In order to solve the problems, the inventor provides a hard disk packaging device for ensuring timed packaging based on intermittent reciprocating motion, which has the advantages that the packaging time is kept consistent and the packaging bag stops moving during packaging, solves the problem that the packaging time of the traditional packaging machine is inconsistent, ensures more intelligence and convenience when the device is used for operation, and increases the practicability of the whole device.

Preferably, the limiting rods are arranged in two groups, each group is provided with two limiting rods, the specifications of the two limiting rods are consistent, and the two limiting rods are symmetrically distributed by taking the central line of the rotating wheel as a reference.

The working principle is that the output shaft of the motor is movably connected with the special-shaped disc 13 to drive the special-shaped disc 13 to rotate, the surface of the special-shaped disc 13 is provided with a sliding groove, the size of the sliding groove is matched with that of the supporting rod 12, so that the left end of the supporting rod 12 is driven to generate displacement difference when the special-shaped disc 13 rotates, the sliding grooves are designed to be symmetrical, the back of the supporting rod 12 is provided with a fixed fulcrum, so that the left end of the supporting rod 12 is driven to ascend and descend intermittently, the lever principle is improved, the right end of the supporting rod 12 is driven to descend and ascend synchronously, the outer side of the supporting rod 12 is provided with a vertical rod 11, so that the vertical rod 11 is driven to descend and ascend synchronously, the vertical rods 11 are respectively arranged at two ends of the packaging strip 10, so that the packaging strip 10 is driven to move intermittently up and down, and the packaging strip 10 is arranged as a heating strip to heat, therefore, the timing heating during the packaging of the packaging bag is ensured, and the excessive packaging or insufficient packaging is avoided.
The above structure and process are shown in FIGS. 2-3.
Meanwhile, the outer side of the packaging strip 10 is provided with a positioning rib, the size of the positioning rib is matched with the size of a sliding groove arranged in the fixed plate 6, the positioning rib is driven to synchronously move downwards when the packaging strip 10 moves downwards and finally is contacted with the second slide block 8, the second slide block 8 is driven to move downwards when the packaging strip 10 continues to move downwards, the first slide block 7 is arranged on the outer side of the second slide block 8, the first slide block 7 is movably connected with the second slide block 8 through a connecting rod, so that the first slide block 7 is driven to move towards the right side, the back of the first slide block 7 is provided with a movable plate which is in a right trapezoid shape, the first slide block 7 is driven to move towards the right side when the second slide block 8 moves downwards, so that the right trapezoid is driven to synchronously move towards the right side, the movable plate is contacted with the trapezoid block 5, and the trapezoid block 5 is extruded to move upwards when the second slide block continues to move, finally, the rubber wheel arranged on the outer side of the trapezoidal block 5 is contacted with the lower part of the rotating wheel 3, when the trapezoidal block 5 moves to the right-angle side, the trapezoidal block 5 stops moving, the lower end of the limiting rod 4 is respectively contacted with the two bevel edges of the trapezoidal block 5, when the trapezoid block 5 moves upwards, the lower end of the limiting rod 4 swings towards two sides respectively, the back of the limiting rod 4 is provided with a fixed pivot, so the upper end of the limiting rod 4 is driven to move towards the middle respectively, the rubber arranged outside the limiting rod 4 is contacted with the rotating wheel 3, thereby stopping the rotation of the rotating wheel 3, the outer side of the rotating wheel 3 is provided with the belt 9, so the belt 9 is driven to synchronously stop rotating, thereby guarantee that the encapsulation bag is in quiescent condition when encapsulating, guarantee the integrality of encapsulation, the encapsulation bag removes along with belt 9 after the encapsulation is accomplished to the finished product that will encapsulate the outer one-tenth is collected in unison.
