Abstract

一种壳聚糖改性的高固含船舶防腐涂料。主要解决了现阶段船舶用环氧防腐漆中有机挥发性化合物(VOC)含量普遍较高,不利于环保;容易降解断链,出现粉化现象,耐候性不强;内应力强,韧性不佳,在外力的作用下容易破损,使用寿命不长等问题。本发明的有益效果是:针对船舶用环氧防腐漆易粉化,韧性差及大量排放的VOC的特点,采用氢化丁苯橡胶搭建互穿集合物网络(IPN),配合活性稀释剂(丙氧基化甘油三缩水甘油醚),利用壳聚糖/ZnO定向配位排列易形成杂化聚集体的特性,解决了溶解性、分散性及低粘度等关键技术难题,涂层固化后能制成有光和半光型的防腐漆,耐紫外线、耐水及防腐性能十分出色,非常适合于在苛刻的海洋环境中使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及船用防腐涂料领域,具体涉及一种壳聚糖改性的高固含船舶防腐涂料。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,海洋探索的范围也越来越广,越来越深。高新材料技术的发展,也为海洋船体的防腐带来了新的挑战和应用。海水本身的性质和海洋里品种繁琐的微生物都会对船体带来腐蚀性,所以对于长期处于海水中的舰船来说, 提高其船体的防腐能力对延长船体的维护周期和使用周期有着直接的影响。
如果对船舶钢结构做好防护,就可以减少大部分腐蚀损失,常用的方法有电流保护、牺牲阳极、电镀、涂覆涂料等,涂覆有机涂层,特别是环氧防腐涂料是最经济、最有效的方法。美国市场研究机构Grand View Research 发布一项研究报告显示, 2016 年,亚太地区为全球最主要的环氧防腐涂料市场,占比超过 48%,特别是中国、印度和其他东南亚国家,该地区环氧涂料消费的年增长率最高,约为 8.9%。预计到 2024 年,全球环氧防腐涂料市场价值将达到 4170 亿美元。
然而,现阶段船舶用环氧防腐漆中有机挥发性化合物(VOC)含量普遍较高。随着各国环境保护法规的出台和人们环境保护意识的逐渐增强,VOC 排放量逐渐受到控制,发展低粘高固含的环氧防腐涂料逐渐成为未来涂料技术的发展趋势之一。另外,环氧防腐漆在紫外线的照射下,容易降解断链,出现粉化现象,耐候性不强。此外,环氧防腐漆分子内应力强,韧性不佳,在外力的作用下容易破损,进一步降低了使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术的不足,本发明提供一种壳聚糖改性的高固含船舶防腐涂料,主要解决了现阶段船舶用环氧防腐漆中有机挥发性化合物(VOC)含量普遍较高,不利于环保;容易降解断链,出现粉化现象,耐候性不强;内应力强,韧性不佳,在外力的作用下容易破损,使用寿命不长等问题。

所述甲组份按甲组份自身质量计,包括以下,
环氧呋喃树脂 20%~40%
滑石粉 3%~8%
氢化丁苯橡胶 1%~5%
氧化锌 3%~10%
壳聚糖 0.05%~0.2%
聚酰胺蜡浆 0~5%
分散剂 0~5%
锌粉 0~30%
活性稀释剂 20%~40%
其余为辅料;
所述乙组份按乙组份自身质量计,包括以下,
聚酰胺树脂 60%~90%
KH550 0~20%
醋酸丁酯 0~20%
所述甲组份与乙组份的质量比为4:1。
所述环氧呋喃树脂为HF9200。
所述分散剂为BYK-163。
活性稀释剂为丙氧基化甘油三缩水甘油醚。
所述聚酰胺树脂为 PA66-45HSB。
所述KH550 为氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷。
所述辅料包括钛白粉、氧化铁红、靛蓝的一种或者几种。
本发明的有益效果是:针对船舶用环氧防腐漆易粉化,韧性差及大量排放的voc的特点,采用氢化丁苯橡胶搭建互穿集合物网络(IPN),配合活性稀释剂(丙氧基化甘油三缩水甘油醚),利用壳聚糖/ZnO 定向配位排列易形成杂化聚集体的特性,解决了溶解性、分散性及低粘度等关键技术难题,制备了一种新型的高固含船舶防腐涂料。
本发明沿用了传统环氧防腐涂料的施工方式,能在大多数的基材表面施工。涂层固化后能制成有光和半光型的防腐漆,耐紫外线、耐水及防腐性能十分出色, 非常适合于在苛刻的海洋环境中使用。

实施例二
一种壳聚糖改性的高固含船舶防腐涂料,甲组份按甲组份自身质量计,包括环氧呋喃树脂20%,滑石粉8%,氢化丁苯橡胶1%,氧化锌10%,壳聚糖0.05%,聚酰胺蜡浆5%,分散剂1%,锌粉30%,活性稀释剂20%,其余为辅料;所述乙组份按乙组份自身质量计,包括以下,聚酰胺树脂90%,醋酸丁酯10%,所述甲组份与乙组份的质量比为4:1。
实施例三
一种壳聚糖改性的高固含船舶防腐涂料,甲组份按甲组份自身质量计,包括环氧呋喃树脂 33%,滑石粉4%,钛白粉24.7%,靛蓝1%,氢化丁苯橡胶2.5%,氧化锌4%,壳聚糖 0.1%,聚酰胺蜡浆0.4%,分散剂1.3%,锌粉 19%,活性稀释剂10%;所述乙组份按乙组份自身质量计,包括以下,聚酰胺树脂 80%,KH550 5%,醋酸丁酯15% ,所述甲组份与乙组份的质量比为4:1。
实施例四
一种壳聚糖改性的高固含船舶防腐涂料,甲组份按甲组份自身质量计,包括环氧呋喃树脂 32%,滑石粉4%,钛白粉20%,氧化铁红6.7%,氢化丁苯橡胶2.5%,氧化锌4%,壳聚糖0.1%,聚酰胺蜡浆0.4%,分散剂1.3%,锌粉 19%,活性稀释剂10%;所述乙组份按乙组份自身质量计,包括以下,聚酰胺树脂 80%,KH550 5%,醋酸丁酯15%,所述甲组份与乙组份的质量比为4:1。
实施例五
一种壳聚糖改性的高固含船舶防腐涂料,甲组份按甲组份自身质量计,包括环氧呋喃树脂 31%,滑石粉8.7%,钛白粉8%, 氧化铁红14%,靛蓝0%,氢化丁苯橡胶2.5%,氧化锌4%,壳聚糖 0.1%,聚酰胺蜡浆0.4%,分散剂1.3%,锌粉 20%,活性稀释剂10%;所述乙组份按乙组份自身质量计,包括以下,聚酰胺树脂 80%,KH550 5%,醋酸丁酯15% ,所述甲组份与乙组份的质量比为4:1。
将质量比为4:1所述甲组份与乙组份搅拌30min即可得到涂料。
测试数据:五个实施例,经过测试均满足要求,详细数据参见下表

环氧呋喃树脂 20%~40%
滑石粉 3%~8%
氢化丁苯橡胶 1%~5%
氧化锌 3%~10%
壳聚糖 0.05%~0.2%
聚酰胺蜡浆 0~5%
分散剂 0~5%
锌粉 0~30%
活性稀释剂 20%~40%
其余为辅料;
所述乙组份按乙组份自身质量计,包括以下:
聚酰胺树脂 60%~90%
KH550 0~20%
醋酸丁酯 0~20%
所述甲组份与乙组份的质量比为4:1。
