Abstract
The invention discloses an elastic head-wearing support and a head-wearing earphone, wherein the elastic head-wearing support comprises a fixed support and an elastic adjusting support, and two ends of the elastic adjusting support are respectively connected with two ends of the fixed support and are positioned at the inner side of the fixed support; wherein the elastic adjusting bracket automatically adjusts according to the head shape of the user. According to the invention, the user directly wears the headset with the elastic head-wearing support, and the structure in the elastic adjusting support can be automatically adjusted according to the head shape of the user.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of headsets, in particular to an elastic headset support and a headset.
Background
At present, consumer electronic products are gradually popularized, so that the life is more convenient and the life pleasure is increased. Headphones are indispensable equipment for consumer electronics, and the high-quality music is enjoyed through the headphones, so that the listening experience is enhanced. The comfort of the headset is always an important problem troubling the headset, and at present, a headset support can telescopically adjust the position of a horn structure, but few headset supports can be adjusted according to the head shape of a user.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides an elastic head-wearing support and a head-wearing earphone, and solves the problem that the existing head-wearing earphone cannot be adjusted according to the head shape of a user.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention is realized as follows:
in a first aspect, an elastic headgear support is provided, comprising: fixing a bracket; two ends of the elastic adjusting bracket are respectively connected with two ends of the fixed bracket and are positioned at the inner side of the fixed bracket; wherein the elastic adjusting bracket automatically adjusts according to the head shape of the user.
In a second aspect, there is provided a headset comprising: the elastic headgear mount of the first aspect; and the two horn structures are respectively arranged at two ends of the fixed support.
In the embodiment of the invention, the elastic adjusting bracket can automatically adjust according to the head shape of the user by directly wearing the headset with the elastic head-wearing bracket by the user.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a perspective view of an elastic head mount according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in the figures, the elastic head-mounted support 1 of the present embodiment includes a fixing support 10 and an elastic adjusting support 11, two ends of the elastic adjusting support 11 are respectively connected to two ends of the fixing support 10, and the elastic adjusting support 11 is located inside the fixing support 10. When the elastic head-wearing support 1 of the present embodiment is used, the elastic adjusting support 11 can be automatically adjusted according to the head shape of the user.
Please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 3, which are exploded views of the elastic adjustment bracket according to the first embodiment of the present invention; as shown in the figure, the elastic adjustment bracket 11 includes a supporting member 111, two positioning members 112, two supporting rods 113 and an elastic member 114, the two positioning members 112 are disposed at two ends of the supporting member 111, the two supporting rods 113 are respectively disposed on the corresponding positioning members 112, the two supporting rods 113 are fixed on the supporting member 111 through the two positioning members 112, and each supporting rod 113 can move relative to the supporting member 111. Each support rod 113 has a fixed end 1131 and a connecting end 1132, the fixed end 1131 of each support rod 113 passes through the positioning member 112 and is far away from the support member 111, and the connecting end 1132 of each support rod 113 is located on the support member 111. The elastic member 114 connects the connection ends 1132 of the two support rods 113. The fixing ends 1131 of the two support rods 113 are respectively fixed to two ends of the fixing bracket 10 to assemble the flexible adjusting bracket 11 on the fixing bracket 10. In the present embodiment, the fixed end 1131 of each support rod 113 is fixed to the fixed bracket 10 by the locking component 12. The fixing end 1131 of each support rod 113 is provided with a spacing protrusion 1133, and the spacing protrusion 1133 abuts against the inner surface of the fixing support 10, so that a space is formed between the two ends of the elastic adjustment support 11 and the fixing support 10, thereby preventing the elastic adjustment support 11 from rubbing against the fixing support 10.
When the user uses the elastic head mount 1 of the embodiment, the user fixes the two ends of the elastic head mount 1, the head of the user abuts against the supporting member 111 and pushes the supporting member 111 to move upward, the supporting member 111 expands the elastic member 114, so that the two supporting rods 113 move away from the supporting member 111 relative to the supporting member 111, that is, the two positioning members 112 move away from the two ends of the fixing bracket 10. The stretching is stopped until the elastic adjustment support 11 conforms to the head shape of the user. When the elastic head-wearing support 1 is used, when the elastic head-wearing support 1 is not used, the two supporting rods 113 connected to the fixing support 10 move toward the center of the supporting member 111 under the elastic force of the elastic member 114, and the two supporting rods 113 drive the two ends of the fixing support 10 to move toward the two positioning members 112. Each positioning member 112 has an accommodating space 1121 and two opposite through holes 1122 therein, and the two through holes 1122 are communicated with the accommodating space 1121. Each support rod 113 passes through the two through holes 1122 and the accommodating space 1121, and the width of the through hole 1122 away from the support 111 is greater than or equal to the width of the support rod 113, so that the support rod 113 can linearly move along the extending direction of the support 111, and the support rod 113 is prevented from shifting in the moving process. The width refers to a width in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the support 111.
Preferably, two ends of the supporting member 111 are respectively provided with a first supporting limiting portion 1111, each supporting rod 113 is located in the corresponding first supporting limiting portion 1111, and the first supporting limiting portion 1111 limits the corresponding supporting rod 113 to move along the extending direction of the supporting member 111. In the embodiment, the first supporting and limiting portion 1111 has two opposite first supporting and limiting members 1112, the two opposite first supporting and limiting members 1112 are disposed on the surface of the supporting member 111 facing the supporting rod 113 at intervals, and the extending direction of each first supporting and limiting member 1112 is parallel to the extending direction of the supporting member 111. The supporting rod 113 is located between two first supporting position-limiting parts 1112, and the distance between the two first supporting position-limiting parts 1112 is equal to the width of the supporting rod 113. The first supporting and limiting member 1112 of the present embodiment includes a plurality of protruding members disposed at intervals, and the first supporting and limiting member 1112 may be a sheet body, which is not described herein again.
Preferably, the supporting member 111 further has a second supporting and limiting portion 1114, the elastic member 114 is located in the second supporting and limiting portion 1114, the second supporting and limiting portion 1114 can ensure that the elastic member 114 stretches or contracts along the extending direction of the supporting member 111, the second supporting and limiting portion 1114 of this embodiment has two opposite second supporting and limiting members 1115, the two opposite second supporting and limiting members 1115 are disposed on the surface of the supporting member 111 facing the elastic member 114 at intervals, and the extending direction of each second supporting and limiting member 1115 is parallel to the extending direction of the supporting member 111. The structure of the second supporting and limiting member 1115 is the same as that of the first supporting and limiting member 1112, and is not described herein again.
The elastic element 114 is located between two second supporting stoppers 1115, and the distance between the two first supporting stoppers 1112 is equal to the width of the elastic element 114. The two second supporting stoppers 1115 prevent the elastic member 114 from shifting along a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the supporting member 111 during stretching or shrinking. The elastic member 114 in this embodiment is an elastic band, and the elastic member 114 can also be an elastic band, a spring, an elastic cord or other elastic members.
The elastic adjustment bracket 11 of this embodiment further includes a protection sleeve 115, the protection sleeve 115 covers the supporting member 111, and two supporting rods 113 and the elastic member 114 disposed between the two positioning members 112, two ends of the protection sleeve 115 are disposed in the two positioning members 112 respectively, and the two supporting rods 113 penetrate through the two positioning members 112. The protective sheath 115 is used to protect the supporting member 111, the two supporting rods 113 and the elastic member 114, and improve the aesthetic property of the elastic head-mounted support 1. The material of the protection cover 115 is plastic, rubber, leather or other elastic materials, and in this embodiment, the material of the protection cover 115 is PU. One end of the protection sleeve 115 is disposed in the accommodating space 1121 of the positioning element 112 and passes through the corresponding through hole 1122 of the positioning element 112 close to the supporting element 111. The first supporting position-limiting portion 1111 and the second supporting position-limiting portion 1114 of the supporting member 111 abut against the inner surface of the protecting sleeve 115, i.e. support the protecting sleeve 115, so as to prevent the protecting sleeve 115 from contacting the two supporting rods 113 and the elastic member 114 to affect the actions of the two supporting rods 113 and the elastic member 114. Each of the first support stoppers 1112 and each of the second support stoppers 1115 protrudes from the surface of the support 111 by a height greater than the thickness of the support tie 113 and the thickness of the elastic member 114.
The elastic adjustment bracket 11 of the present embodiment further includes a spacer 116, and the spacer 116 is disposed between the supporting member 111 and the protecting sleeve 115 and covers the two supporting rods 113 and the elastic member 114 disposed between the two positioning members 112. The spacer 116 prevents the protective casing 115 from directly contacting the support 111, maintaining the surface of the protective casing 115 flat. A first cushion pad 117 is further disposed between the supporting member 111 and the spacer 116, and the first cushion pad 117 can prevent the supporting member 111 and the spacer 116 from colliding during use and prevent noise generated by the collision between the supporting member 111 and the spacer 116. The surface of the first cushion pad 117 facing the spacer 116 is located on the same plane as the end surfaces of the first support-limiting element 1112 and the second support-limiting element 1115 facing the spacer 116, so that the first cushion pad 117, the first support-limiting portion 1111 and the second support-limiting portion 1114 can uniformly support the spacer 116. The surface of the support 111 facing the spacer 116 is further provided with a support protrusion 1116, and the support protrusion 1116 is located below the first cushion 117 to support the first cushion 117.
The elastic adjustment bracket 11 of the present embodiment further includes a second cushion pad 118, and the second cushion pad 118 is disposed on a surface of the support member 111 facing away from the two support rods 113 and located between the support member 111 and the protection sleeve 115. The second cushion pad 118 increases the thickness between the protective cover 115 and the support 111, and when the flexible adjusting bracket 11 is used, the second cushion pad 118 can cushion the pressure applied by the support 111 to the head of the user, so as to increase the comfort of the user in use.
The invention provides a headset which comprises an elastic headset support and two loudspeaker structures. Two loudspeaker structures set up in the both ends of elasticity head-mounted support. The elastic head mount is the elastic head mount 1 disclosed in the above embodiment. In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1 again, two ends of the fixing bracket 10 are provided with horn installation parts 101, and the two horn structures can be installed in the corresponding horn installation parts 101. The above is only an embodiment of the present invention, and the installation manner of other horn structures is not described herein again.
In summary, the present invention provides an elastic head mount and a headset, in which a user directly wears the headset with the elastic head mount, and the elastic adjusting mount can automatically adjust according to the head shape of the user. The elastic adjusting bracket mainly comprises a supporting piece, two positioning pieces, two supporting pull rods and an elastic piece, when a user wears the elastic adjusting bracket, the head of the user pushes the supporting piece and enables the elastic piece to stretch, and the supporting piece moves relative to the two supporting pull rods until the elastic adjusting bracket conforms to the head shape of the user, so that the elastic adjusting bracket can stop acting.

Claims (12)
1. An elastic headgear support, comprising:
fixing a bracket;
two ends of the elastic adjusting bracket are respectively connected with two ends of the fixed bracket and are positioned at the inner side of the fixed bracket;
wherein the elastic adjusting bracket is automatically adjusted according to the head shape of the user.
2. The elastic headgear support according to claim 1, wherein the elastic adjustment support includes a support member, two positioning members, two support rods and an elastic member, the two positioning members are disposed at two ends of the support member, the two support rods respectively penetrate through the corresponding positioning members, the elastic member is connected to the two support rods and located on the support member, and the two support rods move relative to the support member and stretch or contract the elastic member.
3. The elastic headgear mount according to claim 2, wherein the support member has a first support limiting portion provided at both ends of the support member, and two of the support rods are provided in the first support limiting portion.
4. The elastic headgear mount according to claim 3, wherein the support member has a second support-limiting portion, the second support-limiting portion being disposed on the support member, and the elastic member being disposed in the second support-limiting portion.
5. The elastic headgear support according to claim 2, wherein the elastic adjustment support further comprises a protective sheath, the protective sheath covers the support member, the two support rods penetrating the two positioning members, and the elastic member, and two ends of the elastic member are respectively disposed in the corresponding positioning members.
6. The elastic headgear support according to claim 5, wherein the elastic adjustment support further comprises a spacer disposed between the support member and the protective sheath and covering the two support rods and the elastic member passing through the two positioning members.
7. The resilient headgear support of claim 6, wherein the resilient adjustment support further comprises a first cushion disposed between the spacer and the support.
8. The flexible headgear support of claim 5, further comprising a second cushion pad disposed on a surface of the support member facing away from the two support struts and between the support member and the protective sleeve.
9. The flexible headgear support of claim 1, wherein an end of each support link remote from the support member is secured to an end of the mounting bracket by a locking assembly.
10. The elastic headgear mount of claim 9, wherein an end of each of the support links remote from the support member has a spacing tab that abuts against an inner surface of the fixed mount.
11. The elastic headgear support according to claim 9, further comprising a shock pad disposed at one end of the fixed support and corresponding to the positioning member.
12. A headset, comprising:
the elastic headgear mount of claim 1;
and the two horn structures are respectively arranged at two ends of the fixed support.
