Referring to fig. 9, the sides of the wire through hole 735, the first wire avoiding hole 7321, and/or the second wire avoiding hole 7331 away from the base plate 120 are open sides, and preferably, the sides of the wire through hole 735, the first wire avoiding hole 7321, and the second wire avoiding hole 7331 away from the base plate 120 are open sides. When the lead 300 is assembled, the lead 300 is directly put into the lead through hole 735, the first lead escape hole 7321, and the second lead escape hole 7331 from the opening side, so that the assembly efficiency of the lead 300 can be further improved.

The structures of the first clamping groove 111 and the second clamping groove 734 can be properly selected according to actual needs, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first clamping groove 111 is a square groove penetrating through the circumferential plate 110, and the second clamping groove 734 is a square groove penetrating through the side plate 731.
Optionally, the end of the first waterproof baffle 710 away from the bottom plate 120 has a first assembling flange 714, and the end of the second waterproof baffle 720 away from the bottom plate 120 has a second assembling flange, so that the first waterproof baffle 710 and the second waterproof baffle 720 can be assembled in a pressing manner, and the strength of the first waterproof baffle 710 and the second waterproof baffle 720 can be improved. Further, the first assembly flange 714 is bent towards the second waterproof baffle 720, and the second assembly flange is bent towards the first waterproof baffle 710, so that the first assembly flange 714 and the second assembly flange at least partially shield the glue filling opening, and the glue filling cavity is formed into a relatively closed cavity. Wherein, first assembly turn-ups have first encapsulating breach 717 on 714 and/or have the second encapsulating breach on the second assembly turn-ups, be convenient for to encapsulating intracavity encapsulating. Further, the first waterproof baffle 710 is further provided with a first reinforcing flange 716 to improve the strength of the first waterproof baffle 710. Referring to fig. 16, the first waterproof barrier 710 is provided with two first reinforcing flanges 716, and the two first reinforcing flanges 716 are provided at both ends of the first mounting flange 714.
Optionally, the controller includes a plurality of wires 300, the housing 100 has a plurality of wire through holes 112 corresponding to the wires 300, and the accommodating cavity has a plurality of potting compounds 700 corresponding to the wire through holes 112, wherein at least two of the plurality of potting compounds 700 are integrated together, so that the controller is more compact.
The open end of the housing 100 may be mounted directly to a base or other suitable location on the appliance, thereby closing the open end of the housing 100. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the controller includes a cover plate 200, the cover plate 200 being disposed at both sides of the circumferential plate 110 opposite to the base plate 120, the cover plate 200 being sealingly mounted to the circumferential plate 110 such that the receiving cavity is sealed. The cover plate 200 may be sealingly mounted to the circumferential plate 110 in any suitable manner. In the embodiment of the present invention, the cover plate 200 is mounted to the circumferential plate 110 by the threaded fastener 400, and the sealing rubber ring 800 is disposed between the cover plate 200 and the circumferential plate 110.
Referring to fig. 1, the controller of the luminaire includes an antenna connection unit 900, and the antenna connection unit 900 may be configured in any suitable structure according to actual needs. The handshake antenna may be mounted to the controller through the antenna connection part 900, facilitating assembly of the handshake antenna.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a lamp, which includes the controller described above. The lamp has the same advantages as the controller of the lamp, and the description is omitted.
The lamp disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can be a lamp provided with a controller, such as a street lamp, a landscape lamp, a ceiling lamp and the like, and the embodiment of the invention does not limit the specific type of the lamp.
In the above embodiments of the present invention, the difference between the embodiments is mainly described, and different optimization features between the embodiments can be combined to form a better embodiment as long as they are not contradictory, and further description is omitted here in view of brevity of the text.

Claims (22)

1. The controller of the lamp is characterized by comprising a shell (100), a circuit board (500) and an elastic clamping piece (600), wherein the shell (100) comprises a bottom plate (120) and a circumferential plate (110) arranged along the circumferential direction of the bottom plate (120), the bottom plate (120) and the circumferential plate (110) enclose a containing cavity, the circuit board (500) is arranged in the containing cavity, a limiting boss (122) fixed relative to the shell (100) is arranged on the bottom plate (120), the circuit board (500) comprises a first plate surface, a second plate surface and an outer circumferential surface connecting the first plate surface and the second plate surface, the circuit board (500) is placed on the limiting boss (122), the first plate surface is in contact with the plate surface of the limiting boss (122), wherein the elastic clamping piece (600) comprises a pressing part (611) and a positioning part (621), the positioning part (621) is mounted on the housing (100), the pressing part (611) can elastically deform towards the side far away from the second plate surface, and the pressing part (611) elastically presses against the second plate surface.

The controller of the lamp according to claim 1, wherein a limiting post (121) is disposed on the bottom plate (120), the limiting post (121) extends in a direction perpendicular to the first plate surface, wherein a size of the limiting post (121) protruding out of the bottom plate (120) is larger than a size of the limiting boss (122) protruding out of the bottom plate (120), the circuit board (500) has a limiting hole (510) engaged with the limiting post (121), and the limiting post (121) is inserted into the limiting hole (510).
3. The controller of the light fixture as claimed in claim 2, wherein the position-limiting boss (122) and the position-limiting column (121) are of an integral structure, and the position-limiting boss (122) is disposed on the periphery of the position-limiting column (121).

The controller of the light fixture according to claim 1, wherein the elastic clip member (600) comprises a first plate-shaped portion (610) and a second plate-shaped portion (620), the pressing portion (611) is disposed on the first plate-shaped portion (610), the first plate-shaped portion (610) elastically presses against the outer peripheral surface, the positioning portion (621) is disposed on the second plate-shaped portion (620), and the second plate-shaped portion (620) elastically presses against the inner wall of the peripheral plate (110).

The controller of the light fixture according to claim 4, wherein the elastic clip member (600) further comprises a connecting portion (640), the first plate-shaped portion (610) and the second plate-shaped portion (620) form a V-shaped structure, the first connecting end of the first plate-shaped portion (610) and the second connecting end of the second plate-shaped portion (620) are connected by the connecting portion (640), the first opening end of the first plate-shaped portion (610) and the second opening end of the second plate-shaped portion (620) are separated from each other, wherein the connecting portion (640) is located on a side of the circuit board (500) facing the bottom plate (120), and the pressing portion (611) is located on a side of the circuit board (500) facing away from the bottom plate (120).

A control of a lamp as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that said resilient clip (600) comprises a third plate-like portion (630), one end of said third plate-like portion (630) is connected with said first open end, and the other end of said third plate-like portion (630) is pressed against said second plate-like portion (620).
7. A lamp controller according to claim 5, wherein said elastic clamping member (600) is formed by integrally bending a spring steel sheet.
8. The controller of the lamp according to claim 7, wherein the first opening end is bent to be a first bent flange toward a direction away from the second plate-shaped portion (620), the first bent flange is the pressing portion (611), a second bent flange is provided at a middle portion of the second plate-shaped portion (620), one end of the second bent flange close to the second connecting end is connected to the second plate-shaped portion (620), one end of the second bent flange close to the second opening end is bent toward a direction away from the first plate-shaped portion (610), the second bent flange is the positioning portion (621), and the second bent flange is installed on an inner wall of the circumferential plate (110).
9. The controller of a light fixture according to claim 8, wherein the hardness of the circumferential plate (110) is less than the hardness of the positioning portion (621), and the positioning portion (621) is pressed against the circumferential plate (110) to deform the circumferential plate (110) under pressure.
10. A controller of a light fixture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the circuit board (500) has a mounting groove (520) at its periphery, and at least a part of the elastic clip member (600) is disposed in the mounting groove (520).
11. The controller of a lamp according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the controller comprises a wire (300), the housing (100) has a wire through hole (112), the accommodating cavity has a potting sealing part (700), the potting sealing part (700) comprises a potting housing (730), the potting housing (730) and the housing (100) enclose a potting cavity, the wire through hole (112) communicates the potting cavity with an outer space of the housing (100), the potting housing (730) has a wire through hole (735) and a potting opening, the wire through hole (735) communicates the potting cavity with an inner space of the housing (100), one end of the wire (300) is mounted on the circuit board (500), and the other end of the wire (300) sequentially passes through the wire through hole (735), the potting cavity and the wire through hole (112), and extends to the exterior of the controller.

The controller of a luminaire according to claim 11, wherein the wire via (112) is disposed on the circumferential plate (110), the potting housing (730) comprises a side plate (731), the side plate (731) is spaced apart from the circumferential plate (110), the potting cavity is located between the side plate (731) and the circumferential plate (110), wherein the wire through hole (735) is disposed on the side plate (731), and the wire through hole (735) is disposed opposite to the wire via (112), the potting seal (700) comprises a wire via sealing portion and a wire through hole sealing portion, and the potting opening is located at an end of the potting seal (700) away from the bottom plate (120).

A light fixture controller according to claim 14, wherein the first bezel surface (711) has a first engaging protrusion (718), the peripheral plate (110) has a first engaging recess (111) engaged with the first engaging protrusion (718), the third bezel surface has a second engaging protrusion, and the side plate (731) has a second engaging recess (734) engaged with the second engaging protrusion.

A lamp controller according to claim 14, wherein the second bezel face (712) is provided with a first inclined guiding rib (715), the first inclined guiding rib (715) abuts against the first limit bezel (732), the fourth bezel face is provided with a second inclined guiding rib, and the second inclined guiding rib abuts against the second limit bezel (733).

The controller of the light fixture according to claim 14, wherein an end of the first waterproof baffle (710) away from the bottom plate (120) has a first assembly flange (714), and an end of the second waterproof baffle (720) away from the bottom plate (120) has a second assembly flange, wherein the first assembly flange (714) is bent toward the second waterproof baffle (720), and the second assembly flange is bent toward the first waterproof baffle (710), wherein the first assembly flange (714) has a first glue filling gap (717) and/or the second assembly flange has a second glue filling gap.

The controller of a light fixture according to claim 11, wherein the controller comprises a plurality of said wires (300), the housing (100) has a plurality of said wire vias (112) corresponding to said wires (300), the receiving cavity has a plurality of said potting seals (700) corresponding to said wire vias (112), wherein at least two of the plurality of potting seals (700) are integrated.

A control of a lamp as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the control comprises a cover plate (200), the cover plate (200) being arranged opposite the base plate (120) on both sides of the circumferential plate (110), the cover plate (200) being sealingly mounted to the circumferential plate (110).
22. A luminaire comprising a controller according to any one of claims 1-21.
