And performing one up-adjustment and one down-adjustment on the second chromatic value to obtain two color schemes to be determined in consideration of cost. And the terminal determines the color scheme to be determined and the color scheme corresponding to the second chromatic value as the target color scheme and displays each target color scheme, so that the manufacturer can prepare different plastic sample plates according to different target color schemes. And mixing the various pigments in the target color matching scheme, the corresponding mass ratios of the various pigments and the pre-prepared plastic particles by a plastic manufacturer to obtain a mixed material, and putting the mixed material into plastic production equipment to prepare a plastic sample.
And the plastic sample plate prepared according to the down-regulated color scheme is a lower limit plastic sample plate, the plastic sample plate prepared according to the up-regulated color scheme is an upper limit plastic sample plate, and the plastic sample plate prepared according to the unadjusted color scheme is a middle limit plastic sample plate.

In this embodiment, when the second chromaticity value is adjusted, the terminal needs to determine the adjustment amount according to the specific value of the second chromaticity value. Specifically, assuming that the chromatic value of black and white is 50, i.e. the plastic is more clear in black and white, even if the adjustment amount of the chromatic value of black and white is smaller, the change of black and white of the plastic is more obvious, therefore, the adjustment amount is smaller between 30-60 of the chromatic value of black and white, and can be slightly larger than 30-60 of the chromatic value of black and white. It will be appreciated that the second chrominance values differ in value and by the amount of adjustment. The terminal stores the interval of each colorimetric value and the increment value and decrement value corresponding to the interval, the interval tends to be neutral color (the proportion of the two colors is not large, such as black and white color, red and green color and yellow and blue color), and the increment value and decrement value are small. While the interval tends to be a certain color, the increment value and decrement value corresponding to the interval may be slightly larger, for example, the chromaticity value of red and green is +100, and tends to be red, and the increment value and decrement value are slightly larger, and the variation of the shade of red on the plastic is not very large. It should be noted that, the absolute values of the increment value and the decrement value corresponding to the interval are both smaller than the preset value, so as to ensure that the second chrominance value is finely adjusted.
And the terminal determines increment values and decrement values corresponding to the black-white chromatic value, the red-green chromatic value and the yellow-blue chromatic value according to the second chromatic value, so that the second chromatic value is increased according to each increment value to obtain a third chromatic value, the second chromatic value is reduced according to each decrement value to obtain a fourth chromatic value, and the color scheme to be determined corresponding to the third chromatic value and the fourth chromatic value is determined. In one embodiment, people are more sensitive to black and white colors. Therefore, the terminal needs to determine the target color matching scheme of the plastic sample plate by combining the black and white difference value and the total color difference value.
Specifically, after determining the total color difference value corresponding to each second chroma value, the terminal determines each first color scheme with the total color difference value smaller than the preset total color difference value. And the terminal determines the black-white difference value corresponding to each first color scheme, and further determines the first color scheme with the black-white difference value smaller than the preset black-white difference value as the target color scheme corresponding to the plastic sample plate. It is understood that the total color difference value between the chromatic value of the target color scheme and the chromatic value of the plastic template is smaller than the preset total color difference value, and the black-white difference value is smaller than the preset black-white difference value.

And if the minimum total color difference value is smaller than the preset total color difference value, determining the color scheme corresponding to the minimum total color difference value as the target color scheme of the plastic sample plate, and determining the color scheme with the minimum difference from the plastic template as the target color scheme of the plastic sample plate.
In one embodiment, the customer has other performance requirements in addition to the color requirements for the plastic. For example, customers require plastics to be translucent, transparent, or opaque; or the customer requires the hardness of the plastic to reach above the preset hardness; alternatively, the customer may request that the plastic be rough or smooth. That is, the performance requirements include at least one of hardness requirements, transparency requirements, finish requirements, and concealer requirements.
The plastic manufacturer can input the performance requirement of the customer and the customer number in the terminal for correlation storage, and the customer number is consistent with the number of the plastic template. After the second chrominance value is determined, the stored performance requirements of the customer can be obtained according to the number of the plastic template providing the first chrominance value.
And after the terminal determines the second chromatic value, the terminal determines the color scheme corresponding to the second chromatic value. The terminal determines the ingredients and the mass ratio of the ingredients according to the performance requirements. For example, if the performance requirement contains a concealing degree requirement, the ingredient is titanium dioxide, and the larger the concealing degree is, the larger the mass ratio of the titanium dioxide is. For example, if the hardness of the plastic required by the customer needs to be higher than a certain hardness, the hardness is the performance parameter corresponding to the performance requirement. It is understood that the performance requirements include the performance parameters that are present, or the performance requirements include the performance parameters of the plastic that can be determined. For example, the performance requirement is that the plastic is transparent, and the terminal can determine the performance parameters of the plastic according to the transparency.
And the terminal analyzes according to the input performance requirement so as to determine the performance parameters corresponding to the performance requirement. The database of the terminal stores a lookup table of performance parameters, ingredients and the mass ratio of the ingredients. And the terminal determines the performance parameters, namely the ingredients and the mass ratio of the ingredients can be found in the lookup table according to the performance parameters, and the ingredients and the mass ratio of the ingredients which are found form an ingredients scheme. Of course, various batching schemes can be stored in the terminal, and the batching schemes have corresponding performance parameters; and if the difference value between the performance parameters of the batching scheme and the performance parameters of the performance requirements is smaller than the preset difference value, the batching scheme is the color matching scheme matched with the performance parameters of the performance requirements.
And after the batching scheme is determined, the terminal forms a preparation scheme of the plastic sample plate according to the batching scheme, the color matching scheme and the mass ratio of the main materials.
In one embodiment, since the plastic production equipment has a lower limit value for the amount of plastic generated, the plastic production equipment can be started to generate the plastic template when the material for preparing the plastic template reaches the lower limit value. More than ten plastic templates can be produced by one-time material production, and the performance parameters of each plastic template are basically consistent. Therefore, after each time the plastic manufacturer produces the plastic template, the plastic manufacturer will stock the remaining plastic templates. And if other customers have the same requirements, the plastic template in stock is provided for the customers without preparing the plastic template.
In this regard, after determining the target preparation scheme, the terminal searches the database for a preparation scheme that matches the target preparation scheme. Specifically, the terminal determines a first ingredient and a first pigment in a target preparation scheme, and then brushes out a first preparation scheme with the first pigment and the first ingredient from a database; the terminal further determines a first mass ratio of the first ingredients and a second mass ratio of the first pigments; and finally, the terminal determines whether a preparation scheme close to the first mass ratio and the second mass ratio exists in each first preparation scheme, and if so, the terminal can judge that the database stores the preparation scheme matched with the target preparation scheme. The approach to the first mass ratio and the second mass ratio is: the difference between the mass ratio of the pigments of the preparation scheme and the mass ratio of the first pigment in the database is less than the preset mass ratio difference, and the difference between the mass ratio of the ingredients of the preparation scheme and the mass ratio of the first ingredient in the database is less than the preset mass ratio difference. When the terminal judges that the preparation scheme matched with the target preparation scheme is stored in the database, the number of the matched preparation scheme is obtained, and the plastic sample plate corresponding to the number is output as prompt information of the plastic sample plate corresponding to the plastic template, namely, the plastic manufacturer is prompted to adopt the stock plastic sample plate corresponding to the number as the plastic sample plate corresponding to the plastic template provided by the customer.
And when the terminal judges that the preparation scheme matched with the target preparation scheme is not stored in the database, outputting the target preparation scheme to allow a manufacturer to prepare the plastic template corresponding to the plastic template based on the target preparation scheme.
In one embodiment, a portion of the plastic template remains after the plastic manufacturer produces the plastic template according to the target manufacturing recipe. The plastic manufacturer numbers them and inputs the numbers into the terminal.
In the technical solution provided in this embodiment, the terminal obtains the input serial number, and uses the serial number as the serial number corresponding to the target preparation scheme, so that the target preparation scheme and the serial number are stored in the database in a related manner, so that a manufacturer can provide the plastic template corresponding to the target preparation scheme to other customers having the same plastic requirements by using the plastic template corresponding to the target preparation scheme.
In one embodiment. The light splitting detector is used for detecting a second chromaticity value of the plastic sample plate. The beam split detector can display the second chromaticity value after the plastic sample plate is detected, or directly sends the second chromaticity value to the terminal, so that the terminal stores the second chromaticity value of the plastic sample plate.
It should be noted that the plastic template is prepared from a target color scheme determined by the manufacturer according to the first chromaticity value of the plastic template provided by the customer. The terminal stores color schemes corresponding to the multiple plastic sample plates and chromatic values corresponding to the color schemes, determines the target color schemes of the plastic sample plates according to the chromatic values of the plastic templates, and then prepares the plastic sample plates according to the target color schemes.
The terminal determines a black-white difference value, a red-green difference value and a yellow-blue difference value between the second chrominance value and the first chrominance value, and determines a total color difference value between the second chrominance value and the first chrominance value according to the black-white difference value, the red-green difference value and the yellow-blue difference value, wherein the color difference values comprise a black-white difference value △ L, a red-green difference value △ a and a yellow-blue difference value △ b, and a total color difference value △ E2=△L2+△a2+△b2And after the terminal obtains each color difference value between the second chroma value and the first chroma value, substituting each color difference value into a formula, thereby calculating to obtain the total color difference value between the second chroma value and the second chroma value.
The size of the total color difference value can reflect the difference between the prepared plastic template and the plastic template provided by the customer, and the larger the total color difference value is, the more obvious the difference between the two is. And after the total color difference value is obtained through calculation, judging whether the total color difference value is larger than a preset total color difference value, if so, judging that the difference between the prepared plastic template and the plastic template provided by the customer is larger, namely the preparation of the plastic template fails. And then, the terminal acquires each color scheme to be determined corresponding to the target color scheme. And the manufacturer takes one matched color scheme as the target color scheme to prepare the plastic sample plate. And if the currently prepared plastic sample plate fails, preparing the plastic sample plate by adopting other determined color matching schemes.
The terminal re-determines the target color scheme among the various color schemes to be determined. It should be noted that the newly determined target color scheme is different from the previous target color scheme, i.e., the color scheme of the currently prepared plastic template is not included in each color scheme to be determined. And after the terminal re-determines the target color scheme, outputting the re-determined target color scheme for the manufacturer to prepare the plastic sample plate according to the re-determined target color scheme.
In one embodiment, after saving each color scheme to be determined, the terminal may assign a corresponding priority to each color scheme to be determined. Specifically, the plastic template prepared by each color scheme to be determined is theoretically less different from the plastic template. The difference between the plastic template and the plastic template is determined through the total color difference value and the black-white difference value between the plastic template and the plastic template, so that the weight corresponding to the total color difference value and the black-white difference value is given, the black-white difference value and the total color difference value of the color scheme to be determined are weighted and calculated according to the weight, and the reference value of each color scheme to be determined is obtained. The smaller the reference score, the least difference between the plastic template and the plastic template is indicated. And the terminal carries out the priority of the color scheme to be determined according to the reference score, and the smaller the reference score is, the higher the priority of the color scheme to be determined is.
And after determining the priority of each color scheme to be determined, the terminal stores the color schemes to be determined in association with the priority. When the plastic sample plate prepared by the target color scheme is greatly different from the plastic template, the terminal acquires each color scheme to be determined and the priority of each color scheme to be determined, so that the color scheme to be determined with the highest priority is re-determined as the target color scheme, and the plastic sample plate is prepared again.
In one embodiment, the detection system comprises a detection platform, an image acquisition module and a terminal. The terminal is the control center. The detection platform is used for placing the plastic finished products provided by the customers, and the image acquisition module is used for acquiring images of the plastic finished products. The image acquisition module can be a camera, and the image acquisition module can rotate to gather the finished plastic product's of different angles image.
The manufacturer can place the plastic finished product on the detection platform and input the detection instruction on the terminal. At this time. The terminal starts the image acquisition module to acquire the detection platform image and identifies the image so as to determine whether the plastic finished product is placed on the detection platform. If the detection platform is provided with the plastic finished product, the terminal controls the image acquisition module to acquire images of the plastic finished product at different acquisition angles. The collection angle is an angle between a plane where a camera of the image collection module is located and a plane where the detection platform is located, each collection angle is a preset collection angle, and the terminal obtains images of the plastic finished products at different collection angles.
After the terminal obtains a plurality of images, the terminal pulls out the plastic finished product in each image through built-in pulling out software to the plastic finished product that pulls out is spliced to the collection angle that corresponds based on different images, thereby founds the off-the-shelf space model of plastic. In addition, when the plastic finished product is detected to be positioned on the detection platform, a client corresponding to the plastic finished product is determined, and therefore whether a space model of the plastic finished product provided by the client is stored or not is determined in the system. If not, the image acquisition module is controlled to acquire the images of the plastic finished product at different acquisition angles so as to form a space model of the plastic finished product. If yes, directly extracting the space model of the plastic finished product provided by the customer.
After the terminal obtains the space model of the plastic finished product, the region with smaller planeness of the plastic finished product can be analyzed from the space model, and the region with smaller planeness is determined as the intercepting region. The distances between the plane formed by the boundary of the intercepting region and the points on the intercepting region are smaller than the preset distance, namely the flatness of the characteristic intercepting region is smaller. Specifically, the terminal may use the detection platform as a reference surface to construct a three-dimensional space coordinate, and then convert the coordinates of each pixel point of the plastic product in the image into the three-dimensional space coordinate through a conversion formula between the pixel coordinate and the real coordinate, so that each point on the space model of the plastic product has a corresponding space coordinate. And the terminal can determine the intercepting area according to the space coordinates of each point on the space model. For example, the terminal acquires all points with the same height on the spatial model, the points form a plane, the points of the spatial model higher than the plane form a region, and the distance between the highest point in the region and the plane is smaller than a preset distance, which indicates that the flatness of the region is small and can be used as a capture region.
The space model is actually equivalent to the plastic product on the detection platform. After the terminal determines the intercepting area, each point of the boundary of the intercepting area can be determined, and each point has a corresponding space coordinate. The terminal can be provided with a transmitter of monochromatic visible light, the transmitter can move, and the terminal can move by controlling the transmitter to send the monochromatic visible light to the space coordinates of each point, so that the intercepted area is marked. The terminal can set up a plurality of transmitters, marks the intercepting region through monochromatic visible light of each transmitter transmission to make the measurement personnel carry out the entity mark in this region on to the plastic finished product according to monochromatic visible light, also promptly to intercepting regional marking off mark, thereby carry out the intercepting of plastic template to this intercepting region.
In one embodiment, the terminal selects three reference points from each point on the spatial model representing the plastic product, the three reference points are not on the same straight line, that is, the three reference points are connected to form a plane, and the plane is defined as a reference plane.
And the terminal connects the three reference points to obtain a reference plane, and then cuts the space model along the reference plane to obtain an area corresponding to the reference point, wherein the area forms a curved surface.
The terminal then determines the spatial coordinates of each point on the region, and the determination manner of the spatial coordinates refers to the above description, which is not repeated herein. And the terminal determines the space coordinates of each point on the reference plane according to the space coordinates of the three reference points, so that the distance between each point on the area and the reference plane can be calculated, wherein the distance refers to the height of the point relative to the reference plane.
And the terminal acquires the maximum distance again and judges whether the maximum distance is smaller than or equal to the preset distance.
When the maximum distance is less than or equal to the preset distance, the flatness of the area can be judged to be close to zero, namely the area can be used as an intercepting area to intercept the plastic template.
When the maximum distance is larger than the preset distance, the flatness of the area can be judged to be larger, and the area is not suitable for intercepting the plastic template. In this regard, the terminal reselects three reference points among the points on the spatial model, and the reference plane formed by the reselected reference points cannot be parallel to or overlap with the previous reference plane. So that the terminal determines the cutting area on the plastic finished product again.
It should be noted that the plastic template needs to cover the small hole of the spectroscopic detector, so the area of the intercepting region for intercepting the plastic template needs to be larger than the preset area, and the preset area is larger than the area of the small hole. Therefore, when the terminal determines the three reference points, a reference plane formed by the three reference points needs to be larger than a preset area, so that the area of the intercepting region is larger than the preset area (the intercepting region is a curved surface, and the area of the curved surface is larger than the reference plane). In addition, in order to facilitate the terminal to calculate the area of the reference plane, three reference points selected by the terminal form a right triangle, the right triangle has a unique circumscribed circle, and the external interface forms the reference plane (boundary points on the reference plane are points on the space model). Therefore, the hypotenuse of the right triangle is the diameter of the circumscribed circle, the area of the circumscribed circle can be calculated through the diameter, the length of the hypotenuse of the right triangle limited by the terminal is larger than or equal to the preset length, and the preset length is determined according to the preset area.
The present invention also provides a terminal, which includes a memory, a processor, and a confirmation program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the confirmation program of the plastic template, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the method for confirming the plastic template as described in the above embodiments.
The present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which a program for confirming a plastic template is stored, and when the program is executed by a processor, the steps of the method for confirming a plastic template as described in the above embodiments are implemented.

Claims (10)

1. A method for confirming a plastic template is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a target plastic sample plate confirmed by a client in a sample sending file, wherein the sample sending file comprises a plurality of plastic sample plates with different chromatic values, each plastic sample plate is prepared by a manufacturer according to a color scheme matched with a first chromatic value of the plastic sample plate, and the total color difference value between the chromatic value of each plastic sample plate and the second chromatic value is smaller than a preset total color difference value;
obtaining a color matching scheme and a batching scheme corresponding to the target plastic sample plate, and determining the identity of the customer;
and storing the color matching scheme and the ingredient scheme corresponding to the target plastic template in association with the identity.
2. The method for validating plastic templates of claim 1, wherein the step of determining the target plastic template determined by the customer in the sample file further comprises:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a first chromatic value of a plastic template, and determining a second chromatic value matched with the first chromatic value in a database, wherein color schemes of various plastic templates and chromatic values corresponding to the color schemes are stored in the database, and the chromatic values comprise black and white chromatic values, red and green chromatic values and yellow and blue chromatic values;
adjusting the second chromaticity value to obtain a plurality of color schemes to be determined;
and determining each color scheme to be determined and the color scheme corresponding to the second chroma value as the target color scheme of the plastic sample plate corresponding to the plastic template, so that a manufacturer can prepare the plastic sample plate corresponding to each target color scheme, and the prepared plastic sample plates are arranged in the sample delivery file to be confirmed by a customer.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of adjusting the second chromaticity values to obtain a plurality of color schemes to be determined comprises:
acquiring preset adjustment values corresponding to the black-white chromatic value, the red-green chromatic value and the yellow-blue chromatic value;
increasing the second chrominance value according to each preset adjustment value to obtain a third chrominance value, and decreasing the second chrominance value according to each preset adjustment value to obtain a fourth chrominance value;
and determining the color scheme to be determined corresponding to the third chroma value and the color scheme to be determined corresponding to the fourth chroma value.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of adjusting the second chromaticity values to obtain a plurality of color schemes to be determined comprises:
determining increment values and decrement values corresponding to the black-white chromatic value, the red-green chromatic value and the yellow-blue chromatic value according to the second chromatic value;
increasing the second chrominance value according to each increment value to obtain a third chrominance value, and decreasing the second chrominance value according to each decrement value to obtain a fourth chrominance value;
and determining the color scheme to be determined corresponding to the third chroma value and the color scheme to be determined corresponding to the fourth chroma value.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining the identity of the customer comprises:
determining the number of the sample sending file;
and determining the identity of the client according to the number.
6. The method for validating a plastic template as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of storing the color scheme and the ingredient scheme corresponding to the target plastic template in association with the identification further comprises:
when an input operation is detected, acquiring an input identity according to the input operation;
and determining a target color scheme and a target ingredient scheme corresponding to the input identification, and displaying the target color scheme and the target ingredient scheme.
7. The method for validating plastic templates of claim 1, wherein the step of determining the target plastic template validated by the customer in the sample file comprises:
collecting an image of a plastic sample plate confirmation area in the sample feeding file;
performing character recognition on the image to obtain character information;
and determining a target plastic sample plate confirmed by a client in the sample sending file according to the text information, and storing the image and the sample sending file in a correlation manner.
8. The method for validating plastic templates of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the sample file comprises performance data corresponding to each plastic template, the performance data comprising color values, hardness, transparency, smoothness and concealing parameters of the plastic template.
9. A terminal, comprising a memory, a processor, and a confirmation program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the confirmation program implements the steps of the method for confirming a plastic template according to any one of claims 1 to 8 when executed by the processor.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein the computer-readable storage medium stores a program for validating a plastic template, and the program for validating a plastic template implements the steps of the method for validating a plastic template as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 when executed by a processor.
