Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is an external perspective view of the washing machine according to the present embodiment.
The washing machine 1 of the present embodiment is described by taking as an example a vertical washing machine (so-called full-automatic washing machine) capable of performing washing, rinsing, and spin-drying, but can be applied to various washing machines such as a drum-type washing machine (so-called drum-type washing/drying machine) capable of performing washing, rinsing, spin-drying, and a vertical washing machine (so-called pulsator-type washing/drying machine).
The washing machine 1 is provided with: a box body 2; a washing and dehydrating tub 6 as a washing tub for storing the laundry in the cabinet 2; an outer cover 3 for opening and closing an opening at the upper part of the washing and dehydrating tub 6; an operation panel 5 which is arranged on the upper part of the box body 2 and can select an operation program; and a control unit (not shown) for controlling the washing operation based on the operation program set on the operation panel 5.
An upper cover 2a is provided at an upper portion of a cabinet 2 of the washing machine 1, and an outer cover 3 is provided at the upper cover 2 a. The outer lid 3 can be bent in a mountain shape and opened rearward to open the opening, and laundry such as clothes can be put in and taken out from the washing and dehydrating tub 6. On the back side of the upper cover 2a, a water supply hose connection port 4 from a faucet and a water suction hose connection port for surplus hot water in a bathtub are provided. A power switch is provided on the front side of the upper cover 2a, and an operation panel 5 for setting an operation program and displaying an operation state is provided on the front side of the outer cover 3.
Fig. 2 is an enlarged plan view of a part of the operation panel 5.
The operation panel 5 is formed in a horizontally long shape on the upper portion of the case 2 and on the front side of the opening. As shown in fig. 2, the operation panel 5 includes: an operation unit 10 having a mechanical switch and a touch key, and configured to allow a user to set operation conditions by touching or pressing with a finger; and a display unit 9 for displaying various setting conditions (washing operation conditions, etc.), an operation state, a setting time, and the like.
The setting of the washing operation conditions includes setting of operation programs such as a washing program for performing only washing, a washing/drying program for performing the entire process from washing to drying, and a drying program for performing only drying, and setting of detailed conditions of the respective operation programs such as a washing time, a rinsing frequency, a dehydrating time, a drying degree at the time of dehydrating or drying, a detergent dissolving time for dissolving a detergent, a stirring frequency in a washing tub, and a scheduled time at the time of washing.
The operation section 10 includes a power switch, a mechanical (push-down) switch, and a touch key. The touch key is of a capacitance type that detects a change in capacitance when touched by a human finger. The capacitive touch key can perform touch detection by lightly touching the operation panel without requiring a finger to press it strongly. Even a user such as an elderly person having a weak finger strength can easily and reliably perform the operation. In the present embodiment, the operation panel 5 is provided on the front surface side of the outer cover 3, but the outer cover 3 may be made of glass and the operation panel 5 may be embedded therein.
The display unit 9 displays the function, the condition such as time, and the remaining time of the operation set by the operation unit 10 by lighting the LED.
The user touches the displayed operation button. Specifically, the operation buttons of the display panel are touched by the fingers of the user, and the capacitance is changed by the operation panel in accordance with the operation buttons touched. An operation detection circuit provided on a control board (not shown) outputs a detection signal corresponding to the touched operation button to a CPU (not shown). The CPU controls the operations of the respective parts of the washing machine 1 based on the input detection signals. The washing machine 1 performs an operation corresponding to the touch operation detected by the operation panel 5.
Here, the touch key of the operation part 10 is provided with a detergent selection button 12, and the detergent selection button 12 is a detergent selection part for selecting the kind of detergent to be used by the user, for example, a liquid detergent, a powder detergent, and a detergent of a block type. When a liquid detergent is selected as a detergent to be used by the detergent selection button, the LED corresponding to the liquid area of the liquid powder display unit 7 of the display unit 9 blinks. When the powder detergent is selected, the LED of the liquid powder display portion 7 corresponding to the area of the powder flickers. The reason why whether or not detergents can be selected in each program is different is that, when a program capable of selecting both powder and liquid is described later, whether or not a detergent can be selected in the program is easily understood by lighting both LEDs and blinking the selected one. Further, a mark display portion 8 is provided corresponding to the liquid powder display portion 7.
In the present invention, when the type of detergent is selected and set by the detergent selection button, the washing conditions such as the washing method are controlled to be changed. Thus, a washing machine capable of reducing time, saving water, saving energy, and improving washing power can be provided.
The following description is made in detail.
In powder detergents and liquid detergents, there are differences in the degree of easy dissolution, the degree of easy rinsing, the degree of stain removal, and the like. The detergent originally recommended for each operation program is different, and it is preferable to select the detergent for each program in order to improve the cleaning power. Therefore, the washing machine provided by the invention is provided with the detergent selection button which can select powder/liquid according to each operation program, and further can not select the recommended detergent under the condition of not recommending the detergent, thereby providing the washing machine, wherein a user can reliably select the recommended detergent, and a washing method which is most suitable for the powder and the liquid can be realized according to each operation program. The details will be described below.
The selection of the operation program can be set using the touch key of the operation unit 10 and the operation program setting button 11 as the operation program setting unit. As the selectable washing programs, there are standard, quick washing, fine washing, hand washing, carpet, delicate fabric, fashion clothes, fragrance, soaking, etc., and fig. 3 shows recommended detergents of each program, the setting of the detergents, the setting of the number of times of rinsing, etc.
First, the reason why the detergent is recommended will be described later. In the quick wash program, it is envisaged to wash lightly soiled and small amounts of laundry quickly, reducing the time to rinse compared to the standard program, so a liquid detergent rich in suds is preferred. Next, the procedure of the delicate fabric, the fashion clothes, the carpet, etc. does not move the impeller, so that the laundry is not damaged, and the operation is performed only by the rotation of the washing and dehydrating tub 6 itself. As a method for dissolving a powder detergent, it is common to rotate an impeller to dissolve the powder detergent, but these procedures cannot rotate the impeller and there is a high possibility that the powder detergent is not completely dissolved, so a liquid detergent is recommended. The last step is a soaking process in which the yellow spots of the clothes, which have been stored for a long period of time, are removed by soaking the clothes in a detergent solution. It is known that the higher the alkalinity of the detergent at this time, the higher the macular removing ability, and alkaline powder detergents are more recommended than neutral liquid detergents.
And determining whether the detergent can be selected or not based on the recommended detergent. The powder can be selected from standard, hand washing, soaking 3 procedures, and the liquid can be selected from standard, quick washing, hand washing, fine fabric, fashion clothes, and blanket 6 procedures. Thereby it is in fact possible to select only standard and hand washing of detergents, other programs only being able to select one of powder or liquid. Specifically, when the operation program setting button 11 selects the "quick washing program", the display section displays the selection of the liquid detergent and the selection of the powder detergent on the detergent selection button 12. That is, the type of detergent that can be selected by the detergent selection button 12 differs according to the washing program set by the washing program setting button 11.
Next, the number of rinses will be described. Basically 1 time in the case of liquid detergents and 2 times in the case of powder detergents. However, in consideration of the general use pattern, it is considered that there are many cases where a user who uses a powder detergent puts the powder detergent without worrying about the display of liquid or powder. Therefore, the rinsing is performed 2 times in a program in which only the liquid detergent can be selected, and the rinsing is performed 1 time in the liquid selection only in the case where either of the programs can be selected. This can provide a function that does not cause a large performance failure for various users. For example, as shown in fig. 3, when the standard program is set by the operation program setting button 11, the recommended number of times of rinsing when selecting a liquid detergent is set to be smaller than when selecting a powder detergent by the detergent selection button 12.
Further, a washing process suitable for powder/liquid is provided not only for the number of times of rinsing but also for other processes. As for the above-described degree of easy dissolution, the liquid detergent is more easily dissolved than the powder detergent, and therefore, the time required for the detergent dissolution step in the initial step of washing is reduced. Further, depending on the kind of dirt, the liquid detergent has a portion where the cleaning performance is inferior to that of the powder detergent, and a control for increasing the rotation speed of the impeller during washing when the liquid detergent is selected is added as a countermeasure.
A correspondence table as shown in fig. 3 is stored or created in the storage unit in washing machine 1, and thus, based on the type of detergent selected by the user using detergent selection button 12 as the detergent selection unit and the operation program set using operation program setting button 11 as the operation program setting unit, the recommended washing operation is changed, for example, by displaying or lighting up different recommended rinsing times by default. Thus, according to the conditions used (set) by the user, the ineffective rinsing stroke is not performed, the time is shortened, the water is saved, the energy is saved, and the washing without reducing or improving the cleaning power is realized.
In addition, although the above description has been made on the washing conditions such as the number of times of rinsing based on the type of the detergent and the operation program, the dissolution time and the agitation speed may be changed according to the type of the originally set detergent.
For example, as described above, since the dissolution time of the powder detergent is longer than that of the liquid detergent, when the powder detergent is used, the dissolution time may be set longer by default than when the liquid detergent is used, and the agitation rotation speed may be set larger by default when the powder detergent is used than when the liquid detergent is used.
In fig. 3, the case where the number of times of rinsing is changed is described as the washing condition, and the dissolution time and the agitation rotation speed as described above can be changed according to the type of the selected detergent and the operation program, whereby more preferable washing conditions can be provided to the user.
