Abstract
The invention relates to equipment, in particular to integrated equipment for individually and quickly customizing goggles. The system comprises eight functional modules, namely an identity recognition module, a man-machine interaction module, a facial information acquisition module, a personalized design module, a quick customization module, a product repository, an accessory product repository and a waste repository. The invention has compact structure and novel and reasonable design, solves the problems of poor fit with the face, long personalized customization period, high personalized batch customization difficulty, high technical access threshold and the like of the existing goggles, improves the production efficiency, and has strong practicability, good use effect and convenient popularization.

Technical Field
The invention relates to equipment, in particular to integrated equipment for individually and quickly customizing goggles.
Background
At present, goggles are mostly in general models, and the individual requirements of the difference of different individual characteristics on the goggles are not considered, so that the general goggles bring a plurality of problems of poor fit with the face of a user, poor sealing performance and the like, and the face of the user is easily damaged after the user wears the goggles for a long time.
At present, goggles mainly adopt an injection molding process, the production of products depends on a mold, the process is long, the equipment investment is large, the flexibility is poor, and the requirement of personalized batch customization is difficult to meet.
The 3D printing process is currently applied to the production of goggles, but is mainly used as a means for early fast production verification, and still does not really establish direct connection with fast personalized customization.
The personalized customization process is mainly and intensively used for the early-stage design of products at present, and relates to the technical field with strong professional and higher difficulty, so that the requirement of mass users for customizing goggles in a personalized way by themselves cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides integrated equipment for individually and quickly customizing goggles, which is used for solving the problems of poor face fitting performance, long individual customization period, high difficulty in individual batch customization, high technical access threshold and the like of the conventional goggles.
The invention mainly comprises eight functional modules: the system comprises an identity identification module, a man-machine interaction module, a facial information acquisition module, a personalized design module, a quick customization module, a product storage library, an accessory product storage library and a waste storage library.
The identity recognition module mainly applies a face recognition technology, and the facial data extracted by the camera is compared with the recognized card information to ensure the identity of a user so as to start the man-machine interaction module.
The man-machine interaction module is used for a user to select relevant information such as the style, the model and the number of the goggles in the man-machine interaction module.
The face information acquisition module is used for determining and starting the face information acquisition module through the man-machine interaction module after the user determines the goggle information, and acquiring face information data.
The face information acquisition module mainly fixes the head of the user through the chin rest, senses whether the head of the user is placed in place through a pressure sensor arranged below the chin rest, and starts the face information extraction device.
The personalized design module is used for transmitting the data to the personalized design module by the facial information acquisition module after the facial data is extracted, and the personalized design module automatically designs the outline of the goggles.
The quick customization module is used for transmitting to the quick customization module after the design of goggles profile is accomplished, and the quick customization module reads goggles data, through the quick shaping goggles of 3D printer.
The product storage library is used to automatically transfer the fast customized eyewear to the product storage library.
The accessory product storage library mainly comprises a 3D printing material storage library, a headband material storage library and a sealing strip material storage library.
The waste storage library is mainly used for storing waste generated in the printing process.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the goggles have good tightness and protection.
The goggles have high comfort level and cannot cause the damage of the human face after being worn for a long time.
The integrated equipment for the personalized fast customized goggles simplifies the process flow of the personalized customized goggles, and the access threshold of the personalized customization is greatly reduced.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying figures 1, 2 and examples:
fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the present invention, which can be divided into seven functional modules, namely, an identity recognition module (5, 6, 7), a human-computer interaction module (8, 9, 10, 11), a facial information acquisition module (1, 2, 3, 4), a personalized design module (8), a rapid customization module (12), a product repository (13, 14), an accessory product repository (16, 17, 18), and a waste material repository (19).
The specific process is as follows: the administrator firstly adds the information of the user of the equipment in the face recognition function panel (6), the user puts the employee card into the card recognition area (7) when in use, and the image is acquired by the face data extraction camera (5) and is compared with the information of the employee card to complete the activation of the equipment.
After the equipment is activated, a user selects the type and the material of the goggles through a personalized design module (8), and after the selection is completed, the face information extraction device (2) is confirmed to be started through a panel.
The user uses the liftable foot pedal (15) to adjust the proper height, so that the lower jaw is placed at the chin rest (3), the pressure sensor (4) sends out a signal under the action of gravity, and the face information extraction device (2) is started.
After the face information is acquired, the face information extraction device (2) transmits face data to the personalized customization module (8), and the personalized customization module (8) automatically designs the outline of the goggles according to the acquired face data.
After the design of the outline of the goggles is finished, the three-dimensional data is transmitted to the rapid customization module (12), the rapid customization module (12) is activated to be in an online state after receiving the three-dimensional data, and a user confirms to start printing in the personalized customization module (8).
After the rapid forming is finished, the goggle frame and the lenses are discharged from a discharging area 1(13), the sealing strips and the head band can be cut in a head band material area (18) and a sealing strip material area (17) according to the face data, and the goggle frame and the lenses are placed in a discharging area 2(14) after the cutting is finished.
The user can use the goggles normally by simple assembly after taking the goggles.
Description of the main functions:
the USB socket (10) is mainly used to update the goggle type library and import other types of model prints.
The mouse placing area (11) is mainly used for providing convenience for daily mouse operation.
The liftable pedal (15) is mainly convenient for people with different heights to use.
The 3D printing material area (16) is a 3D printing device replacement and addition material area.
The headband material area (17) is a headband material replacement and automatic cutting area.
The sealing strip material area (18) is a sealing strip material replacement and automatic cutting area.
The waste storage area (19) is a 3D printing and headband and sealing strip waste storage area.
Face recognition regions (5, 6, 7) illustrate: the invention is generally placed in public areas, and can be convenient for an administrator to set the use permission and determine the identity of a user.
Description of the chin rest (3): in order to ensure that the face information of the human body is accurately acquired, the chin rest is arranged to correct the placement position of the face.
The rapid prototyping module (11) is an integrated 3D printer, the printable material comprising: colored resin, transparent resin, nylon and rubber.
Face information extraction element switch board (20), mainly provide face information acquisition module equipment and circuit arrangement.
And the equipment power distribution cabinet (21) mainly provides equipment and circuit arrangement except the face information acquisition module.

Claims (12)
1. An integrated device for personalized fast customization of goggles comprises an identity recognition module, a man-machine interaction module, a facial information acquisition module, a personalized design module, a fast customization module, a product storage library, an accessory product storage library and a waste material storage library;
the middle part of the identity recognition module is a facial recognition touch screen, the upper part of the identity recognition module is provided with a facial data extraction camera, and a card recognition area is arranged below the touch screen.
The human-computer interaction module and the personalized design module comprise functions of selecting a goggle type by a user and automatically designing a goggle model, and the user can determine to start the facial information acquisition module in the human-computer interaction module.
The face information acquisition module is positioned on the upper part of the equipment, the upper part of the module is a face information extraction device, the lower part of the module is a chin rest, and the lower part of the chin rest is provided with a pressure sensor.
The rapid prototyping module is located the left side below of equipment, uses 3D printing technique rapid prototyping.
The accessory product storage library is positioned at the rear of the equipment and comprises a 3D printing material replacement area, a headband material area and a sealing strip material area.
The waste storage is mainly used for storing waste generated in the production process.
2. The integrated equipment of the personalized fast customized goggles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the facial information extraction means is mainly used for extracting the information of key parts of the face and providing data support for the personalized customization module to automatically design the goggle model.
3. The integrated equipment for the personalized fast customized goggles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the identity recognition module is arranged in a public area, so that an administrator can conveniently set the use permission and determine the identity of a user.
4. The integrated equipment of the personalized rapid customization goggles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chin rest is arranged to correct the position of the face in order to ensure accurate acquisition of the face information of the human body.

10. The integrated personalized, fast-customization goggle apparatus of claim 1, wherein the headgear material region is a headgear material replacement and automatic cutting region.
