the filtering mechanism comprises a fixed box (6), a connecting pipe (8), a filter screen (7), a water pumping assembly, a pressing plate (13), a first spring (12), an impurity removing assembly and two power assemblies, wherein the fixed box (6) is fixed above the base (1), the fixed box (6) is communicated with the cleaning tank (4) through the connecting pipe (8), the upper part of the fixed box (6) is connected with the cleaning tank (4) through the water pumping assembly, the filter screen (7) is fixed inside the fixed box (6), the pressing plate (13) is horizontally arranged inside the fixed box (6), the impurity removing assembly is connected with the lower part of the pressing plate (13), the power assemblies are arranged above the fixed box (6), the power assemblies are connected with the upper part of the pressing plate (13), the power assemblies are connected with the water pumping assembly, the upper part of the pressing plate (13) is connected with the cleaning mechanism, two ends of the first spring (12) are respectively connected with the top in the fixed box (6) and the upper part of the pressing plate (13);
clean mechanism is including changeing board (30), pivot (28), spacing subassembly, torsion spring (29), ring (27) and two coupling assembling, change board (30) and set up in the open-ended inside, the periphery of changeing board (30) passes through spacing subassembly and open-ended interior wall connection, the top of changeing board (30) is equipped with the brush, the both ends of pivot (28) respectively with the below and ring (27) fixed connection who changes board (30), the both ends of torsion spring (29) are connected with open-ended inner wall and pivot (28) respectively, coupling assembling and clamp plate (13) one-to-one, ring (27) are connected with clamp plate (13) through coupling assembling.

The ultrasonic cleaning machine with the impurity removing function according to claim 1, wherein the water pumping assembly comprises a water pumping pump (10), a water inlet pipe (9) and a water outlet pipe (11), the water pumping pump (10) is fixed above the fixing box (6), the water pumping pump (10) is communicated with the interior of the cleaning tank (4) through the water inlet pipe (9), the water pumping pump (10) is communicated with one end of the water outlet pipe (11), a through hole is formed in the pressing plate (13), the other end of the water outlet pipe (11) penetrates through the through hole to be arranged below the pressing plate (13), the water outlet pipe (11) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the through hole, and the water pumping pump (10) is electrically connected with the PLC.
3. An ultrasonic cleaning machine with impurity removing function according to claim 2, characterized in that the drain pipe (11) is made of flexible hose.

The ultrasonic cleaning machine with the impurity removing function according to claim 3, wherein the power assembly comprises a first bearing, a power shaft (15), an eccentric wheel (16), a power rod (17) and a plurality of paddles (14), two round holes are arranged on the water inlet pipe (9), the round holes correspond to the power shaft (15) one by one, the first bearing is fixed on the water inlet pipe (9), one end of the power shaft (15) is fixedly connected with the eccentric wheel (16), the power rod (17) is U-shaped, four through holes are arranged above the fixing box (6), two ends of the power rod (17) respectively penetrate through the two through holes to be fixedly connected with the upper part of the pressing plate (13), the power rod (17) is matched with the through holes, the power rod (17) is connected with the through holes in a sliding manner, the other end of the power shaft (15) penetrates through the round holes to be arranged inside the water inlet pipe (9), the power shaft (15) is fixedly connected with the inner ring of the first bearing, and the blades (14) are uniformly fixed at the other end of the power shaft (15) in the circumferential direction.
5. An ultrasonic cleaning machine with an impurity removing function according to claim 4, wherein the cross-sectional shape of the through-hole is a square.

The ultrasonic cleaning machine with the impurity removing function according to claim 1, wherein the impurity removing assembly comprises a scraping rod (24), a second bearing, a worm wheel (21), a worm (20), a connecting shaft, a rotating rod (22), two supporting rods (23), two moving units and two third bearings, the second bearing is fixed inside the fixing box (6), two ends of the rotating rod (22) are respectively and fixedly connected with an inner ring of the second bearing and the worm wheel (21), the supporting rods (23) are L-shaped, two ends of the supporting rods (23) are respectively and fixedly connected with the rotating rod (22) and the scraping rod (24), the scraping rod (24) is abutted against the upper side of the filter screen (7), the two third bearings are respectively fixed on inner walls of two sides of the fixing box (6), two ends of the worm (20) are respectively and fixedly connected with inner rings of the two third bearings, the worm (20) is meshed with the worm wheel (21), the two moving units are respectively connected with two ends of the lower portion of the pressing plate (13), and the moving units are connected with the worm (20).

An ultrasonic cleaning machine with impurity removing function according to claim 6, characterized in that the moving unit comprises a gear (19) and a rack (18), the rack (18) is vertically fixed below the pressure plate (13), the gear (19) is fixed on the worm (20), and the gear (19) is meshed with the rack (18).

The ultrasonic cleaning machine with the impurity removing function according to claim 1, wherein the connecting assembly comprises a connecting line (25) and three fixed pulleys (26), small holes are formed in both sides of the cleaning tank (4), two fixed pulleys (26) are fixed on the inner wall of the cleaning tank (4), the other fixed pulley (26) is fixed on one side of the cleaning tank (4) close to the small holes, one end of the connecting line (25) is wound on a ring (27), and the other end of the connecting line (25) is fixedly connected with the upper portion of the pressing plate (13) by sequentially winding around the three fixed pulleys (26).
