Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
In order to prevent the trapped person from being trapped in a limited space for a long time and getting no help, the inventor proposes the following embodiments. The method provided by the embodiment of the application can effectively monitor various types of limited spaces, can reduce the influence of people caused by long-term trapping, and can help external people to know the condition of the limited space in time even if the trapped person is difficult to finish self rescue by self capacity, thereby helping the trapped person to escape.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a functional structure block diagram of a personnel detection system according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the system includes: a sensing device 110, a first recognition device 120, and a controller 130. The sensing device 110 and the first recognition device 120 are connected to the controller 130. The sensing device 110 is used to detect the opening and closing state of the warehouse door in the target area.
As one implementation, the sensing device 110 may be disposed at a garage door of the target area, and the sensing device 110 may be triggered when the garage door is opened. The electrical signal triggered by the sensing device 110 can be directly or indirectly sent to the controller 130 and the first identification device 120, so that the first identification device 120 performs identification, analysis and calculation processing by the controller 130.
In one example, the sensing device 110 can be a switch, and the shift state of the switch can be used to indicate the state of the garage door switch.
In another example, the sensing device 110 can be a distance sensor, and the opening and closing state of the storage door can be known through the distance change between the free end of the storage door and the doorframe.
The first recognition device 120 is used for being installed at a designated position in the target area. The first identification means 120 may be used to identify a person entering or leaving the target area. The first identification device 120 acquires a signal when the sensing device 110 is triggered (for example, when the warehouse door is in an open state) to obtain the personnel activity data.
The installation positions of the sensing device 110 and the first identification device 120 can be adjusted by those skilled in the art to better monitor the person entering or exiting the target area.
The controller 130 is configured to acquire the activity data of the target area identified by the first identifying device 120 when the sensing device 110 is triggered.
As an implementation manner, the controller 130 may control the first recognition device 120 to recognize when the sensing device 110 is triggered, so as to obtain the human activity data.
As another implementation, the first recognition device 120 may recognize when the sensing device 110 is triggered and transmit the recognition result to the controller 130, so that the controller 130 obtains the human activity data.
If the first identification device 120 is a radio frequency identification device, the activity data may be obtained from adjacent echo signals collected by a radio frequency antenna of the radio frequency identification device. The controller 130 may obtain the recognition result of the first recognition device 120, thereby obtaining the human activity data of the target area. After the sensing device 110 is triggered, the human activity data may be updated.
If the first recognition device 120 is an image capture device, the image capture device may periodically or aperiodically transmit captured images of the person to the controller 130, such that the controller 130 obtains the person activity data after performing image analysis.
The controller 130 may also be used to perform statistical analysis on the person activity data to determine whether there are remaining persons in the target area. For example, the number of people entering the target area and the number of people leaving the target area may be compared to determine whether there are remaining people within the target area.
The controller 130 is further operable to: when the remaining persons exist in the target area, it is determined whether the time length from the last time that the sensing device 110 was triggered at the present time reaches a preset time length.
The preset time period can be set by one skilled in the art according to actual needs, for example, the preset time period can be 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, and the like.
The controller 130 is further operable to: when there are remaining people in the target area and the time between the current time and the last time triggered by the sensing device 110 reaches the preset time, it is determined that an abnormal condition occurs in the target area.
By the system, the person detection method provided by the embodiment of the present application can be performed, and since the person activity data of the target area can be obtained through the first recognition device 120 disposed at the designated position of the target area, the controller 130 can determine whether there are remaining persons in the target area based on the analysis of the person activity data. And when it is determined that there are remaining persons in the target area and the time between the current time and the last time that the sensing device 110 was triggered reaches the preset time, determining that an abnormal condition occurs. Therefore, the condition of the target area can be known in time by workers or managers outside the target area, and the limited space of the target area can be effectively monitored. Even if the personnel trapped in the target area have weak mobility or the trapped person is not familiar with the safety escape device, the device is also beneficial to external personnel to help the rest personnel in the target area to escape in time, reduces the escape requirement for the trapped person, is beneficial to ensuring the personal safety of the rest personnel in the target area and avoids the situation that the personnel are trapped in the target area for a long time and are not known by people.
Optionally, the system may further comprise a second identification means 140. The second recognition means 140 may be speech recognition means.
The second recognition device 140 is used for voice detection in the target area. The controller 130 is also used to determine the presence of a trapped person in the target area when a set call for help is detected.
Therefore, under the condition that the remaining people are determined to be in the target area for a long time, whether the trapped people exist in the target area or not can be determined through the second recognition device 140 in a voice detection mode, and the detection accuracy is improved.
Optionally, the system may further comprise an alarm device 150, and the controller 130 is further configured to control the alarm device 150 to issue an alarm prompt message when it is determined that an abnormal condition occurs in the target area or when it is determined that a person is trapped in the target area.
Therefore, when abnormal conditions occur and a trapped person is determined, the alarm device 150 can give an alarm prompt in time, so that workers or managers outside a target area can be informed in time to deal with the abnormal conditions, and the trapped person can be helped to escape quickly.
Optionally, the system may further comprise a voice output device for sending out an inquiry message into the target area, and the second recognition device 140 may perform voice detection in cooperation with the voice output device, so as to determine whether the trapped person exists in the target area.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to enable the controller 130 in the system to execute relevant steps in the person detection method in the embodiment of the present application, fig. 2 is a block diagram of a structure of the controller 130 according to the embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the controller 130 may include: memory 131, processor 132, communication unit 133. The memory 131, the processor 132 and the communication unit 133 are connected directly or indirectly to realize data interaction.
The memory 131 is a storage medium, and may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one magnetic disk memory. The memory 131 may be used to store a computer program corresponding to the person detection method provided in the embodiments of the present application.
The Processor 132 has an arithmetic Processing capability, and may be a general-purpose Processor such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or a Network Processor (NP), or may be a dedicated Processor built with a digital signal Processor, a field programmable gate array, or a discrete device. The processor 132 may read the computer program stored in the memory 131, thereby implementing the methods, steps and logic blocks provided by the embodiments of the present application.
The communication unit 133 may include a communication bus, a communication chip, and the like as media necessary for communication. The controller 130 may implement a wired or wireless communication connection with other devices through the communication unit 133, thereby implementing data interaction. For example, the controller 130 may receive data transmitted by the first identification device 120, the sensing device 110, and the second identification device 140 through the communication unit 133, may transmit a detection command to the first identification device 120 and the second identification device 140 through the communication unit 133, and may transmit an alarm prompt message to the alarm device 150 through the communication unit 133.
It is to be understood that the configuration shown in fig. 2 is for illustration only, and the controller 130 may have more components or a different configuration than that shown in fig. 2 for specific applications.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a person detection method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method may be implemented by the people detection system described above.
As shown in fig. 3, the method includes: S31-S34. Wherein S32-S34 may be performed by a controller in the people detection system.
S31: when the sensing device of the target area is triggered, the personnel activity data are obtained through the first identification device arranged at the designated position of the target area.
S32: and carrying out statistical analysis on the personnel activity data to determine whether the residual personnel exist in the target area.
S33: when the remaining personnel exist in the target area, whether the time length between the current time and the last time triggered by the sensing device reaches the preset time length or not is judged.
S34: and determining that the target area has abnormal conditions when the remaining personnel exist in the target area and the time length between the current time and the last triggered time of the sensing device reaches the preset time length.
For details of the sensing device, the first identification device and the controller in the above-mentioned S31-S34, reference may be made to the related description in the foregoing personnel detection system, and no further description is provided here.
The target region may be a limited closed space with poor air fluidity, and may be a refrigerator for cold storage, a processing room for heat treatment, a laboratory, or the like. The following description will be given taking the target area as a freezer as an example.
The cold storage is a refrigeration and storage device, which is a device for creating an environment with different outdoor temperature or humidity by manual means, and can be generally used for constant-temperature and constant-humidity storage of food, liquid, chemical engineering, medicine, vaccine, scientific experiment and other articles. The food cold storage can be widely applied to food factories, dairy factories, fruit and vegetable warehouses, egg warehouses, hotels, supermarkets, troops and the like, and can be used for constant-temperature storage of food such as dairy products, meat, aquatic products, seafood, poultry and the like. In order to reduce the introduction of external heat, the terrace, the wall and the roof of the refrigeration house can be laid with a moisture-proof air-insulating layer and a heat-insulating layer with certain thickness. In order to keep food freshness and temperature in the refrigeration house stable, the door of the refrigeration house needs to be strictly managed, and when commodities are delivered into the refrigeration house, the door needs to be closed at any time, so that some refrigeration houses are kept at a low temperature for a long time, and if workers are locked in the refrigeration house by mistake for too long time, life safety can be threatened.
If the trapped person only utilizes the internal safety escape device for self rescue, the safety escape devices of different refrigerators are different in position and possibly different in use method, workers need to use the safe escape device after training, and if the rest persons in the target area do not know the use method of the safety escape device, the damage is easily caused. Moreover, the safety escape device cannot timely enable an external manager to know the condition that the worker is trapped in the refrigeration house, and the worker outside the refrigeration house cannot find that someone is locked in the refrigeration house.
By the method of S31-S34, since the human activity data of the target area can be obtained by the first recognition device provided at the designated position of the target area (for example, at the door of the refrigerator), it can be determined whether or not there are remaining human beings in the target area based on the human activity data analysis. When it is determined that the remaining people exist in the target area and the time length between the current time and the last time triggered by the sensing device reaches the preset time length, the current people can be considered to be in the limited space of the target area for a long time, so that the situation that workers or managers outside the target area know the target area in time is facilitated, and the limited space of the target area can be effectively monitored.
As an application scenario, under normal conditions, in order to keep the environmental parameters of the refrigeration house as stable as possible, unnecessary opening and closing times of the door of the refrigeration house are required to be reduced as much as possible, usually, people entering the refrigeration house in the same batch leave the refrigeration house in the same batch, and under normal conditions, a batch of people enter and leave the door of the refrigeration house, and each person enters and leaves the refrigeration house one by one, namely, the sensing device can sense the condition that the door is opened 2 times, and the number of people entering and leaving the refrigeration house is consistent. The abnormal condition is that the number of people entering the refrigeration house is larger than the number of people leaving the refrigeration house (the rest of people exist), and the time for the people to stay in the refrigeration house is too long. In order to reduce the data storage capacity and the data processing capacity, the number of the remaining personnel in the cold storage can be reset when the daily working time begins, the time of opening the door each time and the number of people entering and exiting the cold storage are recorded, and the number of the remaining personnel in the cold storage after opening the door each time is counted.
As one implementation, the first identification device is a radio frequency identification device.
The process of obtaining the person activity data through the first recognition device provided at the designated position of the target area in S31 described above may include: sub-steps S311-S312. Wherein step S312 may be performed by a controller in the people detection system.
S311: and identifying the radio frequency tag worn by the person through the radio frequency identification device arranged at the designated position of the target area.
Where each person may have a radio frequency tag.
S312: and obtaining personnel activity data according to the recognized motion data of each radio frequency tag, wherein the personnel activity data comprises the number of the personnel currently entering the target area or the number of the personnel currently leaving the target area.
In an application scene, the target area is a refrigeration house, and people entering the refrigeration house need to wear appointed clothes (thermal wear, protective clothing and the like), and the appointed clothes are sewed with a radio frequency tag capable of resisting high-temperature washing. And installing a radio frequency identification device (comprising at least two radio frequency antennas) at the position of the refrigerator close to the door opening. The radio frequency antenna can transmit and receive radio frequency signals. The signals transmitted by the radio frequency antennas can generate interactive induction with the radio frequency tags, the difference between adjacent echo phase values read by each radio frequency antenna can be calculated through corresponding obtained echo phases when the radio frequency antennas detect the radio frequency tags, and the movement direction of the corresponding radio frequency tags can be judged according to the positive and negative of the difference between the adjacent echo phase values of each radio frequency antenna, wherein the movement direction comprises the direction of entering a target area and the direction of leaving the target area. Therefore, the number and the movement direction of the personnel passing through the cold storage door can be identified when the sensing device is triggered (when the cold storage door is opened).
The radio frequency tags can be used as personnel distinguishing identifiers, the number of personnel entering or leaving the target area can be determined through the number of the identified radio frequency tags, so that the total number of people entering the target area and the total number of people leaving the target area can be obtained when the door is opened every time, and the personnel entering and exiting conditions when the warehouse door in the target area is opened every time can be obtained.
Through the implementation mode of S311-S312, after the induction device in the target area is triggered, the activity condition of the personnel entering or leaving the target area is effectively monitored in a radio frequency identification mode, so that the situation that whether the current personnel do not leave the target area or not is favorably known, and the personnel outside the target area can timely know the activity condition of the personnel in the target area.
Optionally, after the above S312, the method may further include: the identity of each person currently in the target area is determined from the person activity data.
Because personnel can be distinguished through the radio frequency tag, people who pass in and out of the target area each time can be obtained when personnel detection is carried out through the radio frequency identification device, and entering and exiting records are carried out. Therefore, the method can know which people are currently located in the target area based on the radio frequency identification mode, can confirm the identity of the trapped person through a relatively low-cost and relatively simple process, and can conveniently know the identity of the trapped person, thereby being beneficial to providing targeted help for the trapped person subsequently.
As another implementation, the first recognition device may be an image acquisition device.
The process of obtaining the person activity data through the first recognition device provided at the designated position of the target area in S31 described above may include: sub-steps S313-S314. Wherein step S314 may be performed by a controller in the people detection system.
S313: and acquiring an image through an image acquisition device arranged at the designated position of the target area to obtain a personnel image.
S314: and carrying out image analysis on the personnel images to obtain the number of personnel entering the target area and the number of personnel leaving the target area when the sensing device is triggered, and taking the number of personnel entering the target area and the number of personnel leaving the target area as personnel activity data.
In an application scenario, a camera can be installed at a position of a warehouse door in a target area, so that people entering and leaving the target area can be monitored. The personnel image collected through the camera can reflect the number of personnel entering and leaving the target area when the warehouse door is opened every time.
When the sensing device of the target area is triggered, a plurality of personnel images can be acquired, so that the personnel entering and exiting the target area can be conveniently subjected to statistical analysis, and personnel activity data when the sensing device is triggered can be obtained.
After the sensing device is triggered for multiple times, the corresponding multiple groups of personnel activity data are subjected to statistical analysis, the number of people who enter the target area is compared with the number of people who leave the target area, and the remaining number of people in the current target area can be obtained.
Through the implementation mode of S313-S314, the personnel condition entering and leaving the target area each time can be obtained through the personnel image acquired by the image acquisition device, and the access environment of the target area can be monitored through the image acquisition mode.
Optionally, if the space of the target area is large enough, and the target area has a plurality of entrances and exits, a sensing device and a first recognition device may be respectively disposed for each entrance and exit, and the sensing device and the first recognition device of each entrance and exit are both connected to the controller, so that the controller may perform summary analysis on the number of people entering and exiting each entrance and exit, thereby reducing the misjudgment rate.
Optionally, the method may further include S35-S36.
S35: and when the remaining people exist in the target area, performing voice detection on the target area through a second recognition device arranged in the target area.
S36: and when the set help calling words are detected, determining that the trapped people exist in the target area.
In one example, the set call for help may be "open door", "do someone", "save", etc.
As an implementation manner, S35 may be executed after S34 is executed, that is, voice detection is performed after the stay time of the remaining persons in the target area reaches the preset time, so that the detection accuracy rate may be further increased by the voice detection in the case where it is determined that there is an abnormal situation in the target area.
As another implementation manner, S35 may be executed after S33, that is, in some scenarios, the voice detection may be performed by periodically activating the second recognition device without reaching the preset time duration, so as to facilitate timely response notification of the person distress condition in the target area.
Through the implementation mode of S35-S36, the target area can be monitored by further combining a voice detection mode under the condition that the remaining personnel exist in the target area, so that the trapped personnel needing to be rescued in the target area can be timely determined according to the detected distress call, the detection accuracy is favorably improved, and the safety of the personnel entering the target area is favorably improved.
Optionally, the method may further include steps S37-S38.
S37: and sending out an inquiry message by a voice output device arranged in the target area when the remaining personnel exist in the target area and the time between the current time and the last time triggered by the sensing device reaches the preset time, and carrying out voice detection on the target area by a second recognition device arranged in the target area.
S38: upon detecting a reply message corresponding to the inquiry message, it is determined that a trapped person is present in the target area.
In one example, if a positive answer message such as "yes", "someone", "there", etc. is detected within a specified time period (e.g., 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, etc.) after an inquiry message such as "ask whether someone is trapped", "whether someone is locked", "ask whether danger avoidance assistance is required", etc. is issued through the voice output device, it can be considered that a trapped person requiring assistance exists in the target area.
Through the implementation mode of S37-S38, whether people answer in the target area or not can be detected in an active inquiry mode when the fact that the current remaining people are in the target area for a long time is determined, and therefore when the answer message corresponding to the inquiry message is detected, the fact that people are trapped in the target area is determined, the probability that the trapped people stay in the target area for a long time but are not known by people can be reduced, and detection accuracy is improved.
Optionally, the method may further include step S39.
S39: and when the abnormal condition of the target area is determined, or when the trapped personnel exist in the target area, sending out an alarm prompt message.
The alarm prompt message may include information such as the number of remaining persons, the identities of the remaining persons, the length of time spent in getting trapped, and the location of getting trapped.
The controller can read a preset alarm contact mode so as to inform a responsible person and related working personnel of a target area according to the preset alarm contact mode, and therefore trapped personnel can be helped to escape.
Through the implementation mode of the S39, when abnormal conditions occur and a trapped person is determined, workers or managers outside the target area can be timely notified to carry out processing, and the trapped person can be helped to escape in time.
In summary, according to the method provided by the embodiment of the application, the door opening and closing condition of the person entering and exiting the target area can be sensed through the sensing device, the person entering and exiting the target area can be detected through the first recognition device, whether the target area has an abnormal condition or not can be determined through the analysis of the door opening and closing times and the number of the person entering and exiting the target area, and if the abnormal condition exists, the second recognition device can be called to perform sound collection and voice recognition, so that whether the situation that the person is trapped in the target area exists or not can be judged.
When the refrigeration house door is opened/closed, the number of the remaining personnel obtained through statistical analysis based on radio frequency identification results/image acquisition results is matched with the functions of time detection, voice identification and the like, the condition that the personnel are locked in the refrigeration house is identified, and the safety of refrigeration house management can be improved.
