Abstract

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a computer device comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface communicate with each other via the communication bus, and the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction causes the processor to perform the following steps: acquiring and recording eating information, wherein the eating information comprises food information; and screening the eating information by using the acquired allergy detection result data to obtain allergy food information.
Compared with the prior art that food information ingested by infants and young children is manually recorded and compared with allergen detection results to determine food possibly containing allergens, so that avoidance is performed, the method and the device for processing the allergen information acquire and record eating information, wherein the eating information comprises the food information; and screening the eating information by using the acquired allergy detection result data to obtain allergy food information. For the embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes: if the allergen information is inhalant information or contact information, respectively recording third symptom information obtained under different inhalant amounts or contact amounts, and judging whether the third symptom information is equal to the first symptom information; if not, determining the inhalation amount or the contact amount as the tolerance amount of the allergen information or the threshold value of not causing immune reaction. For example, if the allergen information is pollen, the symptom information appearing when pollen is inhaled at different doses may be recorded separately and compared with the allergy symptom information to determine the tolerance dose to pollen or the threshold value at which no immune response is caused. Similarly, if the allergen information is paint, the symptom information appearing when different amounts of paint are contacted can be recorded respectively, and the symptom information and the allergy symptom information are compared to determine the tolerance dose or the threshold value of not causing immune response to the paint.
In yet another alternative embodiment of the present invention, the method may further comprise: recording the taken allergic food information and the eating period, and feeding back prompt information when the eating period is ended, wherein the prompt information comprises allergic state information, allergic symptom information and concurrent suspected symptom information.
The allergy food information may be obtained by screening the food intake information using the acquired allergy test result data. The feeding period may be the interval between feeding of allergic food, and for the exclusion of challenge, the feeding period may be set to 2 weeks in general. The prompt information may include allergy state information, allergy symptom information, and complication suspected symptom information, where the allergy state information may specifically indicate whether an allergy symptom occurs, for example, may be indicated by two status bits of 0 or 1, the allergy symptom information may specifically indicate a directly occurring allergy symptom, such as redness and swelling, abdominal distension, and the complication suspected symptom information may indicate an indirectly occurring complication, such as epistaxis caused by allergic rhinitis.
Specifically, after receiving infant and toddler food information and a food intake period input by a user through a display interface of a client, recording food intake initial time, sending prompt information to the user when the food intake period is ended, and displaying the food intake information and the food intake period on the display interface of the client so that the user can conveniently take food subsequently according to the information.
In practical situations, allergy to milk can be determined if the abdominal distension occurs or aggravates again after two weeks, since allergen information and tolerance dose information are usually screened by excluding provocation, for example, when a baby or child eats milk, the abdominal distension occurs, the abdominal distension is relieved after milk intake is suspended, and the baby or child eats the milk once again after two weeks. However, at present, the eating period is easy to forget through manual recording, and the effect is further influenced. The embodiment of the invention can record the eating period through the computer technology and send the prompt information to the user after reaching the preset time node, thereby saving the human resources and improving the success rate of the excitation elimination method.
In yet another alternative embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises: and searching and feeding back substitute food information in a pre-established database by utilizing the allergen information, wherein the database stores the substitution relation among different foods.
The allergen information may be the allergen information obtained by the above-mentioned exclusion excitation method, and the substitute food information may be food that can be substituted for the allergic food in order to supplement nutrients. Specifically, the allergen information may be used to search and feed back the substitute food information in a pre-established database. For example, if the obtained allergen is milk, the allergen can be searched in the database, and the substitute food information corresponding to the milk is obtained and fed back as soybean milk. It should be noted that, according to the embodiment of the present invention, alternative food information is retrieved and recommended according to allergen information, so that the utilization rate of the allergy data is improved.
It should be noted that, if the substitute food information cannot be found in the database, in order to ensure balanced intake of nutrients, the method may further include: filtering out allergen from the allergic food, extracting nutrients, and performing nutrition enhancement on infants and young children.
In yet another alternative embodiment of the present invention, the method may further comprise: acquiring and recording comprehensive development information, wherein the comprehensive development information comprises height information, weight information, intelligence information and character information of infants and young children; comparing the acquired comprehensive development information with standard comprehensive development information; and searching and feeding back the eating scheme in a database according to the comparison result, wherein the height and weight information, the eating scheme and the incidence relation between the height and weight information and the eating scheme are stored in the database.
The comprehensive development information may specifically include height information, weight information, intelligence information, and character information of the infant. The height information and the weight information can be specifically input by a user through a display interface of a client. The intelligence information and the character information can be detected by a hospital and can also be obtained by a questionnaire test. The comprehensive development information can be stored in a pre-established database, and the database can store standard height, weight, intelligence and character thresholds corresponding to different age stages. The feeding regime may be a feeding regime provided for infants and young children with different developmental conditions. Specifically, the obtained comprehensive development information of the infant and toddler is compared with preset standard comprehensive development information, so that the comprehensive development state information of the infant and toddler can be obtained, for example, if the height of the infant and toddler is lower than a standard height threshold, that is, a shorter height, a diet scheme for promoting height development can be recommended, if the weight of the infant and toddler exceeds a preset standard weight threshold, that is, a longer weight, a diet scheme for balancing calories can be recommended, if the intelligence of the infant and toddler is lower than a standard intelligence threshold, that is, if the intelligence is lower, a feeding scheme for nourishing brain and promoting intelligence development can be recommended, and if the personality of the infant and toddler is lower than a standard personality threshold, a light diet scheme can be recommended.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present invention, different feeding schedules can be recommended for infants and young children in different growth states, so as to avoid nutrient deficiency caused by food avoidance, and further improve the utilization rate of allergy data.
In yet another alternative embodiment of the present invention, the step 101 may specifically include: and storing the acquired food intake information in different fields of a pre-established database.
The obtained eating information of the infants and young children specifically comprises food information, intake information and first symptom information. Specifically, a record table may be established locally in advance, and the record table may include three fields of food, intake amount, and symptom, which are used to store food information, intake amount information, and symptom information, respectively. By storing different eating information in different fields, independence between data can be ensured, so that problems of subsequent data processing errors and the like caused by data recording errors are avoided.
It should be noted that all the embodiments of the present invention can be realized by a computer. It can also be implemented by creating an allergy diary, which can be obtained by printing the information fields to be recorded in advance in a diary. As shown in fig. 2, feeding information of the infant and the young child, such as food information, intake amount information, feeding period, and allergy symptom information, may be recorded in the pre-established allergy diary, and specifically, the feeding information may be classified into environmental allergens including microorganisms, pets, pollen, and the like, according to the allergen detection result. Food allergens such as eight common allergens of milk, eggs, wheat, seafood, vegetables, fruits, nuts and the like, and can be classified finely under each category, such as the finely classified meat including pork, beef, chicken, fish, shrimp and the like, and the categories can be added by a user according to the requirements, so that the food allergens are more accurate, the food information is systematically recorded, and the follow-up searching and classifying are convenient;
in addition to the record of the food information, as shown in fig. 3, the allergy diary may include time information, nursing information, sleep information, complementary food information, exercise information, summary information, and the like. The time information can be used for recording eating time and whether allergic symptoms appear or not when an excitation method is eliminated, so that prompt is timely given; the milk feeding information can be used for recording the milk feeding time, the milk feeding amount and the milk feeding type of the infants and the young children, such as breast milk or formula milk, and screening the milk allergy of the infants and the young children; the sleep information can be used for recording the sleep time of the infant, and the sleep quality is closely related to the allergy phenomenon, so that the sleep information can provide a data basis for judging the allergy phenomenon; the complementary food information can be used for recording complementary food eating information of the infants and the young children, and the complementary food eating information comprises meal time, complementary food names, weight, food materials and the like, so that data are provided for subsequent allergic food judgment; the motion information can be used for recording the motion conditions of the infants and the young children, and comprises bathing and sunbathing information, probiotic and nutrient use information, motion and outgoing time information and the like, and the motion information can play a good role in screening environmental allergens; the summary information can be used for recording personalized information for each infant, and due to different conditions of each infant, even though the record of the information can cover most of infant diet information, special conditions exist, and the summary information can record the special conditions, so that allergy information can be screened in a targeted manner.
For the embodiment of the present invention, all processes of the present invention can be implemented by means of computer technologies such as app, wechat applet, client software, and the like, and therefore, any software, wechat applet, app, entity diary, and the like implemented by using the technical features of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the embodiment of the present invention.
The invention provides an allergen information processing method, which can acquire and record eating information, wherein the eating information comprises food information; and screening the eating information by using the acquired allergy detection result data to obtain allergy food information. Thereby can record and compare the food information that the infant and young took through the database to in the resource of using manpower sparingly, improve the efficiency and the rate of accuracy of allergen screening, effectively reduce the anaphylactic incidence of food.
Further, as a specific implementation of fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an allergen information processing apparatus, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus including: a recording unit 21 and a screening unit 22.
The recording unit 21 may be configured to acquire and record eating information, where the eating information includes food information;
the screening unit 22 may be configured to screen the eating information by using the acquired allergy detection result data to obtain allergy food information.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
the first judging unit 23 may be configured to record second symptom information obtained after eating according to the allergic food information again, and judge whether the second symptom information is equal to the first symptom information; and if so, determining the allergic food information as allergen information.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
a second determination unit 24, configured to record third symptom information obtained after eating different intakes according to the allergen information, and determine whether the third symptom information is equal to the first symptom information; if not, determining the intake amount as the tolerance amount of the allergen information or the threshold value of not causing immune response.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
the prompt unit 25 may be configured to record a eating period during which food is eaten according to the allergic food information, and feed back prompt information when the eating period is ended, where the prompt information includes allergic state information, allergic symptom information, and concurrent suspected symptom information.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
the meal replacement unit 26 may be configured to search and feed back the replacement food information in a pre-established database storing replacement relationships between different foods, using the allergen information.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
the feeding scheme unit 27 may be configured to acquire and record comprehensive development information, where the comprehensive development information includes height information, weight information, intelligence information, and character information of the infant and the young child; comparing the acquired comprehensive development information with standard comprehensive development information; and searching and feeding back the eating scheme in a database according to the comparison result, wherein the height and weight information, the eating scheme and the incidence relation between the height and weight information and the eating scheme are stored in the database.
Further, the recording unit 21 is specifically configured to store the acquired infant feeding information in different fields of a pre-established database.
The invention provides an allergen information processing device, which can acquire and record eating information, wherein the eating information comprises food information; and screening the eating information by using the acquired allergy detection result data to obtain allergy food information. Thereby can record and compare the food information that the infant and young took through the database to in the resource of using manpower sparingly, improve the efficiency and the rate of accuracy of allergen screening, effectively reduce the anaphylactic incidence of food.
It should be noted that other corresponding descriptions of the functional modules related to the allergen information processing apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention may refer to the corresponding description of the method shown in fig. 1, and are not repeated herein.
Based on the method shown in fig. 1, correspondingly, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium, where at least one executable instruction is stored in the storage medium, and the executable instruction causes a processor to perform the following steps: acquiring and recording eating information, wherein the eating information comprises food information; and screening the eating information by using the acquired allergy detection result data to obtain allergy food information.
Based on the above embodiments of the method shown in fig. 1 and the apparatus shown in fig. 4, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer device, as shown in fig. 5, including a processor (processor)31, a communication Interface (communication Interface)32, a memory (memory)33, and a communication bus 34. Wherein: the processor 31, the communication interface 32, and the memory 33 communicate with each other via a communication bus 34. A communication interface 34 for communicating with network elements of other devices, such as clients or other servers. The processor 31 is configured to execute a program, and may specifically execute relevant steps in the above-described allergen information processing method embodiment. In particular, the program may include program code comprising computer operating instructions. The processor 31 may be a central processing unit CPU or a Specific integrated circuit asic (application Specific integrated circuit) or one or more integrated circuits configured to implement an embodiment of the present invention.
The terminal comprises one or more processors, which can be the same type of processor, such as one or more CPUs; or may be different types of processors such as one or more CPUs and one or more ASICs. And a memory 33 for storing a program. The memory 33 may comprise a high-speed RAM memory, and may further include a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory. The program may specifically be adapted to cause the processor 31 to perform the following operations: acquiring and recording eating information, wherein the eating information comprises food information; and screening the eating information by using the acquired allergy detection result data to obtain allergy food information.
By the technical scheme, eating information can be obtained and recorded, wherein the eating information comprises food information; and screening the eating information by using the acquired allergy detection result data to obtain allergy food information. Thereby can record and compare the food information that the infant and young took through the database to in the resource of using manpower sparingly, improve the efficiency and the rate of accuracy of allergen screening, effectively reduce the anaphylactic incidence of food.

Claims (10)
1. An allergen information processing method comprising:
acquiring and recording eating information, wherein the eating information comprises food information;
and screening the eating information by using the acquired allergy detection result data to obtain allergy food information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the meal information further comprises first symptom information, and the meal information is screened using the obtained allergy test result data, and after obtaining allergy food information, the method further comprises:
recording second symptom information obtained after eating according to the allergic food information again, and judging whether the second symptom information is equal to the first symptom information or not;
and if so, determining the allergic food information as allergen information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after determining the allergic food information as allergen information, the method further comprises:
respectively recording third symptom information obtained after eating with different intakes according to the allergen information, and judging whether the third symptom information is equal to the first symptom information;
if not, determining the intake amount as the tolerance amount of the allergen information or the threshold value of not causing immune response.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the second symptom information obtained after eating again according to the allergy food information is recorded, and before determining whether the second symptom information is equal to the first symptom information, the method further comprises:
recording the eating period of eating according to the allergic food information, and feeding back prompt information when the recorded eating period is ended, wherein the prompt information comprises allergic state information, allergic symptom information and concurrent suspected symptom information.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and searching and feeding back substitute food information in a pre-established database by utilizing the allergen information, wherein the database stores the substitution relation among different foods.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
acquiring and recording comprehensive development information, wherein the comprehensive development information comprises height information, weight information, intelligence information and character information of infants and young children;
comparing the acquired comprehensive development information with standard comprehensive development information;
and searching and feeding back the eating scheme in a database according to the comparison result, wherein the height and weight information, the eating scheme and the incidence relation between the height and weight information and the eating scheme are stored in the database.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein said obtaining and recording eating information comprises:
and storing the acquired food intake information in different fields of a pre-established database.
8. An allergen information processing apparatus, comprising:
the recording unit is used for acquiring and recording eating information, and the eating information comprises food information;
and the screening unit is used for screening the food intake information by using the acquired allergy detection result data to obtain allergy food information.
9. A storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, the storage medium having at least one executable instruction stored therein, the executable instruction causing a processor to perform operations corresponding to the allergen information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer device comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface communicate with each other via the communication bus, and the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction causes the processor to execute the operation corresponding to the allergen information processing according to any one of claims 1-7.
