The heating temperature of the intelligent electric heating module 18 is adjusted by the control board 16 according to the type of the disinfectant to be used (which is the prior art and the specific heating circuit of the intelligent electric heating module is not described here), the adjusted heating temperature value is determined according to that the liquid disinfectant in the disinfectant storage box 8 can be completely gasified within two minutes by at least one fifth, and the temperature of the generated disinfection mist is more than 100 ℃; the value of the air pressure in the object placing region 17 to be heated is set by adjusting the relief valve 10.
In the two-minute heating process, a large amount of high-temperature and high-pressure disinfection mist is generated to disinfect all objects in the article placing basket 6 from bottom to top, and the disinfection mist is continuously discharged into the disinfectant storage box 11 through the pressure release valve 10;
after the disinfection process lasts for two minutes, the pressure release valve 10 is closed, and the disinfection mist in the disinfectant storage box 11 is naturally cooled and liquefied.
Although a condenser is not required to be added at the outlet of the pressure release valve 10 in general and the cooling rate of the disinfectant mist in the disinfectant storage box 11 can also meet the requirement, when the cooling efficiency needs to be improved, the condenser can be arranged at the outlet of the pressure release valve 10 and then connected with the disinfectant passage pipe 27 of the disinfectant storage box 11.
After the objects are disinfected, the pot cover 2 can be taken down, and the disinfected objects 30 can be loaded into the next batch of objects for disinfection after being taken out.
When the disinfectant in the disinfectant storage box 8 is too little and the disinfectant recovered in the disinfectant storage box 11 is too much, the disinfectant storage box 8 and the disinfectant storage box 11 can be switched, so that the disinfectant storage box 8 serves as a disinfectant recovery box and the disinfectant storage box 11 serves as a disinfectant supply box, as shown in fig. 7.
When changing the position that two disinfectants stored the box, need earlier take out disinfectant storage box 8, then will seal the lid 12 and store box 11 from disinfectant and pull down, store box 11 with disinfectant and put in the object of waiting to heat place region 17 again, store box 8's disinfectant evaporation port through sealed lid 12 sealed good back, reconnection in the outlet side of relief valve 10.
In the present embodiment, the sterilization time for sterilizing the object 30 to be sterilized is set to two minutes, but it is of course possible to reduce the sterilization time to, for example, one minute while ensuring extremely high sterilization performance by increasing the heating temperature and increasing the threshold value of the air pressure in the object placement region 17 to be heated as necessary.

A new crown high-pressure disinfection pot comprises an electric pressure pot body, wherein the electric pressure pot body is provided with a pot cover, a pressure release valve, an intelligent electric heating module, an object placing area to be heated, which is positioned above the intelligent heating module, and the new crown high-pressure disinfection pot is characterized by also comprising a sealing box cover, an object placing basket and two disinfectant storage boxes;
the pressure release valve is an adjustable pressure release valve;
the disinfectant storage box is provided with a disinfectant channel pipe and an evaporation port, the evaporation port can be sealed through the sealing box cover, the disinfectant channel pipe can be detachably connected with the pressure relief port of the pressure relief valve, and the pressure relief port is communicated with the inside of the disinfectant storage box where the disinfectant channel pipe is located;
the disinfectant storage box is characterized in that the sealing box cover is provided with a pull-out type flashboard, the disinfectant storage box which is assembled with the sealing box cover at present can be divided into two areas through the pull-out type flashboard, and a channel with adjustable size is formed between the two areas;
the pot cover is connected with the article placing basket through a hanging rod, and an article placing opening for placing an object to be heated in the article placing basket is reserved between the article placing basket and the pot cover;
the object placing area to be heated is provided with a storage box insertion opening, when the disinfectant storage box is inserted into the object placing area to be heated from the storage box insertion opening, the disinfectant storage box is positioned below the object placing basket and attached to the heating part of the intelligent heating module, and the storage box insertion opening is in a completely sealed state.

The new crown high pressure sterilization pot according to claim 1, wherein the air release channel of the electric pressure cooker body is opened to the sidewall of the object placement area to be heated, and the pressure release valve is disposed to the sidewall of the object placement area to be heated and connected to the air release channel.
3. The new crown type high pressure sterilization pot according to claim 1, wherein the pot cover is provided with a handle at the outer side and a sealing pad at the inner side for sealing the gap between the pot cover and the electric pressure pot body.
4. The new crown autoclave of claim 1, wherein the hanger bar is an adjustable telescopic bar to enable adjustment of the size of the article placing opening between the article placing basket and the lid.

The new crown autoclave according to claim 1, wherein the evaporation port of the disinfectant storage cartridge and the disinfectant passage pipe are located on the same side, and both are disposed upward when the disinfectant storage cartridge is inserted into the object placing region to be heated.

The new crown autoclave of claim 1, wherein the disinfectant storage cartridge is provided with a pulling plate having a handle, and a sealing gasket is provided inside the pulling plate, the pulling plate and the storage cartridge insertion port are sealed by the sealing gasket when the disinfectant storage cartridge is inserted into the object placing region to be heated from the storage cartridge insertion port, and the sealing structure is maintained when the pressure in the object placing region to be heated is increased to the maximum.
7. The new crown autoclave according to claim 6, characterized in that the outer side wall of the object placing area to be heated is provided with a flat surface portion to which the storage box insertion port is opened.

The new crown autoclave according to claim 7, characterized in that said disinfectant storage tank has an elongated configuration, which is in a horizontal state when it is inserted into said object placing area to be heated, and in a vertical state when it is connected with said relief valve; the electric pressure cooker body is fixedly provided with a placing table for supporting the disinfectant storage box, and the placing table is of a height-adjustable structure.

The new crown pressure sterilization pot according to claim 1, wherein the pressure relief port of the pressure relief valve is provided with a threaded pipe joint, and the disinfectant passage pipe and the pressure relief port of the pressure relief valve can be detachably connected and communicated through the threaded pipe joint.

The new crown autoclave according to claim 1, characterized in that the sealing box cover is provided with an insertion opening from which the pull-out shutter can be inserted inside the disinfectant storage box currently assembled with the sealing box cover; the pull-out type flashboard is wrapped by a sealing gasket, and the sealing gasket, the insertion opening and the inner wall of the disinfectant storage box are sealed in an interference fit mode.
