition of the communication resources of the first user terminal and the second user terminal is ensured, and the wireless communication resources of different user terminals are effectively and accurately scheduled.
Before the wireless communication device receives the target data sent by the first user terminal, the wireless communication device receives an access request sent by a first agent of the first user terminal; the wireless communication device responding to the access request and authenticating a first agent of the first user terminal; and under the condition that the agent authentication of the first user terminal passes, accessing the first agent of the first user terminal to the shared network. The shared network may be a first network connection, a second network connection, or a third network connection, and the first network connection, the second network connection, or the third network connection may be referred to as a shared network. The shared network is used for realizing data sharing among different terminals, including bidirectional data transmission among different data terminals, for example, in a shared network of a user terminal and a server, the user terminal can send data to the server, and the server can also send data to the user terminal. Therefore, data communication among different devices is effectively realized, and the communication requirement and the effective sending of target data are ensured.
The first communication network and/or the second communication network are/is a wireless local area network, and the terminal with qualified communication quality performs wireless communication through the wide area network. The third communication network is a wireless local area network, the communication quality qualified terminal carries out wireless communication through a wide area network, and the wireless local area network can be vehicle-mounted Wi-Fi. The wide area network may be a 4G network. The speed is fast, and the transmission efficiency is high.
The first user terminal sends target data for wireless transmission to the vehicle wireless communication device, that is, the wireless communication device receives the target data sent by the first user terminal, and before the vehicle wireless communication device receives the target data of the first user terminal, it is necessary to establish a network connection between the wireless communication device and the first user terminal, specifically, establishing a network connection between the wireless communication device and the first user terminal may include: the wireless communication device receives an access request which is sent by a first user terminal through a proxy and is used for accessing a wireless communication network; the wireless communication device responds to the access request, and the first user terminal is accessed to the wireless communication device through the proxy to establish network connection, so that the wireless communication network is established. The wireless communication device may authenticate the first user terminal after receiving the request of the first user terminal for establishing the data connection, for example, key authentication, identity authentication, password authentication, and the like. The wireless communication device authenticates the request of the data connection of the first user terminal, and can ensure the connection authority and the security of the first user terminal. Specifically, the authenticating, by the wireless communication apparatus, the data connection of the first user terminal may include: the wireless communication device responds to the access request sent by the first user terminal and authenticates the agent of the first user terminal; and under the condition that the agent of the first user terminal passes the authentication, establishing network connection for the first user terminal through the agent, thereby accessing the wireless communication network. Optionally, when the agent of the first user terminal passes the authentication, after the wireless communication apparatus accesses the agent of the first user terminal to the shared network, the method further includes: the wireless communication device communicates with an agent of a first user terminal accessed to a shared network at regular time to acquire communication resource information of the first user terminal of the first agent, namely communicates with the agent of the first user terminal establishing network connection according to a preset time interval, wherein the preset time interval can be set by a user or can be automatically set by a machine; the communication resource information includes a total amount of communication resources and a usage amount of the communication resources.
The wireless communication device is used for communicating with the agent of the user terminal accessing the shared network in a timing mode and comprises a first user terminal and a second user terminal. Therefore, the communication quality of the user terminal is determined, and specifically, the total amount of the communication resources and the usage amount of the communication resources of the user terminal are obtained through the agent of the user terminal, so that the available communication resources of the user terminal are calculated, and the communication quality of the user terminal is determined. The wireless communication device dynamically detects the communication resource information of the user terminals, ensures that the communication resources of the user terminals are effectively updated, and ensures the timeliness and effectiveness of data of each user terminal, thereby ensuring the timeliness and effectiveness of communication resource allocation between the user terminals.
Optionally, sending the target data to a terminal with qualified communication quality for wireless communication includes: and calculating the right value of the communication quality qualified terminal, wherein the right value is in direct proportion to the data volume of the communication quality qualified terminal for wireless communication. The right value is used to perform limited ranking on the first user terminal in wireless communication, and the higher the specific right value is, the larger the data amount of wireless communication that is assumed by the first user terminal is, the higher the transmission right of the first user terminal should be compared with the transmission right of the first user terminal with smaller data amount. That is, the higher the entitlement value of the first user terminal, the higher the transmission priority of the target data that the first user terminal needs to perform wireless transmission. The first user terminals are sequenced according to the priority, so that the problem that the network is disordered and even fails under the condition that the first user terminals simultaneously request can be effectively prevented.
When the wireless communication device receives target data transmitted by a first user terminal, a second user terminal determines the receiving sequence of the target data according to the interest value of the first user terminal under the condition that the second user terminal receives a plurality of target data transmitted by a plurality of different first user terminals, wherein the higher the interest value is, the higher the receiving sequence of the target data is. The effectiveness and the stability of wireless communication resources are effectively improved.
Optionally, the determining, by the wireless communication apparatus, the second user terminal that meets the target data communication requirement according to the available communication resources of the plurality of second user terminals, where the second user terminal is a terminal with a qualified communication quality includes: the first user terminal sends the target data to the wireless communication device through a first network connection, wherein the first network connection is established between the first user terminal and the wireless communication device before the wireless communication device receives the target data sent by the first user terminal. The first network connection is established between the wireless communication device and the first user terminal, and under the condition that the plurality of first user terminals do not meet the target data communication requirement, the first user terminal sends the target data to the wireless communication device through the first network connection for wireless communication. And the first user terminal is enabled to communicate through the wireless communication device. When the second user terminal of which the communication quality is qualified is included in the plurality of second user terminals, wireless communication is performed by the communication quality qualified terminal. It should be noted that, the wireless communication may be performed through the communication quality-qualified terminal, or a shared network may be directly established with the communication quality-qualified terminal to perform the wireless communication, specifically, a first agent that controls the first user terminal that transmits the target data and a third network connection are established with a second agent of the communication quality-qualified terminal, where the third network connection is used for the first user terminal to transmit the target data to the communication quality-qualified terminal to perform the wireless communication. The main body of the above steps may be a communication quality-qualified terminal, that is, a user terminal on the train that meets the transmission requirement of the target data, and the user terminal receives the target data forwarded by the wireless communication device and performs wireless communication through the communication quality-qualified terminal. Through the steps, the target data sent by the wireless communication device is received by adopting the terminal with qualified communication quality, wherein the target data is sent to the wireless communication device by the first user terminal needing to communicate; the communication quality qualified terminal is a second user terminal which is determined by the wireless communication device to meet the target data communication requirement according to available communication resources of a plurality of second user terminals except the first user terminal needing to communicate and is a communication quality qualified terminal, wherein the available communication resources are determined according to the total amount of the communication resources and the usage amount of the communication resources of the second user terminal; after the terminal with qualified communication quality receives the target data, the target data is wirelessly transmitted so as to carry out wireless communication, and the wireless communication device and the user terminal jointly bear the wireless communication requirement, so that the purpose of providing high-quality communication service for the user terminal is achieved, the technical effect of improving the wireless communication quality is achieved, and the technical problems of poor communication quality and low efficiency caused by the fact that the number of communication cards of a wireless server is limited and the wireless communication quality is limited in the related technology are solved.
And after receiving the target data, the terminal with qualified communication quality performs wireless transmission on the target data so as to perform wireless communication. Specifically, a second network connection is established between the communication quality qualified terminal and the wireless communication device, the first user terminal is connected through the first network and sends target data to the wireless communication device, and the wireless communication device sends the target data to the communication quality qualified terminal through the second network connection for wireless communication; wherein the first network connection is a network connection established between the first user terminal and the wireless communication device. On the other hand, when the plurality of second user terminals do not satisfy the target data communication requirement, the first user terminal may also transmit the target data of the first user terminal to the wireless communication apparatus through the first network connection between the first user terminal and the wireless communication apparatus, and perform wireless communication. Therefore, the purpose that the first user terminal carries out wireless communication with other second user terminals through the wireless communication device is effectively achieved, and the problem that the communication resources of the first user terminal are insufficient is solved.
The first user terminal and the communication quality qualified terminal can directly establish a third network connection, and directly send the target data of the first user terminal to the communication quality qualified terminal through the third network connection for wireless communication. Specifically, the terminal with qualified communication quality establishes a third network connection with the first user terminal sending the target data, where the third network connection is used for the first user terminal to send the target data to the terminal with qualified communication quality for wireless communication. Therefore, the purpose that the first user terminal directly carries out wireless communication with other second user terminals is effectively achieved, and the problem that the communication resources of the first user terminal are insufficient is solved.
Before the communication quality qualified terminal receives the target data transmitted by the wireless communication device, the wireless communication device can authenticate the communication quality qualified terminal so as to ensure the security and the related authority of the communication quality qualified terminal. Specifically, the second agent of the terminal with qualified communication quality sends an access request to the wireless communication device; the wireless communication device responds to the access request and authenticates a second agent of the terminal with qualified communication quality; and under the condition that the second agent of the communication quality qualified terminal passes the authentication, accessing the second agent of the communication quality qualified terminal into the shared network. The safety of data transmission is ensured, and the wireless communication resource request is more stable and reliable.
The second agent of the communication quality qualified terminal regularly receives the communication request sent by the wireless communication device; transmitting communication resource information of a terminal with qualified communication quality to a wireless communication device; the communication resource information includes a total amount of communication resources and a usage amount of the communication resources.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a quality-qualified terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, according to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a quality-qualified terminal including: a second receiving module 62 and a second communication module 64, which will be described in detail below.
A second receiving module 62, configured to receive, by a terminal with qualified communication quality, target data sent by a wireless communication device, where the target data is sent to the wireless communication device by a first user terminal that needs to perform communication; the communication quality qualified terminal is a second user terminal which is determined by the wireless communication device to meet the target data communication requirement according to available communication resources of a plurality of second user terminals except the first user terminal needing to communicate and is a communication quality qualified terminal, wherein the available communication resources are determined according to the total amount of the communication resources and the usage amount of the communication resources of the second user terminal; and the second communication module 64 is connected to the second receiving module 62, and is configured to perform wireless transmission on the target data after the target data is received by the terminal with qualified communication quality, so as to perform wireless communication.

step S702, a first user terminal sends target data needing to be communicated to a wireless communication device;
step S704, one or more second user terminals except the first user terminal are determined as the terminals with qualified communication quality when the wireless communication device determines to meet the target data communication requirement according to the available communication resources of the plurality of second user terminals, wherein the available communication resources are determined according to the total amount of the communication resources and the communication resource usage of the second user terminals;
step S706, the first user terminal triggers the wireless communication device to send the target data to the terminal with qualified communication quality, so as to perform wireless communication.
The execution subject of the above steps may be a user terminal that needs to transmit the target data for wireless communication. Through the steps, the first user terminal is adopted to send target data needing to be communicated to the wireless communication device; one or more second user terminals other than the first user terminal, the wireless communication device being determined as a communication quality qualified terminal when it is determined that the target data communication demand is satisfied based on available communication resources of the plurality of second user terminals, wherein the available communication resources are determined based on the total amount of communication resources and the usage amount of communication resources of the second user terminals; the first user terminal triggers the wireless communication device to send the target data to the communication quality qualified terminal so as to carry out wireless communication, and the wireless communication device on the train and the user terminal jointly bear the wireless communication requirement on the train, so that the aim of providing high-quality communication service for the user terminal on the train is fulfilled, the technical effect of improving the wireless communication quality is achieved, and the technical problems of poor communication quality and low efficiency caused by limited number of communication cards of a wireless server and limited wireless communication quality in the related technology are solved.
Before the first user terminal sends target data to be communicated to the wireless communication device, a first network connection may be established with the wireless communication device, so as to ensure stability of data transmission between the first user terminal and the wireless communication device. Specifically, the first user terminal establishes a first network connection with the wireless communication device, and the first network connection enables the first user terminal to send the target data to the wireless communication device through the first network connection for wireless communication when the plurality of second user terminals do not meet the target data communication requirement. Specifically, the first user terminal transmits the target data to the wireless communication apparatus through a first network connection, and the wireless communication apparatus transmits the target data to a communication quality-qualified terminal through a second network connection, and performs wireless communication with the communication quality-qualified terminal. The second network connection is a network connection established between the communication quality-qualified terminal and the wireless communication apparatus. Therefore, the purpose that the first user terminal carries out wireless communication with other second user terminals through the wireless communication device is effectively achieved, and the problem that the communication resources of the first user terminal are insufficient is solved.
After the first user terminal sends the target data to be communicated to the wireless communication device, a third network connection can be directly established between the first user terminal and the terminal with qualified communication quality, communication can be directly carried out through the third network connection, and the target data can be sent to the terminal with qualified communication quality for wireless communication. Specifically, the first user terminal establishes a third network connection with the terminal with qualified communication quality, where the third network connection is used for the first user terminal to send the target data to the terminal with qualified communication quality for wireless communication. Therefore, the purpose that the first user terminal directly carries out wireless communication with other second user terminals is effectively achieved, and the problem that the communication resources of the first user terminal are insufficient is solved.
Before the first user terminal sends the target data needing to be communicated to the wireless communication device, the first user terminal can be authenticated through the wireless communication device, so that the safety and the related authority of the first user terminal are ensured. Specifically, an agent of the user terminal sends an access request to the wireless communication device; wherein the wireless communication device authenticates the agent of the user terminal in response to the access request; and under the condition that the proxy authentication of the user terminal passes, accessing the proxy of the user terminal to the shared network. The safety of data transmission is ensured, and the wireless communication resource request is more stable and reliable.
The proxy of the user terminal receives the data access request of the wireless communication device at regular time so as to transmit the communication resource condition of the user terminal to the wireless communication device. Specifically, the proxy of the user terminal receives a communication request sent by the wireless communication device at regular time; transmitting communication resource information of the user terminal to the wireless communication apparatus; the communication resource information includes a total amount of communication resources and a usage amount of the communication resources.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a user terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, according to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a user terminal, including: a sending module 82, a second determining module 84, and a third communication module 86, which will be described in detail below.
A sending module 82, configured to send, by the first user terminal, target data to be communicated to the wireless communication apparatus; a second determining module 84, connected to the sending module 82, for determining, by the wireless communication apparatus, one or more second user terminals except the first user terminal as qualified communication quality terminals when the wireless communication apparatus determines, according to available communication resources of the plurality of second user terminals, that the target data communication requirement is met, wherein the available communication resources are determined according to the total amount of communication resources and the usage amount of communication resources of the second user terminals; and a third communication module 86, connected to the second determining module 84, for the first user terminal to trigger the wireless communication device to send the target data to the terminal with qualified communication quality for wireless communication.

Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a wireless communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 9, according to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided a wireless communication system including: the user terminal 92, the wireless communication device 94, and the quality-qualified terminal 96, and the wireless communication system will be described in detail below.
The user terminals 92 include a first user terminal and a second user terminal except the first user terminal, the first user terminal is used for sending target data needing to be communicated to the wireless communication device, and the second user terminal is used for selecting a terminal with qualified communication quality and providing wireless communication for the first user terminal; a wireless communication means 94 for receiving target data transmitted from the user terminal; determining a user terminal meeting the target data communication requirement according to available communication resources of a plurality of user terminals, wherein the user terminal is a terminal with qualified communication quality 96, and the available communication resources are determined according to the total amount of the communication resources of the user terminals and the usage amount of the communication resources; sending the target data to a communication quality qualified terminal for wireless communication, wherein after an agent of the communication quality qualified terminal receives the target data, the target data is wirelessly transmitted for wireless communication; and a communication quality qualified terminal 96 for receiving the target data transmitted by the wireless communication device and performing wireless transmission of the target data to perform wireless communication.

In the above communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention, a method embodiment of a communication resource scheduling method is provided, it should be noted that the steps shown in the flowchart of the figure may be executed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and although a logical order is shown in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be executed in an order different from that here.
Fig. 10 is a flowchart of a communication resource scheduling method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 10, the method includes the following steps:
step S1002, monitoring available communication resources of a first user terminal through a first agent of the first user terminal;
step S1004, a first agent receives a communication requirement sent by a first user terminal, and judges whether available communication resources of the first user terminal meet the communication requirement, wherein the communication requirement comprises communication resources required by communication;
step S1006, when the available communication resource cannot meet the communication requirement, the first user terminal sends a communication resource sharing request to the communication device through the first agent, where the communication resource sharing request is used to request the available communication resource of the communication device to provide a communication service for the first user terminal.
Through the steps, monitoring available communication resources of the first user terminal by adopting a first agent of the first user terminal; the method comprises the steps that a first agent receives a communication requirement sent by a first user terminal and judges whether available communication resources of the first user terminal meet the communication requirement, wherein the communication requirement comprises communication resources required by communication; under the condition that available communication resources cannot meet communication requirements, a first user terminal sends a communication resource sharing request to communication equipment through a first agent, wherein the communication resource sharing request is used for requesting the available communication resources of the communication equipment to provide communication services for the first user terminal, and the communication equipment on a train shares the communication resources for the user terminal to commonly bear the wireless communication requirements of the terminals, so that the aim of providing the communication services with higher quality for the wireless communication requests of the user terminals on the train is fulfilled, the technical effect of improving the wireless communication quality is achieved, and the technical problems that in the related technology, the number of communication cards of a wireless server is limited, the wireless communication quality is limited, the communication quality is poor, and the efficiency is low are solved.
The main body of the above steps may be an agent on the terminal, also called a network agent, which is used to perform network sharing and communication on a plurality of terminals and/or communication devices. The agent negotiates with the wireless communication device to enter a shared network through a private protocol. And the user terminal is authenticated by the wireless communication device through the agent, and then is in network connection with the wireless communication device to perform wireless network communication. The agent gateway is an internet terminal agent and can be installed on an internet terminal of a passenger, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, an intelligent wearable device and the like, and the agent gateway is used for being responsible for functions of discovery, access, interconnection, data transmission, resource coordination and the like of a shared network. When the agent serves to coordinate resources, the network resources of the internet access terminal of the passenger mainly include two dimensions, 1, the quality of the internet exit network of the current internet access terminal (when the quality is poor, the situations of delay, packet loss and the like occur). 2. The bandwidth of the internet outlet of the current internet access terminal comprises an actual bandwidth and a sharable bandwidth set by the passenger, wherein the actual bandwidth refers to the current overall bandwidth of the passenger internet access terminal, for example, the current connection bandwidth of 4G, and the sharable bandwidth refers to a bandwidth which the passenger thinks is set to be used by the shared network. For example, the actual bandwidth may be 20M currently, but the passenger only allows the collinear network to use 50% of the actual bandwidth by setting, and the sharable bandwidth of the passenger end is 10M. The passengers set the sharable bandwidth to reserve enough available bandwidth for the internet access terminals of the passengers so as to avoid sharing communication resources and influencing the internet access experience of the passengers. The agent gateway is arranged on the user terminal, the user terminal is an implementation mode of the passenger internet surfing terminal, and the agent gateway monitors and records the communication resources of the two dimensions in real time so as to schedule the resources, and the accuracy and the timeliness of the resource scheduling are guaranteed.
The method is used for carrying out shared network component and communication on a plurality of first user terminals and/or communication equipment, and the communication requirement of one first user terminal with the communication requirement is borne by the communication equipment of the whole shared network, so that the communication quality and the communication efficiency of the first user terminal are improved. The terminal may be a user terminal of a passenger in a vehicle, and the first user terminal may be a client mobile terminal, for example, a smart phone of a user. The target data may be a network request transmitted from the first user terminal to the wireless communication system of the vehicle, or a data block requiring network communication for requesting communication. The first user terminals are a plurality of mobile phones supporting a plurality of passengers simultaneously to carry out network connection, namely, a wireless communication system of a vehicle on the vehicle. The agent may be a program or software, or may be a device carrying corresponding software or program to implement the function of the agent. The agent may be installed on the first user terminal. Therefore, the first user terminal can effectively schedule wireless communication resources according to the agent, and the technical effect of improving the communication efficiency is achieved.
The communication device may be another second user terminal, or may be a device capable of performing communication in addition to the first user terminal, for example, the communication device may be a wireless communication system of a vehicle, or a device in which the vehicle communicates with an external network base station, and the wireless communication device may include a wireless network card or a SIM card, and may perform a wireless network request to a remote base station through the wireless network card or the SIM card, and establish a wireless network connection. However, the above-mentioned wireless communication system for vehicles has a limited number of SIM cards, and the larger the number of SIM cards, the better the network quality, and the wider the bandwidth, the more user terminals can be connected at the same time, but the higher the cost, the higher the cost. The less the number of SIM cards, the worse the network quality, the less the number of simultaneously connected user terminals and the narrower the bandwidth, but the lower the cost and the lower the cost. Because the number of people on the vehicle who are simultaneously connected to the network is unstable and has large difference, the quality of wireless network connection of passengers is unreasonable by adopting higher hardware configuration. According to the embodiment, the communication equipment on the train shares communication resources for the user terminal, so that the wireless communication requirements of the terminal are shared, the purpose of providing high-quality communication service for the wireless communication request of the user terminal on the train is achieved, the technical effect of improving the wireless communication quality is achieved, and the technical problems of poor wireless communication quality and low efficiency of wireless communication modes in related technologies are solved.
The total amount of communication resources of the second user terminal depends on the signal strength, the signal bandwidth, and the signal rate, and the amount of communication resources depends on the amount of data that the second user terminal is performing transmission tasks. The more available communication resources of the second user terminal, the higher the transmission quality of the second user terminal. And under the condition that the available communication resources of the second user terminal meet the target data communication requirement, confirming that the second user terminal is a terminal with qualified communication quality. Optionally, the monitoring, by the first agent of the first user terminal, available communication resources of the first user terminal includes: the first user terminal monitors the quality of an exit network of the first user terminal and the bandwidth of the exit network through the first agent, and monitors the available communication resources of the first user terminal, wherein the bandwidth comprises an actual bandwidth and an available bandwidth. The terminal with qualified communication quality can meet the communication requirement of the target data and effectively communicate the target data, thereby ensuring the communication quality.
The first user terminal can access the wireless communication device of the vehicle through the agent. Before the wireless communication device receives the target data sent by the terminal, the wireless communication device receives an access request sent by an agent of the terminal; the wireless communication device responds to the access request and authenticates the agent of the terminal; and under the condition that the agent of the terminal passes the authentication, accessing the agent of the terminal to the shared network. The shared network is used for realizing data sharing among different terminals, including bidirectional data transmission among different data terminals, for example, in a shared network of a terminal and a server, the terminal can send data to the server, and the server can send data to the terminal. The sharing network is a wireless local area network, the communication quality qualified terminal carries out wireless communication through a wide area network, and the wireless local area network can be vehicle-mounted Wi-Fi. The wide area network may be a 4G network. The method has the advantages of high speed, high transmission efficiency and low transmission cost, thereby improving the efficiency of communication resource scheduling.
The terminal transmits target data for wireless transmission to a wireless communication device of a vehicle, that is, the wireless communication device receives the target data transmitted by the terminal, and the target data is data to be transmitted according to the communication requirement. Before the wireless communication device of the vehicle receives the target data of the terminal, the wireless communication device needs to establish a network connection with the terminal, and specifically, the establishing the network connection between the wireless communication device and the terminal may include: the wireless communication device receives an access request which is sent by a terminal through an agent and is used for accessing a wireless communication network; the wireless communication device responds to the access request, accesses the terminal to the wireless communication device through the agent, and establishes network connection, so that a wireless communication network is established. The target data is sent through the established wireless communication network, the speed is high, and the transmission is stable and efficient.
The wireless communication device may authenticate the terminal after receiving a request for establishing a data connection from the terminal, for example, key authentication, identity authentication, password authentication, and the like. The wireless communication device authenticates the request of the data connection of the terminal, and can ensure the connection authority and the safety of the terminal. Specifically, the authenticating the data connection of the terminal by the wireless communication apparatus may include: the wireless communication device responds to the access request sent by the terminal and authenticates the agent of the terminal; and under the condition that the agent of the terminal passes the authentication, establishing network connection for the terminal through the agent so as to access the wireless communication network. The safety of data transmission is ensured, and the wireless communication resource request is more stable and reliable.
Optionally, the recording the quality and the available bandwidth of the egress network of the first user terminal comprises: the method comprises the steps that a first agent receives an adjusting instruction for adjusting the ratio of actual bandwidth to available bandwidth, wherein the actual bandwidth is the current overall bandwidth of a first user terminal, and the available bandwidth is used for being shared to other user terminals requesting communication resource sharing; and the first agent sends the adjusting instruction to the first user terminal, wherein the first user terminal adjusts the available bandwidth according to the adjusting instruction. The resources of different first user terminals are allocated according to the requirements, the flexibility of the homologous communication is guaranteed, the specific allocation of the communication resources is carried out according to the specific use requirements of different first users, and the accuracy and precision of the communication resource scheduling are improved.
And monitoring the available communication resources of the terminal according to the quality of the exit network of the terminal and the bandwidth of the exit network, wherein the bandwidth comprises an actual bandwidth and an available bandwidth. The available bandwidth can be adjusted according to the requirements, and the requirements can be adjusted according to the adjustment flexibility input by the user, so that the distribution and the occupation proportion of the network are properly adjusted, various applicable occasions are used, the flexibility of communication resource scheduling is improved, and the efficiency of data transmission can be improved under various conditions.
Optionally, the communication device includes another second user terminal, and when the available communication resource cannot meet the communication requirement, the sending, by the first user terminal, the communication resource sharing request to the second user terminal by the first agent includes: the method comprises the steps that a first agent receives shared information of sharable communication resources sent by a second user terminal, wherein the second user terminal broadcasts the shared information to a plurality of terminals in a shared network under the condition that the second user terminal monitors that the user terminal has available bandwidth; the first agent writes the identification information of the second user terminal into a shared list, wherein the shared list comprises a plurality of second user terminals broadcasting shared information. The second user terminal may broadcast to the first user terminal when the communication resource of the second user terminal is left and may perform resource sharing for other first terminals, and after the first user terminal receives the sharing information of the second user terminal, it may be clear that those user terminals are the second terminals and the specific condition of the communication resource that can be provided by each second terminal is provided, thereby improving the scheduling efficiency and accuracy of the communication resource.
In the shared network, each first user terminal may generate a communication request, in order to distinguish a first user terminal that needs to share a communication resource from a second user terminal that shares the communication resource, each user terminal in the shared network is changed at any time, and the user terminal is used as the second user terminal to broadcast shared information to a plurality of first user terminals in the shared network when monitoring that the user terminal has an available bandwidth. And each first user terminal writes the identification information of other second user terminals capable of sharing communication resources into a sharing list corresponding to each first user terminal. And under the condition that the available communication resources of the first user terminal cannot meet the communication requirement, sending a communication resource sharing request to other second user terminals. Therefore, the communication resource request is carried out in a targeted manner, and the sharing efficiency of the communication resources is improved.
Optionally, when the available communication resource cannot meet the communication requirement, the sending, by the first user terminal to the second user terminal, the communication resource sharing request by the first agent includes: the first agent selects a second user terminal meeting the communication requirement from the shared list; the first agent sorts the second user terminals meeting the communication requirements according to the service capacity of the second user terminals, and determines a shared transmission queue, wherein the service capacity is determined according to the quality and the available bandwidth; the first user terminal sends a communication resource sharing request to a second user terminal at a first position in the shared transmission queue through the first agent. And according to the specific communication requirement, the second user terminal with capability is selected to make a request, so that the effectiveness and the stability of resource scheduling are ensured.
The shared queue may sequence a plurality of terminals capable of sharing communication resources, where the plurality of terminals may have different communication resources for sharing due to their respective reasons, and therefore, it is necessary to select a qualified terminal from the shared queue according to a service capability of the shared communication resource, and then select a terminal from the qualified terminals to perform a request for sharing the resource. For example, the communication resource sharing request may be sent to the other terminal first in the shared transmission queue, so that the terminal sharing the communication resource may be ensured to work effectively, and the stability of the communication resource sharing may be improved.
Optionally, the sending, by the first user terminal, the communication resource sharing request to the second user terminal sharing the first bit in the transmission queue through the first agent includes: the first agent of the first user terminal sends a communication resource sharing request to the wireless communication device, wherein the communication equipment further comprises the wireless communication device, and after receiving the communication resource sharing request, the wireless communication device establishes a first network connection with the first agent and a second network connection with the second agent of the second user terminal; the first agent is connected with the second network through the first network in sequence, and the wireless communication device is connected with the second network, and transmits target data corresponding to the communication resource sharing request to the second user terminal for wireless communication. Before the resource scheduling request is carried out, the purpose that the first user terminal carries out wireless communication with other second user terminals through a wireless communication device is effectively achieved by establishing network connection, and the problem that the communication resources of the first user terminal are insufficient is solved.
Optionally, the sending, by the first user terminal, the communication resource sharing request to the second user terminal sharing the first bit in the transmission queue through the first agent includes: a first agent of a first user terminal sends a communication resource sharing request to a second user terminal, wherein a second agent of the second user terminal establishes a third network connection with the first agent after receiving the communication resource sharing request; and the first agent is connected through a third network, and sends the target data corresponding to the communication resource sharing request to the second user terminal for wireless communication. Through the third network connection, the purpose that the first user terminal directly performs wireless communication with other second user terminals is effectively achieved, and the problem that the communication resources of the first user terminal are insufficient is solved.
Optionally, when the available communication resource cannot meet the communication requirement, after sending the communication resource sharing request to the communication device, the method includes: the first user terminal carries out sharing communication with the second user terminal through the first agent; the first agent monitors whether the sharing communication process triggers a renegotiation condition; and under the condition that the second user terminal triggers renegotiation of shared communication, the first agent determines the service capability of the second user terminal again, updates the shared transmission queue and reselects the second user terminal for shared communication until the communication requirement is finished. Therefore, the real-time performance and the effectiveness of the communication resources of the first user terminal and the second user terminal are ensured.
When a first user terminal of the vehicle sends a communication request, determining a target communication device matched with target data according to the resource allocation conditions of a plurality of communication devices comprises the following steps: judging whether other second user terminals of the shared network are included in the plurality of communication devices; performing communication according to the on-vehicle wireless communication system when the plurality of communication devices do not include another second user terminal sharing the network; in the case where a shared second user terminal is included in the plurality of communication devices, a target communication device is determined from the second user terminal. Therefore, the communication resource scheduling of the first user terminal by calling different communication equipment is ensured under various conditions, and the effectiveness of the resource scheduling is ensured.
In this embodiment, other second user terminals sharing the network are preferentially used. Judging whether a plurality of communication devices comprise a second user terminal of a shared network or not, under the condition that the plurality of communication devices do not comprise the second user terminal of the shared network, indicating that all the user terminals which are in network connection with a wireless communication system on a vehicle are first user terminals which need to perform wireless communication, and if all the first user terminals request a wireless network, the communication cannot be performed through the second user terminal, and the communication can be performed only according to the wireless communication system; in the case where the plurality of communication devices include the second user terminal sharing the network, it is described that at least one second user terminal having network connection with the wireless communication system is present in the vehicle, and communication is performed based on the second user terminal sharing the network. And under the condition that the second user terminal cannot meet the communication requirement of the first user terminal, the wireless communication system can be called again to work. The effective wireless communication of the first user terminal is ensured, and the effectiveness of communication resource scheduling is ensured.
Optionally, after the communication requirement is completed, the method includes: and the first agent determines the communication sharing rights and interests of the second user terminal according to the sharing transmission data volume and the sharing transmission quality of the second user terminal.
And the second user terminal determines the receiving sequence of the target data according to the interest value of the first user terminal under the condition of receiving the target data sent by the different first user terminals, wherein the higher the interest value is, the earlier the receiving sequence of the target data is. The effectiveness and the stability of wireless communication resources are effectively improved.
Optionally, the communication device is a wireless communication apparatus, and when the available communication resource cannot meet the communication requirement, the first user terminal sends a communication resource sharing request to the wireless communication apparatus through the first agent, where the wireless communication apparatus is disposed on the train.
The receiving of the target data for communication, which needs to be sent by the first user terminal, includes: under the condition of receiving a plurality of target data sent by a plurality of first user terminals, determining the priority of receiving the plurality of target data according to the interest value of the first user terminal, wherein the higher the interest value of the first user terminal is, the higher the priority of the corresponding target data is. The problem that the network is disordered and even fails under the condition that a plurality of first user terminals request simultaneously can be effectively prevented.
Fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of a communication resource scheduling apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 11, according to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a communication resource scheduling apparatus, including: a detection module 112, a first receiving module 114 and a first transmitting module 116, which will be described in detail below.
A detection module 112, configured to monitor available communication resources of the terminal; a first receiving module 114, connected to the detecting module 112, configured to receive a communication requirement sent by a terminal, and determine whether an available communication resource of the terminal meets the communication requirement, where the communication requirement includes a communication resource required by communication; a first sending module 116, connected to the first receiving module 114, configured to send a communication resource sharing request to the communication device when the available communication resource cannot meet the communication requirement, where the communication resource sharing request is used to request the available communication resource of the communication device to provide a communication service for the communication requirement.

Fig. 12 is a flowchart of another communication resource scheduling method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 12, according to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a communication resource scheduling method, including:
step S1202, a second agent of a second user terminal receives a communication resource sharing request of a first user terminal, where the second user terminal provides a second user terminal for communication resource sharing for the communication resource sharing request, the communication resource sharing request is a communication resource sharing request sent by the first user terminal to the second user terminal through a first agent when it is monitored that an available communication resource cannot be met, the communication resource sharing request is used to request the available communication resource of the second user terminal to provide a communication service for a communication requirement, and the communication requirement includes a communication resource required for communication;
step S1204, the second agent of the second user terminal sends the communication resource sharing request to the second user terminal, where the second user terminal responds to the communication resource sharing request and provides shared communication to the first user terminal.

and the wireless communication device transmits the target data to the communication quality qualified terminal for wireless communication.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining that the second user terminal satisfying the target data communication requirement is a communication quality qualified terminal according to available communication resources of a plurality of the second user terminals comprises:
the wireless communication device receives the target data sent by the first user terminal through a first network connection;
before the wireless communication device receives the target data sent by the first user terminal, a first network connection is established with the first user terminal.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the wireless communication device sending the target data to the terminal with qualified communication quality for wireless communication comprises:
the wireless communication device controls the terminal with qualified communication quality, establishes a second network connection with the wireless communication device, and sends the target data to the terminal with qualified communication quality for wireless communication;

16. The method of claim 14, wherein after the first user terminal sends target data to be communicated to the wireless communication device, further comprising:
