Abstract

The invention discloses a humidification therapeutic apparatus with humidification and constant temperature control functions and a control method thereof, belonging to the technical field of medical machinery, wherein an environment temperature sensor and an output end temperature sensor are utilized to monitor real-time data of the temperature of an output end catheter and the environment temperature and feed the data back to a system computer, and the system computer calculates the temperature difference and then judges whether the catheter needs to be heated through a heat conducting wire arranged in the catheter or not, so that the low temperature of the catheter is prevented, the high temperature of the gas in the catheter is prevented, a larger temperature difference is generated, and the condensation phenomenon caused by the large temperature difference is avoided; in addition, the metal heating plate is additionally provided with a heating plate temperature sensor, and a system computer controls the metal heating chassis according to temperature data fed back by the heating plate temperature sensor, so that the dry burning phenomenon is avoided. The invention improves the reliability of the humidifying therapeutic apparatus in the working process and the safety of home treatment.

The humidifying therapeutic apparatus needs to be heated in the working process to realize humidifying therapy, however, the catheter is placed in the air and is inevitably contacted with the air, the environmental temperature of the catheter is poor compared with the gas released by the humidifying therapeutic apparatus, condensed water is easy to generate, the therapeutic effect of the humidifying therapeutic apparatus is influenced, and a reliable and effective technical scheme for solving the problem is not provided at the present stage. Therefore, the temperature of the gas released by the humidification therapeutic apparatus needs to be monitored by the temperature sensor, and the conduit capable of automatically heating is adopted, so that the moisture released by the humidification therapeutic apparatus is prevented from condensing in the conduit, and the reliability of the working process of the humidification therapeutic apparatus is improved.

According to the invention, the heating plate temperature sensor is additionally arranged on the metal heating chassis, the temperature data of the heating plate is monitored by the system computer, if the chassis temperature is abnormal, the hidden danger of dry burning exists in the humidification therapeutic apparatus, at the moment, the system computer controls the heating plate to stop heating, the problem that the humidification tank is dry-burned due to continuous heating, the humidification tank and the heating plate are damaged, the normal work of the humidification therapeutic apparatus is influenced, and meanwhile, the treatment effect of the humidification therapeutic apparatus on a patient is influenced is also prevented.
3. The invention breaks through the original mode that only linear heating can be adopted, and adopts the humidification constant temperature control function of the nonlinear relation, on one hand, the hidden danger of dry burning of the humidification therapeutic apparatus is reduced, on the other hand, the temperature of the conduit is adjusted by the information control system computer fed back by the temperature sensor, so that the generation of condensed water is avoided, and the reliability of the humidification therapeutic apparatus in the working process is improved.

The environment temperature sensor is of a circular structure, the structure of the environment temperature sensor is shown in figure 2, and the gas output conduit is inserted into a through hole of the circular structure and fixedly installed with the environment temperature sensor, as shown in figure 1.
A heating plate temperature sensor 21 is arranged on the metal heating chassis and used for monitoring the real-time temperature of the heating plate and transmitting the temperature value to the system computer; the system computer controls the heating temperature of the metal heating chassis by monitoring the real-time temperature value of the metal heating chassis, the flow is shown in figure 5, and the steps are as follows:
the system computer reads the temperature signal of the heating plate temperature sensor, if the current temperature is higher than the highest safe working temperature A1, the humidification therapeutic apparatus will be shut down, the temperature is reduced and corresponding inspection is carried out, the reason of temperature abnormity is determined, the humidification therapeutic apparatus is prevented from bringing potential safety hazard when the humidification therapeutic apparatus continues to work under the condition of temperature abnormity, if the current temperature is detected to be lower than the lowest working temperature A2, the temperature is timely increased, the poor treatment effect caused by insufficient temperature is prevented, if the temperature cannot be increased, shutdown maintenance is carried out, the low edge of the determined temperature is low, the fault problem is repaired, and the system can normally work.
Heating plate temperature sensor and gas output end temperature sensor in this embodiment, because heating plate and humidifying jar are metal product, consequently adopt simple magnetism to adsorb formula temperature sensor and can satisfy work needs, and the pipe temperature need be taken into account to ambient temperature sensor, and the pipe is not metal product, simple magnetism is inhaled formula temperature sensor and can't satisfy the work needs, therefore, select ring shape sensor, can realize the nestification to the pipe, be fixed in on the pipe with the sensor, can real-time supervision current ambient temperature, the temperature difference in time heats the pipe when great, prevent because the difference in temperature is too big, lead to the condensation phenomenon to produce, influence humidifying appearance treatment.
