Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In the present application, the directional term "longitudinal" is shown by arrow A in FIG. 1 and the directional term "radial" is shown by arrow B in FIG. 1.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a mounting structure 1 for a luminaire according to the present application. As shown in fig. 1. The mounting structure 1 includes a base member 100 and an engaging member 200 that is fitted to the base member 100. The base assembly 100 includes a fixed body 101, two clasps 102 connected to the fixed body 101, and an elastic pressing member 110 connected to the fixed body 101, the elastic pressing member 110 being located between the two clasps 102. The engaging assembly 200 includes two hooks 202 and a pressing surface 210 between the two hooks 202, the two hooks 202 are respectively clamped with the corresponding fasteners 102, and the elastic pressing element 110 presses the pressing surface 210.
In using the mounting structure 1 shown in fig. 1, the two hooks 202 are only required to be respectively clamped with the corresponding fasteners 102 to complete the assembly. After the mounting structure 1 is used in a luminaire, such as the luminaire 2 (e.g., a ceiling lamp) shown in fig. 2, the base assembly 100 can be pre-installed on a mounting base (e.g., a ceiling), and the junction assembly 200 is installed on the lamp body 201 of the luminaire 2. Thus, the lamp 2 can be mounted by simply snapping the hooks 202 together with the corresponding fasteners 102. In the process of installing the lamp 2, fixing members such as screws, rivets and the like are not needed, so that the installation of the lamp 2 is greatly simplified and the operation is very convenient. In addition, the elastic pressing element 110 presses the pressing surface 210 to make the engagement between the hook 202 and the corresponding fastener 102 more stable, so that the lamp 2 can be more stably installed.
The structures of the base assembly 100 and the coupling assembly 200 will be described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 1, the clasping member 102 of the base member 100 includes an elastic base 103 connected to the fixing body 101, and hooks 104 bent in the radial direction are formed on the elastic base 103. Accordingly, the latching hook 202 comprises a longitudinally extending body 203, on which body 203 a radial latching opening 204 is formed. In this manner, the clips 104 may be conveniently snapped radially into the corresponding bayonets 204 and thereby removably assembled to the base assembly 100 and the junction assembly 200. Specifically, the elastic base 103 includes a first extension 105 in the radial direction and a second extension 106 in the longitudinal direction. The first extension 105 is connected to the fixing body 101, the second extension 106 is connected to the first extension 105, and the hook 104 is formed on the second extension 106. In this way, by adjusting the length of the radial extension of the first extension 105, the coverage of the base assembly 100 can be adjusted, and thus, the mounting structure 1 of the present application can be conveniently used for various sizes of lamps.
As also shown in FIG. 1, the two clasps 104 are diametrically opposed and extend in the same direction. For example, for a circular fixture, the two clasps 104 are at both ends of the same diameter; for a square fixture, the two clasps 104 are at the two ends of the diagonal; for other shapes of light fixtures, the arrangement of the two clasps 104 is similar, and the description thereof is omitted. Thus, the two clasps 104 snap radially into the respective bayonet 204 from the same side of the bayonet 204. As fig. 3e schematically shows, the hook 104 of the first clasp 1021 on the right in fig. 3e snaps into the bayonet 204 from the right of the first hook 2021 radially to the left, and the hook 104 of the second clasp 1022 on the left in fig. 3e likewise snaps into the bayonet 204 from the right of the second hook 2022 radially to the left. With this structure, during assembly, the assembly of the mounting structure 1 can be achieved without pressing both the first and second clasps 1021, 1022 radially inward to the inner sides of the first and second hooks 2021, 2022 (i.e., the opposite sides of the first and second hooks 2021, 2022), but on the same side of the first and second hooks 2021, 2022, and then pushing the joint component 200 toward the base component 100. The assembly process is simple and easy to operate.
In one embodiment, the bending direction of the hooks 104 is at an acute angle α (as shown in FIG. 5) with respect to the elastic base 103. It should be understood that, in the case where the elastic base 103 includes the first extension 105 in the radial direction and the second extension 106 in the longitudinal direction, and the clip 104 is formed on the second extension 106, the bending direction of the clip 104 makes an acute angle α with the second extension 106. The inventor has found that, with this structure, the hooks 104 are locked with the corresponding locking openings 204 in a hanging manner, which can further ensure the locking stability of the retainers 102 with the corresponding hooks 202. In particular, the acute angle α may be between 60 ° and 88 °. In this way, not only the stability of the engagement between the clasps 102 and the corresponding hooks 202 can be ensured, but also the clasps 104 can be easily engaged with the notches 204, so as to ensure a simple assembly process and easy operation.
As also shown in fig. 1, the clasp 102 also includes a guide 107 extending obliquely from the clasp 104, the guide 107 guiding the clasp 104 to snap into the bayonet 204. In this way, the hooks 104 can be more conveniently snapped into the corresponding notches 204 under the guidance of the guide portions 107.
See the resilient press element 110 of the base assembly 100. As shown in fig. 1, the elastic pressing member 110 is located between the two clasps 102. The engaging element 200 includes a pressing surface 210, the pressing surface 210 is located between the two hooks 202, and the elastic pressing element 110 presses against the pressing surface 210 (e.g. the body 20 of the lamp 2) after the hooks 104 are snapped into the corresponding notches 204. The elastic pressing element 110 may be a strip shape, so that the elastic pressing element 110 is in line contact with the pressing surface 210. In this state, the elastic pressing element 110 is pressed to apply a force (for example, a longitudinal force in the case of the ceiling lamp) to the pressing surface 210, which is away from the base member 100. Thus, the retainer 102 (or the hook 104) and the hook 202 (or the bayonet 204) are clamped together more tightly, which further improves the clamping stability of the retainer 102 and the corresponding hook 202. After the mounting structure 1 is applied to the lamp 2, the elastic pressing member 110 presses the lamp body 20 of the lamp 2, and the lamp body 20 is prevented from rotating or deflecting, so that the stability of the lamp 1 (or the lamp body 20) is improved.
The number of the elastic pressing elements 110 is two and is spaced apart in the radial direction. The first elastic pressing member 1101 is close to the first holding member 1021 in the two holding members 102, and the second elastic pressing member 1102 is close to the second holding member 1022 in the two holding members 102. In the assembled state, as shown in fig. 3e, the first fastening member 1021 is snapped into the bayonet 204 of the first hook 2021 of the two hooks 202 from the radial outside thereof, and the first elastic pressing member 1101 presses against the pressing surface 210 and abuts against the body 203 of the first hook 2021 at the radial inside of the first hook 2021. The second elastic pressing member 1102 presses the pressing surface 210 and is spaced apart from the two hooks 202. In this way, the first elastic pressing member 1101 and the second elastic pressing member 1102 uniformly apply pressure to the pressing surface 210 (or the lamp body 20), so that the pressing surface 210 (or the lamp body 20) is more stable. More importantly, the first elastic pressing member 1101 and the first retaining member 1021 are disposed opposite to each other in the radial direction and substantially hold the first hook 2021, so that even if the jointing assembly 200 (or the lamp body 20) is pushed in the radial direction, the retaining member 102 (or the hook 104) and the hook 202 (or the bayonet 204) will not be disengaged, which further ensures the stability of the jointing of the base assembly 100 and the jointing assembly 200.
In one embodiment, the elastic pressing element 110 has an extension in the longitudinal direction greater than that of the retaining element 102. In this way, after the hooks 104 are snapped into the corresponding snap openings 204, the elastic pressing element 110 is ensured to be in a compressed state, so as to apply a force to the pressing surface 210 to depart from the base assembly 100. The longitudinal extension length of the elastic pressing element 110 can be adjusted according to practical situations, and is not described in detail here.
The first and second elastic press parts 1101 and 1102 each include a first extending part 120 extending radially and a second extending part 121 inclined radially outward. The first extension 120 is connected to the fixing body 101, the second extension 121 is connected to the first extension 121, and a distal end of the second extension 121 is arcuately bent radially outward. Specifically, the radial extension length of the first extension portion 120 of the first elastic pressing member 1101 is greater than the radial extension length of the first extension portion 120 of the second elastic pressing member 1102. Thus, the end of the second extending portion 121 of the first elastic pressing member 1101 can press against the pressing surface 210 and the body 203 of the first hook 2021. In addition, the length of the first extension portion 120 can be adjusted according to practical situations, so that the mounting structure 1 has a wider application range, and will not be described herein again.
As also shown in fig. 1, the base assembly 100 further includes a sidewall 130 radially outward of the two clasps 102, and correspondingly, the engaging assembly 200 includes a baffle 230 radially outward of the two hooks 202. The sidewall 130 and baffle 230 extend longitudinally toward each other. Thus, after the clasps 104 snap into the corresponding bayonet 204, the side walls 130 are inserted between the corresponding catches 202 and the stop 230. In this case, the catch 202 further comprises a mounting portion 220, the mounting portion 220 extending radially outwardly and being connected to a respective flap 230, the body 203 being connected to the mounting portion 220. Thus, in the assembled state, the baffle 230 integrally surrounds the retaining member 102, the hook 202, the elastic pressing member 110 and the side wall 130, so that the retaining member 102, the hook 202 and the elastic pressing member 110 can be prevented from being accidentally touched, which further improves the stability of the engagement of the base assembly 100 and the engaging assembly 200 and is more beautiful in appearance.
As also shown in fig. 1. The sidewall 130 includes a first portion 1301 corresponding to the first clasp 1021 and a second portion 1302 corresponding to the second clasp 1022. The longitudinal length of the second portion 1302 is less than the longitudinal length of the first portion 1301. In this way, during assembly, there may be temporarily a large gap between the second portion 1302 and the baffle 230 for precise operation by an operator (as described below), making the assembly process simple and easy to operate.
The assembly and disassembly process of the mounting structure 1 is described below, taking as an example the luminaire 2 shown in fig. 2.
In assembling the mounting structure 1, the base member 100 is first mounted on the ceiling 3. Then, the lamp body 20 is inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction such that the second portion 1302 of the sidewall 130 has a larger gap 31 (as shown in fig. 3 a) with the baffle 230. The operator brings the first hook 2021 close to the first holder 1021 and the first elastic pressing member 1101 under the observation through the gap 31. After the first elastic pressing member 1101 is contacted with the first hook 2021 at the radial inner side, the lamp body 20 is rotated (e.g., in the direction of the arrow R in fig. 3 a) to the longitudinal direction and the lamp body 20 is pushed up longitudinally (as shown in fig. 3b, 3c and 3 d). In the state of fig. 3b, the first elastic pressing member 1101 has just contacted the first retaining member 1021. In the state of fig. 3c, the lamp body 20 moves longitudinally upward relative to the base assembly 100, the first elastic pressing member 1101 and the second elastic pressing member 1102 move toward the lamp body 20, and the first elastic pressing member 1101 is pressed by the first retaining member 1021 substantially radially inward to be elastically deformed (as indicated by an arrow F1 in fig. 3 c). In the state of fig. 3d, the lamp body 20 moves longitudinally further upward relative to the base assembly 100, and the first elastic pressing member 1101 and the second elastic pressing member 1102 move to just contact the lamp body 20, at which time the first elastic pressing member 1101 is still pressed by the first retaining member 1021 substantially radially inward to be elastically deformed (as shown by an arrow F1 in fig. 3 d). The lamp body 20 is continuously pushed upwards longitudinally, so that the first holding member 1021 (or the hook 104) and the first hook 2021 (or the bayonet 204) are clamped together, the second holding member 1022 (or the hook 104) and the second hook 2022 (or the bayonet 204) are clamped together, the first elastic pressing member 1101 presses against the pressing surface 210 and abuts against the body 203 of the first hook 2021 at the radial inner side of the first hook 2021, and the second elastic pressing member 1102 only presses against the pressing surface 210 (as shown in fig. 3 e). Thus, the assembly of the mounting structure 1 is completed. In the state of fig. 3e, the second elastic pressing member 1102 is pressed longitudinally and upwardly by the lamp body 20 to be elastically deformed, and the first elastic pressing member 1101 is pressed radially inwardly by the lamp body 20 and pressed longitudinally and upwardly by the first retaining member 1021 to be elastically deformed (as indicated by arrows F1, F2, and F3 in fig. 3e), completing the installation of the mounting structure 1 or the lamp 2. The base assembly 100 is stably coupled with the lamp body 20 by the elastic force of the first and second elastic pressing parts 1101 and 1102.
When the mounting structure 1 is disassembled, as shown in fig. 4a, a force F toward the second hook 2022 is applied to the lamp body 20 (i.e., a leftward force F is applied from a side close to the first hook 2021 in fig. 4 a) to press the first elastic pressing member 1101, so that the first catch 1021 (or the hook 104) is disengaged from the first hook 2021 (or the bayonet 204), and the second catch 1022 (or the hook 104) is disengaged from the second hook 2022 (or the bayonet 204). Then, the lamp body 20 is longitudinally pulled down until the coupling member 200 is completely separated from the base member 100 (see fig. 4b, 4c and 4 d). Thus, the detachment of the mounting structure 1 is completed.
It follows that the mounting structure 1 according to the present application is very simple to assemble and disassemble and easy to operate.
The above description is only an example of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and changes may occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
