a first attracting magnet (15) is arranged on the first clamp body (1), a second attracting magnet (27) which is arranged corresponding to the first attracting magnet (15) is arranged on the second clamp body (2), the magnetic poles of the first attracting magnet (15) and the second attracting magnet (27) are arranged oppositely in an attracting mode in the circumferential direction of the hinge shaft, and the attracting force of the first attracting magnet and the second attracting magnet is smaller than the repulsive force of the first resetting magnet (14) and the second resetting magnet (26), so that the first handle and the second handle can be kept in an open state under the repulsive force action of the first resetting magnet (14) and the second resetting magnet (26);
the first attracting magnet (15) and the second attracting magnet (27) are respectively arranged on the first handle (13) and the second handle (25) and are respectively positioned at one end parts of the first handle (13) and the second handle (25) close to the hinge shaft;
the inner card mounting hole (23) and the outer card mounting hole (24) are round holes, the inserting column (251) is a cylinder, a guide angle is arranged at the end part of the inserting column, and the diameter of the inserting column (251) is consistent with that of the inner card mounting hole (23) and the outer card mounting hole (24).
