The aero-engine rotor assembly needs to be provided with bolts among pressure drum discs, the pressure drum discs are one of important parts in the aero-engine rotor assembly, and the connection of the pressure drum discs has strict requirements on the tightening torque of the bolts and nuts. Because the pressure air drum cylinder disc is narrow in position, when a common wrench is used for construction, a hand cannot reach an assembly position, the operation space is narrow and invisible, and the situation that a nut falls into the pressure air drum cylinder disc and is difficult to take out easily occurs.
Therefore, the existing spanner for the aircraft engine has the technical problem that the nut to be assembled is not easy to install.

In view of the above, the inventor proposes a technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention through long-term thinking and continuous practice.
Examples
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the invention provides an adapter wrench, which includes a plate body 1, a spline housing 4, a support plate 5 and a tightening arm 7, wherein the support plate 5 is used for being connected with an aircraft engine air compression drum disc, the spline housing 4 is arranged on the support plate 5, the plate body 1 is respectively connected with the spline housing 4 and the tightening arm 7, and the plate body 1 is used for driving the tightening arm 7 to rotate so as to tighten a bolt to be assembled on the aircraft engine air compression drum disc.
The support plate 5 can be supported at the upper opening of the aero-engine air compression drum disc, and in one implementation mode, the support plate 5 is provided with a fixed bolt opening which is matched with a bolt hole at the upper opening of the aero-engine air compression drum disc. In addition, a shaft sleeve groove is formed in the support plate 5, and the spline sleeve 4 is installed in the shaft sleeve groove. The lower part of the support plate 5 is provided with a circular boss for auxiliary support, and the circular boss is in contact with the hub 6 for auxiliary support, so that the support plate 5 is ensured not to shake and deform.
Spline housing 4 is laid in the axle sleeve groove, and spline housing 4 includes spline axle sleeve 4a and spline overcoat 4b, adopts ball bearing 14 to connect between spline axle sleeve 4a and the spline overcoat 4 b. A circular hole is formed in the spline outer sleeve 4b and matched with a threaded hole in the support plate 5.
As shown in fig. 2, the plate body 1 includes a spline shaft including an inner spline shaft 2a and an outer spline shaft 2b, and the inner spline shaft 2a and the outer spline shaft 2b are connected by a spline. The spline outer shaft 2b is used for twisting and can be detached, and comprises an inner shaft wrench 3a and an outer shaft wrench 3b, and the inner shaft wrench 3a and the outer shaft wrench 3b are connected through splines. The spline inner shaft 2a is connected with the inner shaft wrench 3a and is convenient to disassemble through clearance fit. The spline outer shaft 2b is connected with the outer shaft wrench 3b and is convenient to detach through clearance fit. The inner shaft wrench 3a and the outer shaft wrench 3b are respectively used for driving the spline inner shaft 2a and the spline outer shaft 2b to rotate, preferably, the upper part of the inner shaft wrench 3a is longer than the outer shaft wrench 3b so as to facilitate the connection of the inner shaft wrench 3a and the spline inner shaft 2 a. The spline shaft sleeve 4a is connected with the spline outer shaft 2 b. The spline inner shaft 2a is connected with a tightening arm 7, so that the wrench body 1 can drive the tightening arm 7 to extend into a deep cavity of an aero-engine air compression drum disc to assemble a nut for a bolt.
As shown in fig. 3, the tightening arm 7 includes a tightening arm upper housing 17, a tightening arm lower housing 16, a gear train, a tightening sleeve 10, and an elastic ferrule 11. One end of the tightening arm upper shell 17 is connected with the tightening arm lower shell 16 through a screw 15, a cavity is formed inside the tightening arm upper shell 17, and the other end of the tightening arm upper shell 17 is connected with the flower room outer shaft and used for driving the tightening arm 7 to rotate through the spline shaft. Preferably, the end surface of the upper housing 17 of the tightening arm is perpendicular to the axis of the spline shaft to ensure the correct connection of the nut and bolt to be assembled. The elastic clamping sleeve 11 is convenient for fixing the nut to be assembled.
The gear transmission mechanism, the tightening sleeve 10 and the elastic ferrule 11 are disposed in the cavity, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the gear transmission mechanism includes a gear 13, a gear shaft 12 and a bearing 14, which are disposed in the cavity near one end of the plate body 1, and in one embodiment, the gear 13 is a set tooth type, and has 34 teeth, each rotation angle is 10.59 °, and is connected to the splined inner shaft 2a to rotate the gear 13, transmit torque to tighten the nut, and the estimated value of the torque transmission efficiency is at least 90%. The splined inner shaft 2a rotates about 21.18 ° and the gear 13 rotates 2 teeth. The other end of the gear 13 is provided with a tightening sleeve 10, one end of the tightening sleeve 10 is fixedly connected with the tightening arm upper shell 17, and the other end of the tightening sleeve 10 is connected with the elastic clamping sleeve 11. Preferably, a counter bore is formed in one end, connected with the elastic clamping sleeve 11, of the tightening sleeve 10, the counter bore is used for placing a nut to be assembled, and preferably, the size of the counter bore is consistent with that of the nut to be assembled.
In another embodiment, the end of the tightening arm 7 remote from the plate body 1 is provided with a recess for the connection of a tightening sleeve 10, and a washer 9 is arranged in the recess for fixing the tightening sleeve 10 to the upper housing of the tightening arm 7.
Compared with the prior art, the switching wrench provided by the invention has a simple structure, is easy to operate in an air compressor drum disc of an aero-engine, can flexibly extend into a deep cavity of the air compressor drum disc of the aero-engine to screw a nut to be assembled, and comprises the following specific operation steps in the air compressor drum disc of the aero-engine according to the embodiment of the invention:
step 1: the nut to be assembled is placed at the countersunk position in the tightening sleeve 10 of the tightening arm 7 and is fixed by the elastic clamping sleeve 11, so that the problem that the nut falls into the blisk and is difficult to take out in a complex environment is solved.
Step 2: the support plate 5 is fixed at the bolt hole of the casing 8 and screwed, the boss is used for assisting in supporting the hub 6, and the position is adjusted, so that the axis of the shaft sleeve groove of the support plate 5 is parallel to the axis of the casing 8.
And step 3: tightening the anchor bolts of the plate 5 ensures that the plate 5 does not wobble during the following steps.
And 4, step 4: the outer shaft wrench 3b is slipped over the splined outer shaft 2b and the tightening arm 7 is rotated to align the tightening socket 10 with the bolt to be assembled.
And 5: the nut to be assembled is sleeved on the bolt to be assembled, and then the nut to be assembled is screwed by the inner shaft wrench 3 a.
Step 6: the tightening sleeve 10 is withdrawn and the tightening arm 7 is rotated back to the centre of the casing 8 by turning the tightening arm 7 with the outer shaft wrench 3 b.

through the gear transmission mechanism, the complexity of the mechanism is reduced, the assembly process is simplified, and the transmission efficiency of torque is effectively ensured;
in the process of clamping the to-be-assembled nut, the to-be-assembled nut is fixed in the screwing sleeve 10 at the front end of the screwing arm 7 through the elastic clamping sleeve 11, the phenomenon that the to-be-assembled nut easily drops is avoided, meanwhile, the phenomenon that the to-be-assembled nut possibly rotates to cause installation problems in the to-be-assembled nut is fixed by other elastic devices through magnetic adsorption is avoided, and the assembling efficiency is greatly improved.
