现有的内墙涂料基本都存在甲醛污染问题,对居民身体健康造成不良影响,因此研发更加含超细和田玉内墙涂料成为必要。

针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种含超细和田玉内墙装饰涂料及其制备方法,加入超细和田玉粉末,利用超细和田玉特性,吸附空气中的有害物质,减少有害物质溢出。

(6)酸碱度调和:在搅拌过程中,加入适量pH调节剂,保持pH为6.6-7.5;
(7)包装:调制好的物料静止12-24h后进行装罐密封,即得包含超细和田玉粉末的含超细和田玉内墙装饰涂料。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含超细和田玉内墙装饰涂料,其特征在于:一种含超细和田玉内墙装饰涂料,按重量份计,包括以下组分:超细和田玉粉末7.5份、淀粉20份、煅烧膨润土6份、纳米活性炭5.5份、纳米银粒子0.003份、三元共聚物乳液12份、碳纤维粉2份、去离子水13份、助剂2份、pH调节剂适量。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含超细和田玉内墙装饰涂料,其特征在于:所述超细和田玉粉末的粒径小于500nm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含超细和田玉内墙装饰涂料,其特征在于:所述纳米活性炭的粒径小于200nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含超细和田玉内墙装饰涂料,其特征在于:所述助剂包括水性分散剂、水性消泡剂、水性润湿剂、水性流平剂、水性稳定剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种含超细和田玉内墙装饰涂料,其特征在于:所述水性分散剂、水性消泡剂、水性润湿剂、水性流平剂、水性稳定剂的重量比为5:2:4:3:2。
8.一种含超细和田玉内墙装饰涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:其包括以下步骤:
(1)配料:将上述成分按配比进行配料;
(2)混料:将配好料的超细和田玉粉末、淀粉、煅烧膨润土、纳米活性炭、碳纤维粉送入混合机中混合3-10min;
(3)研磨:将混合好的物料送入研磨机内研磨;
(4)筛选:将研磨后的物料进行筛选,过300-500目振动筛;
(5)调制:向筛选过的物料中加入三元共聚物乳液、去离子水、纳米银粒子,常温下搅拌均匀;
(6)酸碱度调和:在搅拌过程中,加入适量pH调节剂,保持pH为6.6-7.5;
(7)包装:调制好的物料静止12-24h后进行装罐密封,即得包含超细和田玉粉末的含超细和田玉内墙装饰涂料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种含超细和田玉内墙装饰涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:一种含超细和田玉内墙装饰涂料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)配料:将上述成分按配比进行配料;
(2)混料:将配好料的超细和田玉粉末、淀粉、煅烧膨润土、纳米活性炭、碳纤维粉送入混合机中混合8min;
(3)研磨:将混合好的物料送入研磨机内研磨;
(4)筛选:将研磨后的物料进行筛选,过400目振动筛;
(5)调制:向筛选过的物料中加入三元共聚物乳液、去离子水、纳米银粒子,常温下搅拌均匀;
(6)酸碱度调和:在搅拌过程中,加入适量pH调节剂,保持pH为7;
(7)包装:调制好的物料静止16h后进行装罐密封,即得包含超细和田玉粉末的含超细和田玉内墙装饰涂料。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种含超细和田玉内墙装饰涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:制备的环保内墙装饰涂料在使用时加入纯净水,加入的纯净水比例为10%-20%,根据需要的颜色加入适量颜料进行调和。
