With the development of Internet technology and Internet of Things (IOT), intelligent devices such as intelligent lighting devices, intelligent multimedia devices, intelligent curtains, intelligent painting screens, intelligent air conditioners, intelligent monitoring devices, and the like are increasingly widely used. The user can realize the remote control of the intelligent equipment only by sending a control instruction to the intelligent equipment through mobile equipment such as a mobile phone, a palm computer and the like, so that the intelligent equipment brings great convenience to the life of the user.
Before sending a control instruction to the intelligent device through the mobile device, the user needs to first complete initialization work of the intelligent device, such as binding a user account and the intelligent device, configuring a network of the intelligent device, configuring a working mode of the intelligent device, and the like. The initialization mode of the intelligent equipment which is generally adopted at present is as follows: the method comprises the steps that a user operates the intelligent equipment to display a two-dimensional code generated based on an identification of the intelligent equipment, then operates the mobile equipment to scan the two-dimensional code to obtain the identification of the intelligent equipment, and then sends binding request information to a server of the intelligent equipment based on the identification of the intelligent equipment so as to complete binding of a user account and the intelligent equipment; after the binding is completed, the mobile device is controlled to establish bluetooth connection with the intelligent device, and on the basis of the established bluetooth connection, the mobile device is operated to send configuration information such as network configuration information and working mode configuration information to the intelligent device one by one so as to complete the configuration of the network and the working mode of the intelligent device. In the initialization method of the intelligent device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the mobile device firstly acquires the configuration information, and sends the configuration information to the intelligent device through the NFC link under the condition that the NFC link is established with the intelligent device, the intelligent device performs network access according to the network configuration information in the configuration information and sends the distribution network state and the unique identifier of the intelligent device to the mobile device, and the mobile device sends the identifier of the intelligent device and the user identifier to the server to finish the binding between the intelligent device and the user under the condition that the distribution network state indicates that the intelligent device is successfully accessed to the network, thereby finishing the initialization of the intelligent device. Compared with the existing intelligent device initialization mode in which a user needs to perform complex and complicated operations for many times, in the intelligent device initialization method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the user only needs to enter the configuration information of the intelligent device when the mobile device acquires the configuration information and move the mobile device to a range capable of establishing an NFC link with the intelligent device, so that the initialization of the intelligent device can be completed.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the configuration information further includes: displaying configuration information and/or timing configuration information;
the display configuration information is used for configuring the display direction of the screen of the intelligent device;
the timing configuration information is used for configuring the automatic power-on time and/or the automatic power-off time of the intelligent equipment.
Further, when the configuration information further includes display configuration information and/or timing configuration information, the initialization method of the intelligent device provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
the intelligent equipment sets the display direction of the screen according to the display configuration information;
and/or;
and the intelligent equipment sets the automatic startup time and/or the automatic shutdown time according to the timing configuration information.
It should be noted that the configuration information in the embodiment of the present invention may also include other configuration information, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
As an optional implementation manner in the embodiment of the present invention, after step S203 (the intelligent device performs network access according to the network configuration information in the configuration information), the initialization method of the intelligent device according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
and a communication link is established between the intelligent equipment and the server, and data is sent to the server once through the communication link at preset time intervals.
For example, the preset time period may be 1 minute.
After the communication link is established between the intelligent device and the server, the intelligent device sends data to the server through the communication link once at preset time intervals, so that the communication link established between the intelligent device and the server is kept not disconnected.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the initialization method of the intelligent device according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes:

The control information carries an equipment identifier, a user identifier and a control instruction, and is used for requesting the server to send the control instruction to the intelligent equipment indicated by the equipment identifier under the condition that the server inquires the binding relationship between the equipment identifier and the user identifier.
S402, the server inquires whether the binding relationship between the equipment identification and the user identification is stored in a database.
In the step S402, if the server queries that the binding relationship between the device identifier and the user identifier is stored in the database, it indicates that the user indicated by the user identifier has the right to control the intelligent device indicated by the device identifier, and continues to execute the subsequent steps of the intelligent device initialization method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and if the server does not query the binding relationship between the device identifier and the user identifier in the database, it indicates that the user indicated by the user identifier does not have the right to send the control instruction to the intelligent device indicated by the device identifier, and does not forward the control instruction to the intelligent device indicated by the device identifier.
In the embodiment, when the user sends the control instruction to the intelligent device through the mobile device and the server, the server can firstly judge whether the user has the authority to control the intelligent device, and stops sending the control instruction under the condition that the user does not have the control authority of the intelligent device, so that the safety of intelligent device control can be improved.
And S403, the server sends the control instruction to the intelligent equipment indicated by the equipment identification.
Correspondingly, the intelligent device receives the control instruction sent by the server.
The control instruction sent by the server and received by the intelligent device is the control information sent by the mobile device and received by the server, the control information carries the target device identifier, and the control instruction carried in the control information and sent to the intelligent device is sent under the condition that the binding relationship between the target device identifier and the user identifier carried by the control information is inquired.
And S404, the intelligent device executes the control instruction.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a mobile device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 5, a mobile device 500 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
an obtaining unit 51, configured to obtain configuration information, where the configuration information includes network configuration information;
a sending unit 52, configured to send the configuration information to the smart device through an NFC link when the NFC link is established with the smart device;
a receiving unit 53, configured to receive a distribution network state and an equipment identifier that are sent by the smart device through the NFC link, where the distribution network state is used to indicate whether the smart device successfully accesses a network, and the equipment identifier is a unique identifier of the smart device;
the sending unit 52 is further configured to send binding request information to a server under the condition that the distribution network state indicates that the intelligent device successfully accesses the network, where the binding request information carries the device identifier and the target user identifier, and is used to request the server to establish a binding relationship between the device identifier and the target user identifier.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the configuration information further includes: displaying configuration information and/or timing configuration information;
the display configuration information is used for configuring the display direction of the screen of the intelligent equipment;
the timing configuration information is used for configuring the automatic startup time and/or the automatic shutdown time of the intelligent equipment.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the sending unit 52 is further configured to send control information to the server; the control information carries an equipment identifier, a user identifier and a control instruction, and is used for requesting the server to send the control instruction to the intelligent equipment indicated by the equipment identifier under the condition that the server inquires the binding relationship between the equipment identifier and the user identifier.
Based on the same inventive concept, as an implementation of the foregoing method, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an intelligent device, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of the intelligent device provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 6, an intelligent device 600 provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes:
a receiving unit 61, configured to receive, through an NFC link, configuration information sent by a mobile device when the NFC link is established with the mobile device, where the configuration information includes network configuration information;
the processing unit 62 is configured to perform network access according to network configuration information in the configuration information;
and the sending unit 63 is configured to send a distribution network state and a first device identifier to the mobile device through the NFC link, where the distribution network state is used to indicate whether the intelligent device successfully accesses a network, and the first device identifier is a unique identifier of the intelligent device.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the configuration information further includes: displaying configuration information and/or timing configuration information; the display configuration information is used for configuring the display direction of the screen of the intelligent equipment; the timing configuration information is used for configuring the automatic startup time and/or the automatic shutdown time of the intelligent equipment;
the processing unit 62 is further configured to set a display direction of a screen according to the display configuration information, and/or set an automatic power-on time and/or an automatic power-off time according to the timing configuration information.
As an alternative implementation of the embodiment of the present invention,
the processing unit 62 is further configured to establish a communication link with a server after the configuration information is successfully accessed to the network;
the sending unit 63 is further configured to send data to the server once through the communication link every preset time interval.
As an alternative implementation of the embodiment of the present invention,
the receiving unit 61 is further configured to receive, through the communication link, a control instruction sent by the server, where the control instruction is control information sent by the mobile device and received by the server, where the control information carries the target device identifier, and the control instruction carried in the control information and sent to the intelligent device is sent when a binding relationship between the target device identifier and a user identifier carried in the control information is queried;
the processing unit 62 is further configured to execute the control instruction.
The mobile device and the intelligent device provided in the embodiments of the present invention may execute all the contents in the method for initializing the intelligent device provided in the embodiments, so that the same technical effects may be achieved, and the technical effects that the mobile device and the intelligent device can achieve are not described herein again.
Based on the same concept, an embodiment of the present invention provides an initialization system for an intelligent device, including: the system comprises a mobile device, an intelligent device and a server;
the mobile device is configured to perform the steps performed by the mobile device in the above method embodiment;
the intelligent device is used for executing the steps executed by the intelligent device in the method embodiment;
the server is used for receiving the binding request information sent by the mobile equipment, establishing the binding relationship between the equipment identifier and the user identifier carried by the binding request information, receiving the control information sent by the mobile equipment, and sending the control instruction carried by the control information to the intelligent equipment under the condition that the binding relationship between the equipment identifier and the user identifier carried by the control information is inquired.
The intelligent device initialization system provided by the embodiment of the present invention can execute all the contents of the intelligent device initialization method provided by the above embodiment, so that the same technical effects can be achieved, and the technical effects that can be achieved by the intelligent device initialization system are not described herein again.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides the mobile equipment. Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a mobile device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the mobile device according to the embodiment includes: a memory 71 and a processor 72, the memory 71 being for storing computer programs; the processor 72 is adapted to perform the steps performed by the mobile device in the above-described method embodiments when the computer program is invoked.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides the intelligent equipment. Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, the intelligent device according to the embodiment includes: a memory 81 and a processor 82, the memory 81 being for storing computer programs; the processor 82 is adapted to perform the steps performed by the smart device in the above-described method embodiments when the computer program is invoked.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the method for initializing an intelligent device according to the above method embodiment is implemented.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media having computer-usable program code embodied in the medium.
The processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf programmable gate array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). The memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer readable media includes both permanent and non-permanent, removable and non-removable storage media. Storage media may implement information storage by any method or technology, and the information may be computer-readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), static Random Access Memory (SRAM), dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), read Only Memory (ROM), electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium, which can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, computer readable media does not include transitory computer readable media (transmyedia) such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. An initialization method of a smart device, which is applied to a mobile device, the method comprising:
acquiring configuration information, wherein the configuration information comprises network configuration information;
sending the configuration information to the smart device through an NFC link when the NFC link is established with the smart device;
receiving a distribution network state and a target device identification which are sent by the intelligent device through the NFC link, wherein the distribution network state is used for indicating whether the intelligent device is successfully accessed into a network, and the target device identification is a unique identification of the intelligent device;
sending binding request information to a server under the condition that the distribution network state indicates that the intelligent device is successfully accessed to the network, wherein the binding request information carries the target device identification and the target user identification and is used for requesting the server to establish a binding relationship between the target device identification and the target user identification;
sending control information to the server; the control information carries an equipment identifier, a user identifier and a control instruction; the control information is used for requesting the server to inquire the binding relationship between the equipment identifier and the user identifier, and is also used for requesting the server to inquire whether the binding relationship between the equipment identifier and the user identifier is stored in a database, if the binding relationship is stored, the control instruction is forwarded to the intelligent equipment indicated by the equipment identifier, and if the binding relationship is not stored, the control instruction is not forwarded to the intelligent equipment indicated by the equipment identifier.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the configuration information further comprises: displaying configuration information and/or timing configuration information;
the display configuration information is used for configuring the display direction of the screen of the intelligent equipment;
the timing configuration information is used for configuring the automatic startup time and/or the automatic shutdown time of the intelligent equipment.
3. An initialization method of a smart device, applied to the smart device, the method comprising:
under the condition that a Near Field Communication (NFC) link is established with a mobile device, receiving configuration information sent by the mobile device through the NFC link, wherein the configuration information comprises network configuration information;
performing network access according to the network configuration information in the configuration information;
sending a distribution network state and a target device identification to the mobile device through the NFC link, wherein the distribution network state is used for indicating whether the intelligent device is successfully accessed to a network, and the target device identification is a unique identification of the intelligent device;
receiving a control instruction sent by a server, wherein the control instruction is control information sent by the mobile equipment and received by the server, and the control information carries the target equipment identifier, the user identifier and the control instruction; the control information is used for requesting the server to inquire the binding relationship between the equipment identifier and the user identifier, and also used for requesting the server to inquire whether the binding relationship between the equipment identifier and the user identifier is stored in a database, if the binding relationship is stored, the control information is used for forwarding a control instruction carried in the control information sent by the mobile equipment; and executing the control instruction.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the configuration information further comprises: displaying configuration information and/or timing configuration information; the display configuration information is used for configuring the display direction of the screen of the intelligent equipment; the timing configuration information is used for configuring the automatic startup time and/or the automatic shutdown time of the intelligent equipment; the method further comprises the following steps:
setting the display direction of a screen according to the display configuration information;
and/or;
and setting the automatic startup time and/or the automatic shutdown time according to the timing configuration information.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein after the configuration information successfully accesses the network, the method further comprises:
and establishing a communication link with the server, and sending data to the server through the communication link at preset time intervals.
6. A mobile device, comprising:
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain configuration information, where the configuration information includes network configuration information;
a sending unit, configured to send the configuration information to an intelligent device through an NFC link when the NFC link is established with the intelligent device;
the receiving unit is used for receiving a distribution network state and a device identifier which are sent by the intelligent device through the NFC link, wherein the distribution network state is used for indicating whether the intelligent device is successfully accessed into a network, and the device identifier is a unique identifier of the intelligent device;
the sending unit is further configured to send binding request information to a server under the condition that the distribution network state indicates that the intelligent device successfully accesses the network, where the binding request information carries the device identifier and a target user identifier, and is used to request the server to establish a binding relationship between the device identifier and the target user identifier;
the sending unit is further configured to send control information to the server; the control information carries an equipment identifier, a user identifier and a control instruction; the control information is used for requesting the server to inquire the binding relationship between the equipment identifier and the user identifier, and also used for requesting the server to inquire whether the binding relationship between the equipment identifier and the user identifier is stored in a database, if the binding relationship is stored, the control instruction is forwarded to the intelligent equipment indicated by the equipment identifier, and if the binding relationship is not stored, the control instruction is not forwarded to the intelligent equipment indicated by the equipment identifier.
7. A smart device, comprising:
the mobile terminal comprises a receiving unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving configuration information sent by mobile equipment through an NFC link under the condition that the NFC link is established with the mobile equipment, and the configuration information comprises network configuration information;
the processing unit is used for carrying out network access according to the network configuration information in the configuration information;
the sending unit is used for sending a distribution network state and an equipment identifier to the mobile equipment through the NFC link, wherein the distribution network state is used for indicating whether the intelligent equipment is successfully accessed to a network, and the equipment identifier is a unique identifier of the intelligent equipment;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a control instruction sent by a server, where the control instruction is control information sent by the mobile device and received at the server, and the control information carries the device identifier, the user identifier, and the control instruction; the control information is used for requesting the server to inquire the binding relationship between the equipment identifier and the user identifier, and also used for requesting the server to inquire whether the binding relationship between the equipment identifier and the user identifier is stored in a database, if the binding relationship is stored, the control information is used for forwarding a control instruction carried in the control information sent by the mobile equipment;
the processing unit is further configured to execute the control instruction.
8. An initialization system of a smart device, comprising: the system comprises a mobile device, an intelligent device and a server;
the mobile device is used for executing the initialization method of the intelligent device of any one of claims 1-2;
the intelligent device is used for executing the initialization method of the intelligent device in any one of claims 3-5;
the server is used for receiving the binding request information sent by the mobile equipment, establishing the binding relationship between the equipment identifier and the user identifier carried by the binding request information, receiving the control information sent by the mobile equipment, and sending the control instruction carried by the control information to the intelligent equipment under the condition that the binding relationship between the equipment identifier and the user identifier carried by the control information is inquired.
