Description

Self-cleaning degradable fracturing temporary plugging agent, preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fracturing yield increase of oil and gas fields, in particular to a self-cleaning degradable fracturing temporary plugging agent, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Along with the gradual increase of the production degree of each oil field and the further development and use of low permeability reserves, the original artificial fracture production potential of the old well is smaller and smaller. Due to the heterogeneity of the plane and the longitudinal direction of the reservoir, the mobility degrees of different areas and layers are different, and the conventional fracturing technology has great limitation and even can not achieve the oil increasing effect. The method is characterized in that a diversion repeated fracturing technology is usually implemented for the exploitation of the oil reservoir, a temporary plugging agent is added in real time in the hydraulic fracturing process to temporarily plug the formed artificial cracks, the cracks are forced to initiate and expand in other directions, the fracturing modification volume is enlarged, the fracturing effect is improved, and the stable yield increase of the oil field is ensured.
The fracturing temporary plugging agents which are most commonly used at present are water-soluble, acid-soluble and oil-soluble. However, the three temporary plugging agents are required to realize plugging removal by depending on formation fluid, and the problems of difficult dissolution or incomplete plugging removal may exist in some reservoirs, so that the formation is damaged to a certain extent, and the application of the temporary plugging agents is limited. With the development of green chemicals, the degradable temporary plugging agent for fracturing is more and more favored by the characteristics of self-cleaning, environmental friendliness and small formation damage, and is an important direction for the development of the temporary plugging agent in the future. The degradable temporary plugging agent is applicable to oil wells, high-water-content oil wells, low-temperature wells and high-temperature wells; the mineralization degree in the stratum has little influence; the formation damage is small, and the method has important significance on the sustainable exploitation of the reservoir; importantly, intervention operations such as acidification or blockage removal by adding a gel breaker are not needed in the degradation process, so that the cost and the risk of HSE are reduced; in addition, some degradable temporary plugging agent degradation products can also be used as a subsequent treatment agent of the stratum, for example, the polylactic acid temporary plugging agent degradation product is lactic acid which has a certain acidification effect on the stratum. At present, research and application of the self-cleaning degradable temporary plugging agent are important development trends, particularly, the temporary plugging agent is low in stratum damage, is suitable for research and development of temporary plugging agents with different reservoir temperatures, and has important significance for repeated fracturing of old oil reservoirs.

(1) Degradation Properties
The self-cleaning degradable fracturing temporary plugging agents synthesized in the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2 are respectively prepared into 3% temporary plugging agent solutions, the time required for the complete degradation of the degradable fracturing temporary plugging agents at different temperatures is measured, the degradation performance of the degradable fracturing temporary plugging agents is evaluated, the test results of the temporary plugging agents in the embodiment 1 are shown in table 1, and the test results of the temporary plugging agents in the embodiment 2 are shown in table 2.
Table 1 example 1 temporary plugging agent degradation performance
Figure BDA0002474808360000061
Table 2 example 2 temporary plugging agent degradation performance
Figure BDA0002474808360000062
As can be seen from Table 1 and from Table 2, the temporary plugging agents have substantially the same degradation performance in different solution media. The temporary plugging agent of the embodiment 1 has a softening point of about 90 ℃ and a melting point of about 160 ℃, and is suitable for a stratum at 100-140 ℃; the temporary plugging agent of the embodiment 2 has a softening point of about 80 ℃ and a melting point of about 105 ℃, and is suitable for a stratum with the temperature of 80-100 ℃. Compared with other degradable temporary plugging agents, the degradable temporary plugging agent has high degradation rate and wide application range.
(2) Flow-back performance
The self-cleaning degradable fracturing temporary plugging agent synthesized in the embodiment 3 is prepared into temporary plugging agent solutions with different mass concentrations. After the temporary plugging agent solution is placed in an oil bath kettle at 120 ℃ and is heated to be completely degraded, the supernatant liquid is taken, the viscosity and the surface tension of the temporary plugging agent solution are measured at normal temperature, and the test results are shown in table 3.
As can be seen from Table 3, the viscosity of the solution after degradation of the temporary plugging agent is close to that of water (less than 2 mPas), and the temporary plugging agent does not substantially increase the viscosity of the solution. The surface tension of the solution is slightly reduced along with the increase of the concentration of the temporary plugging agent, but the influence is not large, and the surface tension of the temporary plugging agent solution is less than 40 mN.m.-1. The experimental data in table 3 show that the synthesized temporary plugging agent is easy to flow back after being dissolved, can meet the flow back requirement after on-site fracturing construction, and cannot cause obvious damage to a reservoir.
TABLE 3 Performance of temporary plugging agent degradation solutions
Figure BDA0002474808360000071
(3) Breakthrough pressure determination
In the hydraulic fracturing process, the main function of the temporary plugging agent is to realize temporary plugging of the microcracks, reduce the filtration loss and pressure dissipation of the fracturing fluid, and automatically dissolve and flowback the temporary plugging agent, and the plugging effect of the temporary plugging agent is a key parameter for judging whether the temporary plugging agent can play a temporary plugging steering effect. Therefore, the plugging performance of the temporary plugging agent is evaluated by testing the breakthrough pressure of the temporary plugging agent.
The principle of the temporary plugging agent breakthrough pressure test is shown in fig. 1, and the specific experimental process is as follows:
(a) preparing a standard rock core, and carrying out manual seam making on the standard rock core;
(b) the temporary plugging agent of example 1 and quartz sand (sand particle size 0.1mm-0.2mm) were filled into the cracks according to a certain amount to form plugging sections and sand-laying sections, and the mass M of the dry core was measured1
(c) Putting the core into a core holder with a heating device, injecting simulated water at the speed of 1mL/min, wiping off formation water on the surface of the core after the core is fully saturated, and weighing the mass M of the core after the core is saturated with water2And calculating the pore volume of the rock core;
(d) setting the temperature at 110 ℃, injecting simulated water at the speed of 1mL/min after aging for 30min (softening deformation and adhesion agglomeration of the temporary plugging agent), and recording the pressure change condition and breakthrough pressure in the water injection process.
The specific experiment result is shown in fig. 2, and the temporary plugging agent has a good plugging effect. The plugging strength of the temporary plugging agent is related to the thickness of the temporary plugging agent layer filter cake, and the plugging strength can be improved by increasing the thickness of the plugging agent layer (increasing the using concentration of the temporary plugging agent on site). When the thickness of the filter cake of the plugging agent layer is 1.2cm, the maximum breakthrough pressure of the temporary plugging agent is more than 40MPa, and the requirement on the plugging strength of the stratum can be met.
(4) Core damage rate determination
The damage degree of the fracturing temporary plugging agent to the stratum is an important index for evaluating the performance of the temporary plugging agent, and the damage of the temporary plugging agent to the reservoir is mainly the damage to the core matrix. The experiment mainly evaluates the damage of the fracturing temporary plugging agent to the permeability of the rock core matrix and provides a basis for reservoir protection. The specific experimental method is as follows:
the experimental process is as follows: drying and vacuumizing rock core, saturating formation water → water permeability K0→ 2PV extrusion and 3% temporary plugging agent degradation liquid → core permeability K1→ calculation of the damage rate of the temporary plugging agent degradation liquid to the core matrix ηd. The results of the experiment are shown in Table 5.
TABLE 4 damage rate of temporary plugging agent to core matrix of different permeability
Figure BDA0002474808360000081
Through the rock core injury rate of 3 different permeabilities of contrast, the temporary plugging agent is great relatively to the injury rate of low permeable formation, and is less relatively to the injury of high permeable formation, but the rock core injury rate all is below 3%, and whole injury is less, can not harm the stratum, is fit for the field application.
