The invention discloses a fireproof and antitheft door installation process, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: assembling and fixing an inner door frame 1 and an outer door plate 2 in a workshop, fixing reinforcing ribs 22 which are arranged in a net shape on the inner side of the outer door plate 2, and forming a plurality of embedded grooves between the inner door frame 1 and the reinforcing ribs 22;

and step 3: transporting the door body part to an installation site;
and 4, step 4: installing an inner door frame 1 and an outer door plate 2 on an outer door frame;
and 5: cutting a sound insulation pad 21, sticking the sound insulation pad on the inner side surface of the outer door panel 2, cutting a rubber gasket 12, and sticking the rubber gasket on the bottom of the clamping groove 11;
step 6: the single door plates 31 are embedded into the embedded grooves in the sequence from bottom to top, the batten plates 4 are cut, the batten plates 4 arranged transversely are connected and fixed with the transverse reinforcing ribs 22, the batten plates 4 are embedded into the stepped grooves 35 until all the single door plates 31 are laid, and the vertical batten plates 4 are fixedly connected with the vertical reinforcing ribs 22;
and 7: one of a door cat eye, a hook, a recorder and an alarm is selectively installed in the groove 36, and different functional parts are installed in the grooves 36 at different positions.

1. A fire-proof and anti-theft door is characterized in that: comprises an inner door frame (1), an outer door plate (2) arranged on the inner side of the inner door frame (1), an inner door plate (3) arranged on the inner side of the outer door plate (2) and a mounting component for fixing the inner door plate (3);
a circle of clamping grooves (11) are formed in the inner ring of the inner door frame (1) along the circumferential direction, and the outer door plate (2) and the inner door plate (3) are embedded into the clamping grooves (11);

the inner door plate (3) comprises a plurality of single door plates (31), the single door plates (31) are laid on the inner surface of the outer door plate (2), and the side edges, connected with the inner door frame (1), of the single door plates (31) are inserted into the clamping grooves (11);
the installation component comprises batten plates (4), wherein the batten plates (4) are arranged at the connecting seams of the adjacent single door plates (31) and are connected with the outer door plate (2).
