本发明公开了一种防污干、湿纸巾，包括：由吸附层、防水层组成，所述吸附层和所述防水层上下重叠复合连接为复合面料；所述吸附层由至少一层具有吸附功能的材料制成，所述防水层由至少一层具有防水功能的塑料薄膜、油纸或涂层组成；所述防水层通过淋膜、覆膜或喷涂的方式与所述吸附层进行热熔融合、胶粘合、复合粘合连接；所述吸附层分为：干燥的吸油纸、纸巾、织物，或者，潮湿的浸有清洁剂的湿纸巾、潮湿的织物；所述吸附层由一层或多层面料重叠压合连接制成，所述吸附层为多层面料组成时，所述防水层同所述吸附层最外层的面料的其中一面进行复合连接；该结构制造简单易加工，使用方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纸巾，尤其涉及免脏手的吸油纸、湿纸巾或抹布。
背景技术
现有的纸巾或湿纸巾，从传统的湿纸巾发展出厨房纸巾、婴儿纸巾、便后使用的纸巾等多种细分产品。吸油纸吸收油污的功能也很强大。他们使用方便，使用范围广。但是，吸油纸吸收油污及湿纸巾擦拭油污或污物时，油污会透过湿纸巾渗入并污染手部皮肤表面。使用湿纸巾擦拭污物后需要额外清洁手部。
发明内容
提供一种防污干、湿纸巾，通过在吸油纸或湿纸巾中间或其中一面设置防水层，达到吸油或擦拭时，阻止油污、污物对手部皮肤的污染。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供了一种防污干、湿纸巾，包括：由吸附层、防水层组成，所述吸附层和所述防水层上下重叠复合连接为复合面料；所述吸附层由至少一层具有吸附功能的材料制成，所述防水层由至少一层具有防水功能的塑料薄膜、油纸或涂层组成；所述防水层通过淋膜、覆膜或喷涂的方式与所述吸附层进行热熔融合、胶粘合、复合粘合连接；所述吸附层分为：干燥的吸油纸、纸巾、织物，或者，潮湿的浸有清洁剂的湿纸巾、潮湿的织物；所述吸附层由一层或多层面料重叠压合连接制成，所述吸附层为多层面料组成时，所述防水层同所述吸附层最外层的面料的其中一面进行复合连接；根据需要，所述吸附层独立使用时，边缘位置淋膜、覆膜或涂布有所述防水层；所述防水层为条状或多边形面。
进一步地，两个所述吸附层之间或所述吸附层内部设有所述防水层，所述吸附层粘合在所述防水层的两面。
进一步地，所述吸附层由木浆纸、竹浆纸或无纺布及具有吸附功能的材料制成。
进一步地，所述防水层为双层塑料膜时，三边边缘进行密封连接，一边为敞口的口袋结构。
进一步地，所述吸附层和所述防水层组成的复合面料对折后，边缘进行封口包装，独立使用；或者，平铺堆叠或至少对折折叠两次后再进行堆叠包装；再或者，相互堆叠制成抽纸结构的包装。
进一步地，干纸巾或湿纸巾为正方形或长方形或圆形、椭圆形、多边形。
在本发明实施例中：通过在所述吸油纸或所述湿纸巾其中一面复合连接或淋有塑料膜或涂布有硅油、沥青、树脂等防水涂层。达到在所述吸油纸吸附油污过程中或所述湿纸巾擦拭物体表面的油污或污物时，起到隔离油污或污物的目的。保持手部的干净、清洁。并且，所述防水层采用环保或可降解塑料或纸张，不会对环境产生影响。该结构制造简单易加工，使用方便。

如图1-8所示，一种防污干、湿纸巾，包括：由吸附层1、防水层2组成，所述吸附层1和所述防水层2上下重叠复合连接为复合面料；所述吸附层1由至少一层具有吸附功能的材料制成，所述防水层2由至少一层具有防水功能的塑料薄膜、油纸或涂层组成；所述防水层2通过淋膜、覆膜或喷涂的方式与所述吸附层1进行热熔融合、胶粘合、复合粘合连接；所述吸附层1分为：干燥的吸油纸、纸巾、织物，或者，潮湿的浸有清洁剂的湿纸巾、潮湿的织物；所述吸附层1由一层或多层面料重叠压合连接制成，所述吸附层1为多层面料组成时，所述防水层2同所述吸附层1最外层的面料的其中一面进行复合连接；根据需要，所述吸附层1独立使用时，边缘位置淋膜、覆膜或涂布有所述防水层2；所述防水层2为条状或多边形面。
具体的，防污干纸巾或防污所述湿纸巾由所述吸附层1同所述防水层2相互粘连复合连接为一个复合面料。复合面料一面具有吸附污物的功能，另一面具有隔离污物的功能。防污布中的所述吸附层1由纸张、无纺布或棉麻、化纤等具有吸附性的材料制成。所述防水层2为可降解塑料薄膜、纸张、硅油、石蜡、胶水、沥青等防水材料、涂料，通过淋膜、热熔融合、胶粘合、涂布到所述吸附层1表面复合制成。所述吸附层1同物体表面接触，进行擦拭，吸附油污或污物。所述防水层2用于阻挡所述吸附层1吸收的油液或污物渗入并接触到用户皮肤表面。通常，所述吸油纸其中一个表面附着有所述防水层2。所述湿纸巾其中一面，或者，所述湿纸巾内部夹着一层所述防水层2。除了纸巾类产品，所述防水层2还可以附着在棉麻制品的毛巾或化纤布料的表面。用于防水、隔离油污的目的。
用于吸收油污时，所述吸附层1为干燥的多层所述吸油纸，多层复合的所述吸油纸其中一个表面复合连接有所述防水层2。用于擦拭污物时，所述湿纸巾与清洁剂预先混合并存储，所述吸附层1为潮湿的单层无纺布所述湿纸巾，所述防水层2淋膜或胶粘合或涂布在所述湿纸巾其中一个表面，起到防水隔污的作用。清洁剂根据不同的用途使用不同的配方。如：消毒清洁剂或油污清洁剂或玻璃水清洁剂。
根据需要，在所述防水层2的正反两面粘合连接有所述吸附层1，所述吸附层1用于吸收油污或污物，而所述防水层2则是起防水的功能。当所述吸附层1其中一面进行擦拭后，再对折，用另一面的所述吸附层1继续擦拭污物。位于中间的所述防水层2阻隔所述吸附层1间的油污或污物相互传递。所述吸附层1分为干燥的所述吸油纸和浸有清洁剂的无纺布所述湿纸巾。
根据需要，所述防水层2为两层，上下重叠的塑料膜。双层塑料膜之间，三边进行封边，一边作为敞口，制成开口的口袋结构，让用户的手部可以放入口袋结构中进行擦拭。此时的所述吸附层1可以选用棉质毛巾或化学织物面料。
所述吸附层1独立使用时，对所述吸附层1的边缘进行淋膜、覆膜连接。或者，涂布硅油、沥青等防水材料，形成所述防水层2。防止所述吸油纸吸油后油污污染整个纸张，方便拿取被污染的纸张。通常，在所述吸附层1边角处设有矩形的所述防水层2。或者，在所述吸附层1的边缘设有至少长条形的所述防水层2。
当所述吸附层1与所述防水层2组合为复合面料后，将清洁剂倒在所述吸附层1的表面进行浸入混合。然后，再将所述吸附层1一面进行对折，再将边缘进行热熔融合密封，制成独立的所述湿纸巾进行使用。其中，所述防水层2为可降解的塑料膜或硅油纸，其面积大于所述吸附层1面积，边缘用于热熔融合或胶粘合连接。
独立的单张所述吸附层1面料或所述吸附层1与所述防水层2组成的复合面料，经过至少两次对折后，再进行堆叠摆放到包装袋、盒中，包装袋、盒中至少堆叠有一堆单张折叠面料。也可以是多堆组合放入包装袋、盒中。
除此之外，所述吸附层1与所述防水层2组成复合面料，每一张复合面料之间局部相互堆叠，并折叠累加，制成抽纸的结构，加液后制成所述湿纸巾，再进行包装使用。

1.一种防污干、湿纸巾，其特征是，包括：由吸附层、防水层组成，所述吸附层和所述防水层上下重叠复合连接为复合面料；所述吸附层由至少一层具有吸附功能的材料制成，所述防水层由至少一层具有防水功能的塑料薄膜、油纸或涂层组成；所述防水层通过淋膜、覆膜或喷涂的方式与所述吸附层进行热熔融合、胶粘合、复合粘合连接；所述吸附层分为：干燥的吸油纸、纸巾、织物，或者，潮湿的浸有清洁剂的湿纸巾、潮湿的织物；所述吸附层由一层或多层面料重叠压合连接制成，所述吸附层为多层面料组成时，所述防水层同所述吸附层最外层的面料的其中一面进行复合连接；根据需要，所述吸附层独立使用时，边缘位置淋膜、覆膜或涂布有所述防水层；所述防水层为条状或多边形面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防污干、湿纸巾，其特征是，还包括：两个所述吸附层之间或所述吸附层内部设有所述防水层，所述吸附层粘合在所述防水层的两面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防污干、湿纸巾，其特征是，包括：所述吸附层由木浆纸、竹浆纸或无纺布及具有吸附功能的材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防污干、湿纸巾，其特征是，包括：所述防水层为双层塑料膜时，三边边缘进行密封连接，一边为敞口的口袋结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防污干、湿纸巾，其特征是，包括：所述吸附层和所述防水层组成的复合面料对折后，边缘进行封口包装，独立使用；或者，平铺堆叠或至少对折折叠两次后再进行堆叠包装；再或者，相互堆叠制成抽纸结构的包装。
