When the content of the node with the completed report is recorded into the project progress database 11, the project progress database 11 will form a report to be checked of the current node according to the recorded content. Then, the content analysis module 24 of the monitoring subsystem 2 obtains a plurality of types of characteristic information in the current to-be-inspected report in the project progress database 11 and performs qualification judgment on the plurality of types of characteristic information respectively, and the marking module 25 marks the content corresponding to the unqualified type of characteristic information in the to-be-inspected report and counts the accumulated number of marks corresponding to the to-be-inspected report respectively. When the accumulated number of marks of the report content corresponding to the current node reaches a preset threshold of the accumulated number of marks, the early warning trigger module 32 of the evaluation subsystem 3 sends a secondary trigger signal to the reminding subsystem 4, so that the reminding subsystem 4 sends a secondary reminding message to the bound terminal device 5, and the secondary reminding message comprises the corresponding name information of the report to be detected and the accumulated number of marks, thereby achieving the purpose of reminding corresponding staff of timely correcting the report.
