Description

Air-permeable and washable gravity blanket and manufacturing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bedding, in particular to a breathable and washable gravity blanket and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
With the continuous acceleration of the pace of life in modern big urban society, sub-health has become a common disease for modern people. People are increasingly stressed and run with excess body load, which brings more insomnia and emotional runaway problems.
In the united states occupational therapy (occupational therapy), a product called a "gravity blanket" has been popular, which is primarily characterized by a blanket that applies more than 10% of the body weight of a person. Research shows that the aggravated blanket has the general effects of relieving anxiety and relaxing mood, and can also improve the sleep quality of people with insomnia disorder. Research on the ability of the gravity blanket to improve sleep, relieve stress has been in fact for some time and has been scientifically certified.
Domestic research on gravity blankets is also emerging. For example, the chinese patent application publication No. CN108784193A discloses a gravity blanket, which comprises an outer cover and an inner core, wherein the outer cover is sized as a bedding, the outer cover detachably covers the inner core, the inner core comprises a surface layer cloth, a middle filling layer and a bottom layer cloth, the inner core is divided into a plurality of weight modules by transverse and longitudinal quilting, weight beads are arranged in the weight modules, and the periphery of the inner core is covered with a covering material made of the same material. The Chinese patent application with publication number CN110269457A discloses a gravity electric blanket, which comprises an electric blanket body, wherein the electric blanket body is connected with a controller, the controller is connected with a power cord, the left side and the right side of the electric blanket body are of outwards convex arc structures, and the upper side and the lower side of the electric blanket body are of inwards concave arc structures; the electric blanket body adopts multilayer structure, includes flange fine hair layer, last acupuncture cotton layer, the layer that generates heat, goes up dacron cloth layer, filling layer, dacron cloth layer down, acupuncture cotton layer and lower flange fine hair layer down in proper order from last, and the line that generates heat has been buried underground in the layer that generates heat, and this line that generates heat forms electric loop with the power cord, is provided with the filling area in the filling layer, and even packing has glass pearl or ore in the filling area. The chinese patent application with publication number CN110973932A discloses a gravity blanket, which comprises four layers of cloth stacked up and down, wherein the four layers of cloth are peach skin cloth, non-glue cotton cloth and peach skin cloth from top to bottom in sequence; a filling layer is arranged between the two layers of the non-glued cotton cloth, and the filling layer is composed of a plurality of filling cloth bags with square, rectangular or diamond structures formed by quilting the two layers of the non-glued cotton cloth through single needles; each filling cloth bag is filled with gravity beads which stimulate the human body by utilizing deep contact pressure; the two layers of peach skin flannelette, the two layers of non-glue cotton cloth and the filling layer filled with gravity beads are quilted into a gravity inner blanket with a square, rectangular or rhombic grid structure on the surface; the gravity inner blanket is provided with an outer sleeve, inner tying belts are sewn at the four corners and on each edge of the outer sleeve, and outer tying belts which are matched with the inner tying belts are sewn at the four corners and on each edge of the gravity inner blanket.
The choice of filler is critical to the performance of the gravity blanket, which uses glass beads or weighted beads such as ore to achieve the weighting function. However, in the actual use process, along with the increase of the washing times, the counterweight beads easily break through the limitation of textiles, deviate from the original position, cannot realize uniform counterweight, and even generate potential safety hazards.
Current solutions include the use of cotton or down instead of weighted beads, but because they are relatively light, this approach can add significantly to the cost of manufacturing the gravity blanket. In addition, chinese utility model patent with publication number CN209712384U discloses a gravity blanket of releiving decompression, including overcoat and inner core, the inner core is quilted and separated for a plurality of even counter weight check, include two-layer wadding piece in the inner core, still include: the weight-balancing bag is square, a plurality of glass beads are sealed inside the weight-balancing bag, and the weight-balancing bag is arranged between the two layers of filling flocculus; the locating element sets up the medial surface of packing the flocculus, including four be used for with the spacing interim line ball of counter weight package, four angles of counter weight package stretch into respectively and correspond interim line ball below. However, this method still requires the use of glass beads, and the glass beads still easily break through the limitations of the spacer as the use time goes by and the number of washing times increases.
