Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects that the printed marks are not good enough and the printing quality is influenced due to the fact that the oil drum is not uniform in rotating speed, the invention aims to provide the oil drum rotating printing device which can enable the oil drum to be uniform in rotating speed and does not influence the printing quality.
The technical implementation scheme of the invention is as follows: an oil drum rotary printing device comprises a bottom plate, wherein a rack and an inclined plate are bolted on the upper side of the bottom plate, and rollers for reducing friction force are rotatably mounted on two sides of the top of the bottom plate; the number of the brackets is at least two, the brackets are respectively arranged on two sides of the top of the bottom plate, the rollers are positioned between the brackets on the two sides, and the rollers and the brackets are positioned between the frame and the inclined plate; the clamping assembly is arranged on the bracket and is used for clamping an oil drum; the printing assembly, the printing assembly install in the frame, the printing assembly is used for printing the oil drum.
In one embodiment, the clamping assembly comprises a first air cylinder which is bolted to the inner wall of the frame; the special-shaped rod is fixedly connected to the telescopic rod of the first cylinder, and two ends of the special-shaped rod are rotatably connected with connecting rods; the supports on the two sides of the top of the bottom plate are all connected with hollow sleeves in a sliding and penetrating manner; the pushing sleeve is rotatably connected to the hollow sleeve and rotatably connected with the connecting rod; the rectangular rod is connected in the hollow sleeve in a sliding mode in a penetrating mode; the clamping piece is fixedly connected to the end part of the rectangular rod and used for clamping the oil drum; the first spring is wound between the clamping piece and the hollow sleeve.
In one embodiment, the clamping piece is a rubber clamping block, the rubber clamping block is fixedly connected to the end portion of the rectangular rod and used for clamping the oil drum, and a first spring is wound between the rubber clamping block and the hollow sleeve.
In one embodiment, the printing assembly comprises a second air cylinder which is bolted to one side of the frame far away from the first air cylinder; the first support frame is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the rack, and the first support frame is positioned between the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder; the guide frame is fixedly connected to the first support frame, and a rotating plate is rotatably connected in the guide frame through a rotating shaft; the first fixing ring is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft, and a torsion spring is wound between the first fixing ring and the rotating plate; the transmission sleeve is fixedly connected to the telescopic rod of the second cylinder; the first guide rod is connected in the transmission sleeve in a sliding and penetrating manner; the second fixing ring is fixedly sleeved outside the first guide rod, and a second spring is wound between the second fixing ring and the transmission sleeve; the sliding rod is fixedly connected to the first guide rod and is in sliding fit with the guide frame; the connecting plate is fixedly connected to the end part of the first guide rod; the screen frame is fixedly connected to the connecting plate; the special-shaped supporting plate is fixedly connected to one side, far away from the silk screen frame, of the connecting plate, at least two second guide rods are fixedly connected to the special-shaped supporting plate in a penetrating mode, a scraping plate is sleeved on the second guide rods in a sliding mode, and a third spring is wound between the scraping plate and the special-shaped supporting plate; the number of the second support frames is at least two, and the second support frames are respectively arranged on two sides of the transmission sleeve; the rack is fixedly connected to the end part of the second support frame; the fixed plate is fixedly connected to one side, close to the first cylinder, of the rack and used for blocking the scraper; the number of the gears is at least two, and the gears are respectively arranged on the hollow sleeves at two sides.
In one embodiment, the device further comprises a rotating rod which is rotatably arranged on one of the brackets; the push plate is fixedly connected to one end of the rotating rod; the pedal is fixedly connected to the other end of the rotating rod.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. drive the oil drum through printing assembly and rotate to can print the oil drum, replace artifical rotation oil drum through machinery, can make oil drum pivoted speed more even, thus do not influence the printing quality.
2. Through the effect of push pedal, can be with the oil drum perk on the gyro wheel to can make things convenient for people to take off the oil drum that the printing was accomplished.
