Abstract
The invention discloses a corrugated board forming and printing integrated production line which comprises a double-sided machine and a bottom surface printing machine arranged at the rear side of the double-sided machine; the bottom printing machine comprises a plurality of units which are arranged in parallel, wherein an embossing roller, a printing roller, an anilox roller, an ink homogenizing rubber roller and a paper guide roller are rotatably arranged in the units, the printing roller, the anilox roller and the ink homogenizing rubber roller are horizontally arranged in parallel, the embossing roller is arranged on the right upper side of the printing roller in a matching mode, ink receiving grooves are formed in the lower sides of the anilox roller and the ink homogenizing rubber roller, the paper guide roller is arranged on the front side of the units, and a gap between the paper guide rollers and a gap between the embossing roller and the printing roller are horizontally aligned.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of corrugated paper production equipment, in particular to a corrugated board forming and printing integrated production line and a using method thereof.
Background
The paper boxes widely applied in daily life are formed by printing and die cutting corrugated boards and then bonding the corrugated boards, and the corrugated boards which can be folded into the paper boxes comprise the following manufacturing steps: the double-faced machine produces the formed corrugated board, then the printer prints the surface paper side of the corrugated board, then introduce the die-cutting machine to carry on the die cutting, namely finish the processing to the corrugated board, wherein in the production line from double-faced machine to printer, the corrugated board surface paper that the double-faced machine produces is at the underside, and the printer is the upside prints, therefore need to cut into the large-sheet corrugated board that come out from the double-faced machine, then overturn, introduce the printer and print, the troublesome poeration, production efficiency is lower; and the corrugated board processed in this way not only wastes ink, but also generates a lot of waste materials after die cutting due to the cutting size error and the reserved amount, and wastes a large amount of cost.

the bottom surface printing machine 2 comprises a plurality of sets 3 which are arranged in parallel, a printing roller 31, a printing roller 32, an anilox roller 33, an ink evening rubber roller 34 and a paper guide roller 35 are rotatably arranged in the sets 3, the printing roller 32, the anilox roller 33 and the ink evening rubber roller 34 are horizontally arranged in parallel, the printing roller 31 is arranged right above the printing roller 32 in a matching manner, ink receiving grooves 36 are arranged on the lower sides of the anilox roller 33 and the ink evening rubber roller 34, the paper guide roller 35 is arranged on the front side of the sets 3, and a gap between the paper guide rollers 35 is horizontally aligned with a gap between the printing roller 31 and the printing roller 32;
the corrugated board is shaped and sent out from the double-sided machine 1, and guided and conveyed to a position between the embossing roller 31 and the printing roller 32 by the two paper guide rollers 35, the water ink is added between the anilox roller 33 and the ink distribution roller 34, the water ink is spread on the anilox roller 33 by the ink distribution roller 34, the anilox roller 33 carries the water ink to be uniformly coated on the printing roller 32 (the water ink on the anilox roller 33 and the ink distribution roller 34 can be dripped into the ink receiving groove 36 when dripping), the bottom surface of the corrugated board is directly printed when the printing roller 32 and the embossing roller 31 rotate relatively, the step of cutting and turning the corrugated board is omitted, the production efficiency is improved, the waste of waste materials caused by cutting is avoided, and the cost is saved.
Preferably, the outer end of the platen roller 31 is provided with a gear sleeve 311, the platen roller 31 is eccentrically arranged on the gear sleeve 311 through a bearing 313, the unit 3 is provided with an adjusting gear 312 in cooperation with the eccentric gear sleeve 311, the gear sleeve 311 can be driven to rotate through rotating the adjusting gear 312, the up-down position of the platen roller 31 can be finely adjusted, so that the pressure between the platen roller 31 and the printing roller 32 can be adjusted, and the adjusting gear 312 can be driven to rotate through a speed reducer.
Preferably, an ink tank 361 is arranged at the lower part of the ink receiving groove 36, an ink pipe 362 is arranged on the ink tank 361, the upper end of the ink pipe 362 points to the position between the anilox roller 33 and the ink homogenizing rubber roller 34 from top to bottom, and a circulating pump is arranged on the ink pipe 362; the lower end of the ink receiving groove 36 is provided with an opening leading to the ink tank 361, and when the bottom surface printing machine 2 works, ink in the ink tank 361 is slowly introduced between the anilox roller 33 and the ink distributing roller 34 through the circulating pump for inking.

Preferably, the wheel shaft group comprises an end wheel shaft 43, a fixed wheel shaft 44 and a stretching wheel shaft 45, the matching end wheel shafts 43 at the left end and the right end of the paper guide platform 4 are respectively provided with a driving device 46 for driving the end wheel shafts 43 to move left and right, the stretching wheel shaft 45 is arranged between the fixed wheel shafts 44, the stretching wheel shaft 45 is arranged on the base 41 in a way of moving up and down through a support rod 47, and the base 41 is provided with a spring tending to force the support rod 47 to prop against the stretching wheel shaft 45; the driving device 46 can drive the end wheel shaft 43 to extend outwards, so that the end wheel shaft can be closely matched with a discharge port of the double-sided machine 1 or a feed port of the bottom surface printing machine 2, and when the end wheel shaft 43 moves left and right, the spring can prop against the conveying belt 42 through the supporting rod 47 and the tightening wheel shaft 45 to provide the moving amount of the conveying belt 42; wherein the driving device 46 may be a cylinder.
