The specific application process of the puncture needle fixing device for the nephrology department is as follows:
in an initial state, the distance between the needle fixing head 12 and the bottom of the bottom plate 1 is greater than the length of the puncture needle 14, the bolts 23 on the two sides are simultaneously rotated to drive the two clamping blocks 122 to approach each other until the needle fixing hole 13 is to be formed, the width between the semicircular gaps on the two clamping blocks 122 is slightly greater than the width of the puncture needle 14, the puncture needle 14 can be easily placed at the position of the needle fixing hole 13 through the large through hole 27, and then the two clamping blocks 122 are driven by the bolts 23 to continuously approach to be tightly abutted together, so that the puncture needle 14 is locked; then the fixing band 20 is bound on the upper side or the lower side of the part to be punctured of the patient, the puncture needle 14 is opposite to the side where the part to be punctured is located, then the first support 7 is pulled, the puncture mechanism rotates around the damping rotating shaft 2, the puncture angle of the puncture needle 14 is adjusted to be an appropriate angle and opposite to the part to be punctured, and at the moment, the first lead screw 4 and the second lead screw 16 are both parallel to the puncture needle 14; before the puncture mechanism is driven to puncture, the second knob 22 is rotated to directly drive the third screw 17 to rotate, so that the two third sliding blocks 21 can be driven to be away from each other, the two smoothing plates 18 can be driven to move back to back, the movement of the smoothing plates 18 can smooth the flesh in the region to be punctured, and a good foundation is laid for puncturing by the puncture needle 14; then the puncture can be started: firstly, the rotating handle 10 is rotated to drive the first lead screw 4 to rotate, and due to the guiding and limiting effect of the first guide rod 5 on the first slide block 6, the first slide block 6 moves downwards along the first lead screw 4 and drives the second bracket 8 and the puncture needle 14 to move downwards until the tip of the puncture needle 14 is about to contact with the skin of a part to be punctured, and in the process, due to the fact that the thread pitch of the thread on the first lead screw 4 is large, the downward moving speed of the puncture needle 14 is high; then, the first knob 11 is rotated to drive the second lead screw 16 to rotate, and due to the guiding and limiting effect of the second guide rod 15 on the second slider 9, the second slider 9 moves downwards along the second lead screw 16 and drives the needle fixing head 12 to move downwards to drive the puncture needle 14 to slowly puncture into the human body, in the process, due to the fact that the thread pitch of the thread on the second lead screw 16 is small, the downward moving speed of the puncture needle 14 is slow, over-puncture can be prevented, and pain of a patient during puncture is relieved;
after the puncture is finished, the first knob 11 can drive the second slider 9 to move upwards, so that the puncture needle 14 is slowly pulled out through the needle fixing head 12, and then the rotating handle 10 drives the first slider 6 to move upwards, so that the puncture needle 14 is driven to be far away from the skin of the patient through the second bracket 8, the second lead screw slider assembly and the needle fixing head 12; or the first slider 6 can be driven to move upwards by the first rotating handle 10, so that the puncture needle 14 is rapidly pulled out by the second bracket 8, the second lead screw slider assembly and the needle fixing head 12, the puncture needle 14 is far away from the skin of a patient, and then the second slider 9 is driven to move upwards by the first knob 11, so that the second slider 9 and the needle fixing head 12 are reset. Subsequently, the fixing band 20 can be detached, and the bolts 23 on both sides can be rotated reversely to drive the two clamping blocks 122 to move back and forth, so that a gap with a size larger than that of the puncture needle 14 is formed between the two clamping blocks, the puncture needle 14 can be automatically separated from the needle fixing head 12 under the action of gravity, the operation of upwards drawing out the puncture needle from the inner side of the needle fixing head 12 can be avoided, the puncture needle 14 used for puncture can be prevented from polluting the needle fixing head 12, the reuse of the needle fixing head 12 is facilitated, and the cross infection is avoided.
According to the invention, the puncture operation is simple, the controllability is strong, the angle adjustment of the puncture needle can be realized, and the puncture angle deviation is not easy to cause, so that the work burden of medical staff can be reduced; the displacement of the puncture needle and the human body caused by the movement of the body of the patient in the puncture process can be prevented, so that the accidental injury to the patient can be avoided; in addition, the puncture needle is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and cross infection can be avoided.

A puncture needle fixing device for nephrology department is characterized by comprising a fixing band (20) used for being bound on a human body, a bottom plate (1) fixed on the fixing band (20), and a puncture mechanism arranged on the bottom plate (1) through a damping rotating shaft (2), wherein the puncture mechanism comprises a first bracket (7) sleeved on the damping rotating shaft (2), a second bracket (8) connected with the first bracket (7) in a sliding way through a first lead screw sliding block assembly, and a needle fixing head (12) used for fixing a puncture needle (14) and connected with the second bracket (8) in a sliding way through a second lead screw sliding block assembly, the cross sections of the first bracket (7) and the second bracket (8) on the vertical central plane are both in a [ "shape, the first lead screw sliding block assembly comprises a first lead screw (4) and a first guide rod (5) which are vertically arranged on the inner side of the first bracket (7), the first guide rod (5) penetrates through the first sliding block (6), a through hole for the first guide rod (5) to penetrate through is formed in the first sliding block (6), and the second support (8) is fixed on the first sliding block (6); the structure of the second lead screw sliding block assembly is the same as that of the first lead screw sliding block assembly, the second lead screw sliding block assembly comprises a second lead screw (16), a second guide rod (15) and a second sliding block (9), the upper end of the second lead screw (16) penetrates through the upper end face of the second support (8) and is connected with a first knob (11), the needle fixing head (12) is fixed on the second sliding block (9), a needle fixing hole (13) used for placing a puncture needle (14) is formed in the needle fixing head (12), and the thread pitch of the upper thread of the second lead screw (16) is smaller than that of the upper thread of the first lead screw (4).

The puncture needle fixing device for the nephrology department as recited in claim 1, wherein the needle fixing head (12) comprises an upper connecting plate (121) fixedly connected with the second sliding block (9), a clamping assembly located right below the upper connecting plate (121) and slidably connected with the upper connecting plate (121), and two fixing blocks (123) respectively fixed on two opposite sides of the lower end surface of the upper connecting plate (121), the clamping assembly comprises two oppositely arranged clamping blocks (122), the opposite sides of the two clamping blocks (122) are respectively provided with a semicircular notch, and the semicircular notches on the two clamping blocks (122) can just be spliced into a needle fixing hole (13) in a stepped hole shape; two fixed block (123) are located the looks of the back of the body of two grip blocks (122) respectively, run through on fixed block (123) and be equipped with bolt (23) of horizontal setting, set up screw hole (30) with bolt (23) screw thread adaptation on fixed block (123), bolt (23) are fixed with T type piece (28) that extend to corresponding side grip block (122) inside towards the one end of grip block (122), set up on grip block (122) and supply corresponding side T type piece (28) to inlay dress and pivoted T type annular (29), the inboard formation diameter of upper junction plate (121) is greater than big through-hole (27) of needle fixed orifices (13) upper end mouth diameter.

A puncture needle fixing device for nephrology department according to claim 4, characterized in that the bottom plate (1) is T-shaped, the third lead screw (17) is arranged on the opening side of the bottom plate (1), and the damping rotating shaft (2) is arranged on the opposite side of the third lead screw (17).
6. A needle holder as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the said plate (18) is provided with a flexible pad (19) on its underside.
